Trump loyalists elevated to powerful roles at the Pentagon after firing of Defense Secretary Esper

The Pentagon on Tuesday elevated three Trump loyalists to powerful positions a day after the sudden termination of Secretary of Defense Mark Esper and following the resignations of multiple senior officials in the Defense Department.

The latest revelation comes as President Donald Trump has rejected the results of last week's election. Trump has not conceded to Democrat Joe Biden, who on Saturday secured more than the 270 votes needed to win the presidency.

In a lengthy statement released Tuesday afternoon, the Pentagon said that Anthony Tata, Ezra Cohen-Watnick and Kash Patel had been promoted to key roles.

McConnell does not acknowledge Biden victory, says Trump '100% within his rights' to legally fight

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) is facing a wave of criticism from Biden supporters after refusing to acknowledge him as president-elect and defending Donald Trump's legal battles over the election outcome.

"Obviously no states have yet certified their election results," McConnell said in a lengthy speech on the Senate floor Monday. Mmultiple states will likely require recounts and Trump's various lawsuits could lead to more changes to vote tallies, he added.

The Kentucky senator said that "in the United States of America, all legal ballots must be counted, any illegal ballots not be counted," and the counting process should be "transparent on both sides."

Trump has accused Democrats of stealing the election by dumping illegal ballots in states like Michigan and Pennsylvania, where he was leading on election night only to have Biden be the projected winner in both due to extended counts.

Democrat Senator Joe Manchin vows to vote against 'crazy stuff' like court packing if Dems take Senate

Sen. Joe Manchin is pledging to block major progressive legislative goals if Democrats retake the Senate.

Speaking to Fox News' "Special Report" Monday, Manchin (D-W.Va.) made the promise while discussing the future of the upper chamber of Congress, and how the 100-member body was facing a down-the-middle split between Democrats and Republicans.

If Democrats are successful in their two Senate runoff races in Georgia in January, bills in the Senate could be moved by a single vote.

"50-50 [control] means that if one senator does not vote on the Democratic side, there is no tie and there is no bill," the West Virginia Democrat said.

"I commit to tonight and I commit to all of your viewers and everyone else that's watching, I want to allay those fears, I want to rest those fears for you right now because when they talk about, whether it be packing the courts or ending the filibuster, I will not vote to do that," he continued.

Manchin, a moderate swing vote in the Senate, added that while he did not know whether there would even be any considerable Democratic support for defunding the police or other progressive issues, he believed Republicans were willing to come to the table to address problems with ObamaCare.

"I'm a proud moderate conservative Democrat. Maybe there's not many of us left, but I can tell you what this country wants is moderation," he said.

Comment: The progressive response on Twitter is priceless:

Etc., etc. More of the same from the blue checkmarks. These people are a bunch of entitled infants.

Evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 US presidential election

Election officials count absentee ballots

Election officials count absentee ballots in Milwaukee, Wis., on Nov. 4, 2020.
In this article, I will argue that there are many lines of evidence the combination of which justifies us thinking that significant voter fraud occurred in the 2020 US election which increased the chances of Joe Biden winning in key swing states.

Before turning specifically to the 2020 election, it is important to note that election fraud is not unheard of in the United States. This is worth establishing because if we think election fraud almost never happens then we will have a higher bar of evidence for the justification of any particular claim of fraud.

In recent decades, there have been over 1,200 known instances of voter fraud due to which 20 US elections had to be overturned to declare a new winner (Heritage, 2020). Of these, 15 were overturned due to fraud involving mail based ballots (Lucas, 2020). This isn't surprising since mail in ballots have long been noted to be particularly vulnerable to fraud. This is why most European nations have either banned absentee voting or require an ID for someone to obtain such a ballot (Lott, 2020).

