Over the years I've covered elections, color revolutions and wars, and thus have had the unique opportunity to observe firsthand how the online consensus-building and narrative management sphere has evolved. That said, nothing can quite compare to the bot-fest unleashed this past week by the DNC's Biden-Harris campaign. In terms of analytics, it dwarfs anything we've seen previously in terms of speed and scale.

Hyper-partisan online warfare is now a reality in domestic politics. This 2020 US Presidential Election has supplied more than a few ugly examples of this. The biggest one so far has to be Jack Dorsey and Twitter's iron curtain drop on the New York Post, who committed the offense of publishing damning evidence on the Biden family's various overseas enterprises. The high priests of information in San Francisco claimed the story violated their community standards. It's obvious that Twitter executives viewed this information as a threat to the Biden campaign and so they proceeded to shutdown not just the New York Post's social media account, but they also suspended anyone else who posted the story, including the White House Press Secretary. As for the rest of the mainstream media, they wouldn't even cover it, and taking their cues from the Biden campaign, they summarily wrote it off a "Russia disinformation." Yes, they did that.

So is this the new normal - allowing a Democrat-oriented corporation to censor important information across its ubiquitous platform during a major election cycle?

Summary Democrats and their allies are alarmed that President Donald Trump's firing of top Pentagon officials could be preparation for a military coup. What looks more likely is that US troops might finally pull out from Afghanistan.

In addition to Defense Secretary Mark Esper, whom Trump "terminated" on Monday, Esper's chief of staff Jennifer Stewart, acting policy chief James Anderson, and intelligence undersecretary Joseph Kernan have also been shown the door. They were replaced by National Security Council counter-terrorist chief Christopher Miller, former NSC aide Kash Patel, General Anthony Tata, and another former NSC aide Ezra Cohen-Watnick, respectively.

The purge and the appointment of the officials widely described in mainstream media as "Trump loyalists" has led to Democrats and neoconservatives warning that a "coup" might be in the works against Joe Biden, who has claimed victory in the November 3 election.

Comment: One possibility, not really mentioned above, is that Trump is fully aware of the evidence of election fraud and is anticipating a win in the courts. Knowing the violence that is likely to ensue, he's making preparations. That's not a "coup", it's preparing for the consequences of the rightful outcome of the election.

OK, so, that was not cool. For one terrifying moment there, it actually looked like GloboCap was going to let Russian-Asset Hitler win. Hour after hour on election night, states on the map kept turning red, or pink, or some distinctly non-blue color. Wisconsin ... Michigan ... Georgia ... Florida. It could not be happening, and yet it was. What other explanation was there? The Russians were stealing the election again!

But, of course, GloboCap was just playing with us. They're a bunch of practical jokers, those GloboCap guys. Naturally, they couldn't resist the chance to wind us up just one more time.

Seriously, though, while I enjoy a good prank, I still have a number of liberal friends, many of whom were on the verge of suffering major heart attacks as they breathlessly waited for the corporate media to confirm that they had successfully voted a literal dictator out of power. (A few of them suffer from IBS or other gastrointestinal disorders, so, in light of the current toilet paper shortage caused by the Return of the Apocalyptic Plague, toying with them like that was especially cruel.)

But, whatever. That's water under the bridge. The good news is, the nightmare is over! Literal Hitler and his underground army of Russia-loving white supremacists have been vanquished! Decency has been restored! Globalization has risen from the dead!

And, of course, the most important thing is, racism in America is over ... again!

Comment: Though the author paints a rather grim picture, he is most likely correct on many counts. Even if Trump is able to prove election fraud, (which is quite possible given the mounting evidence), and even if Trump stays in office - the facts on the ground of this election will never come to light for those who have been further hystericized against Trump. And with many high ranking and influential former military and intelligence personnel on board for his ouster (who have their own versions of Trump Derangement Syndrome), we are quite likely to see some very dramatic events in the coming months.

Oh, and one more thing:

The Black Revolution in the U.S. is proceeding according to script. We are into the 3rd act of it.

Act I was the Coronapocalypse setting the stage for vastly expanded government powers and the systemic undermining of the sitting President.

Act II was the summer of violence and fake polling data which created the illusion of a society at war with that same President for not addressing the needs of the people.

Underneath the headlines the forces arrayed against Trump were building the infrastructure to ensure that however the people voted on November 3rd, the outcome was pre-determined in their favor against him.

Act III is the election itself and the aftermath. The coup has begun. The pressure campaign to force the incumbent Trump, hated by the establishment, to concede has ratcheted up to eleven.

This is all very normal for color revolutions, just ask Alexander Lukashenko in Belarus or Viktor Yanukovich formerly of the Ukraine. We can't ask Slobodon Milosovic. He dead.

