Sidney Powell: People with links to powerful Democrats used Dominion voting machines to 'steal' votes

Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell appears with Maria Bartiromo to discuss significant evidence of vote and ballot fraud.
Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell accused a leading voting machine firm of stealing votes from President Trump.

Powell, the lead attorney for retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who is helping Trump's legal effort in the 2020 election, said on Sunday that people with links to top Democrats are using Dominion Voting Systems to commit "fraud" on elections. She did not present any evidence to support her claims.

Mentioned during a Fox News interview by host Maria Bartiromo were Nadeam Elshami, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's former chief of staff who last year became a lobbyist for Dominion, and Richard Blum, California Sen. Dianne Feinstein's husband, who she said is a significant shareholder in the company.

Comment: RedState adds to Powell's claim that Dominion's software was designed to 'rig elections':
She began talking about a particular individual: Peter Neffinger.
He is "president and on the board of directors of Smartmatic. And it just so happens he's on Mr. Biden's presidential transition team, that's going to be non-existent, because we're fixing to overturn the results of the election in multiple states," claimed Powell. And that was just to start. She connected Neffinger to the software she said was used to alter or remove votes in some way.
"President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes, but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose," she told Bartiromo. "We have sworn witness testimony of why the software was designed. It was designed to rig elections."

"They did this on purpose, it was calculated, they've done it before. We have evidence from 2016 in California, we have so much evidence I feel like it's coming in through a firehose," she continued.

Bartiromo asked how Powell intends to prove it, and she said she can't go into the details of their evidence on national TV. "I just can't do that."

"Okay but you have a very small timeframe here, the elections are supposed to be certified in early December. Do you believe that you can present this to the courts and be successful within just this couple of weeks?" asked Bartiromo.

"First of all, I never say anything I can't prove," she said. "Secondly, the evidence is coming in so fast I can't even process it all."

"This is a massive election fraud," she said, saying the software was used not just by Dominion but possibly other brand voting machines as well. "It's absolutely brazen how people bought the system, and why they bought the system."

She also called for a criminal investigation into every state that purchased the software.

Trump campaign rejects WaPo report of changed Pennsylvania lawsuit on counting votes in secret

The Trump campaign pushed back Sunday night against reports by the Washington Post and others that it had dropped a major part of its case challenging the election results in Pennsylvania.

The Post's Jon Swaine and Elise Viebeck reported that the Trump campaign was abandoning the claim that election authorities invalidated over 600,000 votes by barring Trump election observers from watching the count.

That left a much smaller part of the case — namely, that Democratic-run counties allowed voters to "cure" problems with their mailed-in ballots, while Republican counties, following rules laid down by the state legislature, did not.

Comment: The MSM continues its full-court press for Biden. Sad, actually.

The 'glitch' becomes a coup: Time to strictly regulate America's fly-by-night voting machine monopoly

Vote tabulating machine
It's a frightening thing to consider, but the ultimate success of democracy in the United States largely hinges on the integrity of just three voting machine companies, which conduct their affairs with almost no government oversight and regulation. Unless that changes, the greatest democracy will start looking like a banana republic in the eyes of the world.

In January 2020, the CEOs of the three companies that produce over 80 percent of voting machines in the U.S. - Election Systems & Software (ES&S), Dominion Voting Systems and Hart InterCivic - were grilled by members of Congress over the question of security at the ballot box. Perhaps it would surprise exactly nobody that the 90-minute discussion focused almost entirely on the possibility of foreign actors, specifically China and Russia, interfering in the U.S. election system. Within such a predictably narrow frame of reference - Russia! Russia! Russia! - it becomes much easier to eliminate the possibility that domestic actors may also be tempted to tamper with the vote. At the same time, Russia provides the perfect smokescreen in the event someone gets caught with their hand in the election cookie jar. But already I digress.

Comment: The evidence is overwhelming, yet the Democrats seem determined to brazen it through. However, there is this: Big data to the rescue: The Electoral College meets data pattern science
The Electoral College is the last chance to stop a presidential election from going off a cliff. Let's take some examples.

What if the presidential candidate of a leading party was caught taking bribes from an American enemy and that was learned after the vote counting began? What if his son delivered prima facie evidence, and a witness stepped forward weeks before the election and the media suppressed it so the voters never heard a word? What if a candidate were in early stage dementia and his party and the media hid it? What if millions of American voices were suppressed utilizing social media, so only the voices of one party were allowed to speak?

Oh my gosh! How could such things happen?

The Electoral College has a "do-over button." States fail to certify the vote, and Congress decides. Remember, Congress is the house of the people -- Nancy Pelosi notwithstanding. Madison and his pals actually thought that through over two hundred years ago, no kidding.

It applies only to the presidential vote, not to senators or representatives. The Founders knew how important it was to get the executive thing right.

[...]