This fact has been attested to by American media on both the right and left. For instance, in 2012 the New York Times wrote the following: "While fraud in voting by mail is far less common than innocent errors, it is vastly more prevalent than the in-person voting fraud that has attracted far more attention, election administrators say. In Florida, absentee-ballot scandals seem to arrive like clockwork around election time." - Liptak (2012)

Comment: Statistician William Briggs argues just two anomalies in the Pennsylvania counts were enough to give Biden the edge over Trump. From Epoch Times:
Another internet sleuth noticed that in Pennsylvania, nearly 10,000 votes were removed from President Donald Trump's count at around 9 p.m. on Nov. 4. He said the losses came from three counties: Allegheny (-1,063 votes), Bucks (-2,972 votes), and Chester (-7,135 votes).

Then, around 9 a.m. on Nov. 6, more than 27,000 votes were added to the count, nearly all of them to Biden, he said.
election statistics
... at 6:18 a.m., [Decision Desk HQ] posted another update [for Michigan], which added 158,902 votes to the Biden tally and 29,295 votes to Trump's. Those votes split roughly 85 percent for Biden — an exceptionally high ratio.

One explanation could be that those votes came from a deep-blue county and only included absentee ballots, which were expected to heavily favor Democrats.

However, even absentee ballots in Washtenaw County, which went for Biden by the largest margin, split in his favor by less than 82 percent. In addition, the candidate only picked up 125,927 absentee votes there, so many would have had to have come from another county less favorable to Biden.
Briggs posted another analysis:
Now we know huge additions were made to Biden on Wednesday morning. These additions, we are told, contain a large dose of coronadoom-panic inspired mail-in ballots. But I don't have the breakdown of which are mail-in and which "native" or other votes.

Again, throughout the days after the election, votes were added to both candidate totals at various times. You'd expect that sometimes the additions would favor Trump, sometimes Biden. The split wouldn't be 50-50, of course, but would reflect the true underlying vote.

Here's a picture showing the indexed, low to high, vote additions for each time they happened: there were over 200 of these additions. For instance, at one point (the right-most line) about 45,000 votes were added for Biden; and at the same time about 16,500 for Trump. Those cases where Biden got more votes than Trump are blue. When Trump got more the lines are red.
election statistics
Trump did come out ahead in the vote additions sometimes, but every single one of the competitions was trivial. They were on the order of 1 vote for Trump, 0 for Biden, or 20 for Trump and 7 for Biden. On the other hand, Biden votes additions were almost always large compared to Trump's. There aren't any large times where Biden's were the only votes added, though. Meaning no caches of Biden-only votes.

Still, the huge early additions to Biden are curious.

We do know where the additions come from and when. Here are the Biden-Trump additions as they occurred, for six counties which for other reasons appear suspicious. Chester and Cumberland had predominately registered Republicans, but where Biden supposedly beat Obama (in either term) in vote totals by 20-40%! The county names appear the peak of the differences.
election statistics
That peak for Philly on the 6th is the one that pushed Biden ahead, and the one noted yesterday. You can see in these large counties only one time where more Trump than Biden votes were added, and a trivial amount.
And here's a concise rundown on some of the statistical absurdities of Biden's "win":

Lawsuit: Detroit election worker was told to backdate mail-in ballots by city officials - and other MI election 'anomalies' ignored by MSM

vote fraud
A new election lawsuit contains many explosive claims about potential electoral fraud in Detroit, including allegations from one city worker that she was asked to backdate ballots so they could be unlawfully processed and included in the overall vote total.

The Detroit official, named in the lawsuit as Jessy Jacob, issued a sworn affidavit about what they experienced during the helter skelter that occurred in the battleground state on election day.

"I processed absentee ballot packages to be sent to voters while I worked at the election headquarters in September 2020 along with 70-80 other poll workers. I was instructed by my supervisor to adjust the mailing date of these absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than they were actually sent. The supervisor was making announcements for all workers to engage in this practice," Jacob stated in the deposition.

"I directly observed, on a daily basis, City of Detroit election workers and employees coaching and trying to coach voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. I witnessed these workers and employees encouraging voters to do a straight Democrat ballot. I witnessed these election workers and employees going over to the voting booths with voters in order to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote," Jacob continued.