Comment: How fitting - and how terrible for its size and scope - that the way many Americans will learn what color revolutions are is by now experiencing one first hand, and up close. We've seen the US State Department employ this tool of hegemonic regime change for many years - but now, like those on the front lines of this synthetic uprising, we are ultimately going to pay the price for our collective silence and ignorance of our country's Machiavellian undertakings. Unless we make a stand.

Boris Johnson believes he was bounced into ordering a second national lockdown, a Cabinet ally said last night.

The Prime Minister reluctantly signed off a new lockdown in England last weekend after being warned by Government scientists that deaths could rise to 4,000 a day - four times the peak seen in April.

The decision was rushed out with minimal Cabinet consultation after news of the warning, and the PM's reaction to it, was leaked to news organisations, including the Daily Mail.

The 4,000-a-day figure has since been widely discredited and Government scientists have been forced to correct other dire warnings used to inform the lockdown decision.

Some data last week suggested that the second wave may have levelled off or even peaked before the lockdown was introduced last Thursday.

Yesterday another 156 Covid deaths were reported across the UK, down from 162 a week earlier.

Some 20,572 cases were recorded, a fall of 2,682 on the previous Sunday's total of 23,254.

One Cabinet minister last night told the Daily Mail that Mr Johnson felt he had been pushed into the decision.

'I think he is concerned that he may have been bounced into it,' the source said.

'He was really, really cross about the leak because at that point a different decision might still have been made.

Bolsonaro tells Brazilians that pandemic claims are 'exaggerated' and to stop being 'sissies'

Brazil's President Jair Bolsonaro has said the severity of the coronavirus pandemic is exaggerated, urging his compatriots to stop being "sissies" in the face of Covid-19 and pointing out that "all of us are going to die one day."

Speaking on Tuesday at a ceremony to mark the resumption of tourism, Bolsonaro described the Covid-19 pandemic as having been blown out of proportion. The nation's death toll from the virus has hit 162,000.

He continued by saying that "everything is now a pandemic," and that Brazil was part of a worldwide wave of "closing things down."

"Everyone is going to die. There is no point in escaping from that, in escaping from reality. We have to stop being a country of sissies."

All Hong Kong pro-democracy lawmakers are to resigned from the legislature after Beijing passed a resolution allowing the Hong Kong government to unseat four democrats with immediate effect.

On Wednesday, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPCSC) delivered a decision stating that legislators who promote or support independence, refuse to accept China's sovereignty over Hong Kong, appeal to foreign forces to interfere with the region's affairs or endanger national security will lose their eligibility at the Legislative Council (LegCo).

The top Chinese legislative body said such behaviour would be seen as breaching the requirement of swearing allegiance to the SAR. They would also be deemed as failing to fulfil the oath to uphold the Basic Law.

Lawyer Douglas Emhoff, the husband of the projected US Vice President Kamala Harris, along with three MSNBC analysts and one contributor are leaving their places of employment for roles in the Joe Biden administration.

Emhoff will officially leave his law firm DLA Piper by January 20, inauguration day. "Mr Emhoff is working with the Biden/Harris transition team to develop the portfolio he will focus on to support the work of the administration," a Biden campaign spokesperson said.

It is currently unknown which administration role the first ever second gentleman might fill, but online commenters have called the move "problematic," and hypocritical, since many Democrats previously criticized Donald Trump for allowing family members into his administration.

Three MSNBC employees will be landing some already pre-planned positions. Barbara McQuade is joining Biden's legal agency review team, Richard Stengel will be heading to the agency for global media and Ezekiel Emanuel has joined Biden's coronavirus task force.

Comment: You know what they say about quitting your day job! To date, there is no legitimized Biden administration. Devil is in the details.

'Undermining democracy!' Pompeo triggers outrage by heralding smooth transition to second Trump administration

The State Department is committed to a smooth transition... to a second Trump administration, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told reporters, drawing howls of outrage from Democrats and the media.

Though Democrats declared victory and the mainstream media have acclaimed Joe Biden president-elect, Pompeo shrugged off pressure to work with Biden's transition team at a briefing on Wednesday.

"At what point does a delay hamper a smooth transition that poses a risk to national security," he was asked by a reporter.

"There will be a smooth transition...to a second Trump administration," Pompeo replied with a smile.

Epidemiologist Dr Michael Osterholm, who has joined Joe Biden's Covid-19 advisory board, has warned Americans to "get ready," as he expects cases to continue to surge, and wants a national lockdown to combat the pandemic.

The Biden adviser said the "darkest months" are ahead when it comes to Covid-19, due to the winter driving people indoors, and fatigue and disaffection affecting their willingness to adhere to health guidelines.

These factors, Osterholm claims, will likely drive daily case figures to a new high.

"Get ready. We're going to be hitting 200,000 or more cases a day, and we have to get prepared in our hospitals," he told MSNBC's Morning Joe program on Monday.