"I observed a large number of people who came to the satellite location to vote in-person, but they had already applied for an absentee ballot. These people were allowed to vote in-person and were not required to return the mailed absentee ballot or sign an affidavit that the voter lost the mailed absentee ballot," Jacob added.

Comment: More from the affidavits:
Jacob said she was instructed by her supervisor to not ask for a driver's license or any photo identification when a person was coming in to vote.
...
Jacob was also told to not look for any discrepancies on the ballots, she said.

Further, Jacob cited an incident where a Republican challenger was allegedly observing the computer system as ballots were being scanned and Jacob asked the challenger if she had observed anything of concern. The challenger said she had seen many ballots being scanned that did not register in the poll book but were still being processed, Jacob said.

Jacob reported watching several ballots being scanned that did not match any eligible voter in the poll book.

"I reviewed the running list of scanned in ballots in the computer system, and it appeared that the voter had already been counted as having voted," Jacob explained. "Then the first official appeared to assign a number to a different voter as I observed a completely different name that was added to the list of voters at the bottom of a running tab of processed ballots."
In Detroit, Republican polling place worker Patty McMurray says she observed blatant fraud regarding military votes:
Just before the group set out to count the military ballots - which are sent via the US Postal Service, the Republican poll watchers left the vote-counting room after every agreed to take a quick break. When they returned to re-enter the room, they were denied access.

McMurray was able to force her way into the room for a brief period of time where she witnessed the voter fraud. The ballot counters were taking Xerox copies from the envelopes and transferring the unofficial ballot information from the Xerox copies on to a legitimate ballot to feed through the machine.

"Our GOP workers were locked outside and couldn't come in. So, they started the military vote with only about 40 of us inside and there were 134 tables. They knew that we couldn't oversee the ballots and that's why they were locking us out," McMurray said. "They locked the GOP workers out so we couldn't watch over the military ballots."

"Once we started counting the military ballots, I realized why they locked us out," McMurray continued. "They started opening the ballots and the ballots are in regular envelopes, right. They are addressed to the Detroit City Clerk from overseas, many of them. And so they would open the ballots and in almost every case it was a Xerox copy of a ballot and the ballots looked very similar every time they opened them, which is really strange to me because another thing that's really strange to me, every single ballot without exception at the table where I was working from the military was a non-registered voter and without exception they voted for a straight Democrat or at least for...Joe Biden and Gary Peters."
MI Senator Colbeck served as a poll watcher at the TCF Center in Detroit, where he witnessed routers and WiFi connectors being used throughout the center. He has filed a sworn affidavit.
Senator Colbeck told TGP that while serving as a poll challenger he observed the computers in the TCF were all connected to the internet. Senator Colbeck asked David Natham to scroll over the LAN connection icon but Nathan refused to do this. That would have shown whether the computers were connected to the internet.

Colbeck later examined the physical cabling connections between all of the computers in the facility. The IT technician on the stage actively discouraged any close-up observation of the network.

Patrick drew this diagram of what he witnessed at the TCF Center.
Richard Baris, director of Big Data Poll, analyzed MI data and says that more than 10,000 confirmed or suspected dead returned mail-in ballots.

Next up:
According to a lawsuit filed on Nov. 9, tens of thousands of unsealed and unsecured ballots arrived in vehicles with out-of-state license plates in Michigan's Wayne County. This allegedly happened at 4:30 a.m. the morning after Election Day.

Six witnesses detail these claims in sworn witness affidavits. One witness says that every one of the ballots that came in at 4:30 a.m. was cast for Joe Biden.

Furthermore, the suit claims that poll workers were "instructed to ignore signature mismatches, backdate ballots that arrived late, and push through ballots despite questions about their validity."
But remember there's "no evidence" of "widespread" fraud.

Finally, MI AG Dana Nessel has sent a cease and desist order to journalist Shane Trejo (author of the main article above), threatening criminal prosecution - for sharing videos of voting fraud:
The #DetroitLeaks reporting shows Detroit poll workers who were trained in how to lie, trained on how to handle ballot challenges from Trump supporters, told to call 911 on any challengers and to use COVID as an excuse to deny poll challengers access to view the ballots as they were being counted and tabulated.

The series of leaks also revealed that even challenged ballots would be processed as regular ballots. Incoming State Representative Steve Carra and Michigan activist Bob Cushman filed a successful lawsuit against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson over the explosive allegations that poll workers were being trained in how to commit voter fraud.

The Biden Chronicles: Follow the Money

Hunter Biden • Joe Biden
Someone is watching...
New York Post's recent revelations (sourced from emails, files, and other documents on Hunter Biden's laptop) pointing to a massive behind-the-scenes influence-peddling operation involving members of the Biden family (as reported here, here, here, and here) were dramatically confirmed by Tony Bobulinski during an interview with Tucker Carlson on Oct. 27.

Bobulinski Speaks to Tucker Carlson

Bobulinski, one of Hunter Biden's business partners, stated that he was vetted by Joe Biden to run the Biden's China business in two separate meetings. Bobulinski further stated that as part of the initial deal, the Chinese company CEFC which is involved in the partnership with the Bidens, sent $10 million to JP Morgan-Chase to capitalize on the new joint company BHR Partners. Half of the money was the Chicoms' capitalization investment in BHR, and the other $5 million was provided as an unsecured loan direct to the Biden family. After the money was transferred, BHR was founded to include two U.S. entities: Thornton Group LLC and Rosemont Seneca Partners. (Hunter Biden was a founding partner of the latter.) Bobulinski also stated that his partners James Gilliar and the Biden family also had business dealings in Oman, Luxembourg, Romania, France, and Kazakhstan and that the only qualification they had in those dealings was trading on the Biden name.

Comment: With all the mechanisms in place (see above) to track and monitor literally everyone's financial transactions literally down to the penny through FinCEN, there should be a whopper of a reveal climaxing the Biden family financial saga. Will intel allow it to surface? Odds are 'next to zero'.

Here is the Tucker Carlson interview with Tony Bobulinski in case you missed it:

DOJ Election Crimes chief resigns after AG Barr approves probe into 2020 presidential vote

Barr
© Twitter
US AG Bill Barr
After Attorney General Bill Barr authorized federal prosecutors to pursue "substantial allegations" of irregularities in the 2020 presidential election, the head of the DOJ's Election Crimes Branch has decided to resign.

"Having familiarized myself with the new policy and its ramifications," Richard Pilger wrote in an email to his colleagues, obtained on Monday by the New York Times, "I must regretfully resign from my role as director of the Election Crimes Branch." Pilger reportedly said he would move to a different role at the DOJ, working on corruption prosecutions.

The policy change mentioned by Pilger was outlined by Barr in a memo on Monday, with the AG arguing that it is "imperative that the American people can trust that our elections were conducted in such a way that the outcomes accurately reflect the will of the voters."

Previously, the ECB would not take overt investigative steps until the election was over, its results certified and all recounts and other contests concluded, Barr wrote, but "such a passive and delayed enforcement approach can result in situations in which election misconduct cannot realistically be rectified."

Barr's new policy authorizes inquiries and reviews if there are "clear and apparently-credible allegations" of irregularities that, "if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State."

Comment: Barr has made a move (finally). The Dems created a massive and detectable mess. The DOJ probe is on:
States have until Dec. 8 to resolve election disputes, including recounts and court contests over the results. Members of the Electoral College meet Dec. 14 to finalize the outcome.

Generally, Justice Department policy is "not to conduct overt investigations, including interviews with individual voters, until after the outcome of the election allegedly affected by the fraud is certified."

But Barr argues, in the memo, that concerns such acts could inadvertently impact an election, are minimized once voting has concluded and that, in some cases, investigations could not be delayed until the election is certified.

A Justice Department official said Barr had not been asked by Trump, anyone else at the White House or any lawmakers to issue the memo.

Biden campaign attorney Bob Bauer said in a statement that it is:
"deeply unfortunate that Attorney General Barr chose to issue a memorandum that will only fuel the 'specious, speculative, fanciful or far-fetched claims' he professes to guard against."

"Those are the very kind of claims that the president and his lawyers are making unsuccessfully every day, as their lawsuits are laughed out of one court after another. But, in the end, American democracy is stronger than any clumsy and cynical partisan political scheme."

Gov. Cuomo threatens to block Trump administration's distribution of COVID vaccine

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) said he has doubts about the Trump administration's COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan and with the announcement from Pfizer about their promising vaccine, he wants to work with other state governors to fix or halt the vaccine's distribution.

Cuomo told ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos the announcement from Pfizer is good in that we may now finally have a vaccine, but bad because:
"the Trump Administration is rolling out the vaccination plan and I believe it's flawed. I believe it learns nothing from the past. They're basically going to have the private providers do it and that's going to leave out all sorts of communities that were left out the first time when COVID ravaged them."

Comment: This, from the guy with arguably the worst management of 'the COVID crisis' on the planet. Now Cuomo wants to delay vaccine distribution until Biden gains office. (He may have to wait a very, very long time!)
The governor's promise to disrupt distribution plans has earned him a slew of criticism on social media.

Fox News weather presenter Janice Dean accused Cuomo of being "one of the worst leaders of all time." Dean has been one of the governor's most vocal critics this year, after both her father and mother-in-law passed away in New York nursing homes during the Covid-19 pandemic. She has linked the deaths to a controversial order from Cuomo forcing care homes to accept positive Covid-19 cases.
Meanwhile, the DOW is surging as Pfizer touts its COVID vaccine to be more than 90% effective:
The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened up 1,600 points, or 5.6 percent, hitting an all-time high before retreating slightly. The broader S&P 500 also hit a record high, jumping 3.7 percent. The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite grew 1.3 percent.

The 90 percent effective rate announced by Pfizer and BioNTech was better than the stock market was expecting. According to Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, a vaccine that is 50 percent to 60 percent effective would be acceptable.

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said the company expects to have 1.3 billion doses of the vaccine available globally next year, on top of 50 million doses this year. Two separate production lines, one in the United States and one in Europe, will make the vaccine.

Pfizer's stock soared by more than 14 percent at the opening bell.
This isn't about the efficacy of a vaccine, it is about cashing in on a mandated market with a fear-driven product for a mediocre virus.

NYTimes embodies sour grapes in writeup of Bolivia's ex-president Morales' 'triumphant return' after election overturns coup

Evo Morales (in blue mask) returns to Bolivia alongside Argentinian president.
The NY Times insisted Bolivia's socialist government-elect was shunning former president Evo Morales as he returned from exile a year after he was chased out by a US-backed coup, even though both President and VP served under him.

The US outlet made no secret of its dissatisfaction over last month's election results, which saw Morales' MAS (Movement Toward Socialism) party regain power after a year of right-wing quasi-authoritarian rule. MAS won majorities in both chambers of parliament, and president-elect Luis Arce was allegedly hand-picked by Morales as a candidate.

Comment: NYT is just one of many 'agenda tools' in the business of perception-managing and reframing the news.

Democrats prepare post-election crackdown against 'socialist wing' of the party

Just 24 hours after media outlets declared Joe Biden the new president of the United States, the Democratic establishment is preparing for war against its left-wing members.

House Majority Whip James Clyburn, a vocal Biden supporter in the Democratic establishment, has been talking to a sympathetic media to blame figures like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for his party's disappointing showing against Trump and GOP congressional candidates.

Clyburn's campaign comes days after a post-election party call pit Abigail Spanberger, Jamie Raskin and others against Pramila Jayapal's "Progressive Caucus" and Rashida Talib.

Many prominent Democrats, in the interest of courting left-wing extremist voters, silently tolerated or paid lip service to highly unpopular anarchist ideas like defunding the police or abolishing ICE in hopes of cobbling together enough votes to get Biden in the White House.

Comment: 'Use and abuse' about sums up the standard inner workings of the DNC for its left-wing members.