For the election returns in many precincts to happen the way they did, Biden would have to flip a coin 1,000 times and get heads every time. We aren't done here. He would also have to do it over and over again, in scores, perhaps hundreds of precincts. Welcome to big data analysis.

When subject to statistical analysis against known patterns, industrial fraud stands out like a dinosaur walking through a field of peanut butter. It is unmistakable.

Ice Age Farmer Report: "Next crisis bigger than COVID" - Power grid/finance down - WEF Cyber polygon

cyber
The World Economic Forum warns of a new crisis of "even more significant economic and social implications than COVID19." What threat could possibly be more impactful? Christian breaks down the WEF's "Cyber Polygon" tabletop exercise, its participants, and predictive programming around a looming large scale cyberattack on critical infrastructure that would unleash a Dark Winter and help to usher in the Great Reset.

Jeremy Jurgens, WEF Managing Director ( https://youtu.be/5ZRg5kiH9Is ):
"I believe that there will be another crisis. It will be more significant. It will be faster than what we've seen with COVID. The impact will be greater, and as a result the economic and social implications will be even more significant."

Klaus Schwab ( https://youtu.be/0DKRvS-C04o ) :

"We all know, but still pay insufficient attention, to the frightening scenario of a comprehensive cyber attack could bring a complete halt to the power supply, transportation, hospital services, our society as a whole. The COVID-19 crisis would be seen in this respect as a small disturbance in comparison to a major cyberattack.

To use the COVID19 crisis as a timely opportunity to reflect on the lessons the cybersecurity community can draw and improve our unpreparedness for a potential cyber-pandemic."

Ministries and defence companies such as Terma and Saab were targets of US espionage, according to a whistleblower report.

The US intelligence service NSA has used a top secret Danish-American espionage collaboration to purposefully spy on key ministries and private companies in Denmark and other Scandinavian countries, Danish Radio reported citing a strictly confidential report made by an internal whistleblower within the Defence Intelligence Service (FE).

Among other things, the report warned the FE's leadership about possible illegalities in intelligence collaboration to drain Danish internet cables of information. The report also uncovered espionage attempts against Denmark's Finance and Foreign ministries, as well as the country's closest neighbours and allies, Norway and Sweden.

Gov. Gavin Newsom discusses the 2020 election while visiting the Golden State Warriors training facility, which is serving as a polling location, on Nov. 3, in Oakland, Calif.
The ruling prevents Newsom from changing existing law under any circumstance.

A California judge has ruled that Gov. Gavin Newsom overstepped his authority when he issued an executive order requiring vote-by-mail ballots sent to all registered voters, according to reports.

Sutter County Superior Court Judge Sarah Heckman ruled Friday that Newsom did not have the authority to amend or change existing election law - even during a pandemic.

Comment: Newsom wants to be a dictator! Here's the earlier ruling: Judge limits Gavin Newsom's executive order powers - rules his order on mail-in balloting is unconstitutional

Anthony Fauci's new COVID-19 guidance: 'Do what you're told'

Anthony Fauci
Dr. Anthony Fauci has some new coronavirus guidance: "Do what you're told."

In an interview Thursday, the coronavirus task force member and infectious disease expert pushed back on the notion that scientists were "authoritarian" for promoting strict lockdowns and social distancing measures.

But the 79-year-old suggested the American spirit of independence had gotten in the way and the nation needed to follow their orders, whether they liked it or not.

Comment: Fauci reveals himself as the fascist he is. If he thinks Americans are going to take well to blatant authoritarianism he's likely in for a surprise. That "independent spirit" may be harder to break than he anticipates.

Biden's Pentagon transition team members funded by the arms industry

The Pentagon
Investigation found one third of the team worked for organizations that receive funding from weapons makers

On Tuesday, Joe Biden released a list of transition teams for the various departments in his future White House. The Pentagon transition team for Biden consists of 23 people, many of whom hail from hawkish think tanks.

The team is led by Kathleen Hicks, who worked in the Pentagon under the Obama administration. Hicks most recent employer is the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), a think tank that receives contributions from arms makers like Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon, to name a few.

CSIS also receives contributions from governments. The think tank's top government donors are the US, the UAE, Taiwan, and Japan. Two other CSIS employees are on the transition team; Andrew Hunter and Melissa Dalton, who both worked in the Pentagon under the Obama administration.

Comment: Political hack Biden is as corrupt and 'Deep State' as is possible to be, progressive veneer or not. It should come as no surprise to anyone that he is hiring on these warmongering creeps for his Pentagon transition team. Too bad the folks who voted for Biden are so low-information that they have no idea of what he's really about. And worse, many don't care.

Dominion Voting Systems shares floor space with George Soros group, partnered with Soros friend

George Soros
Dominion Voting Systems shares an office floor with the George Soros-funded left-wing Tides Foundation in Toronto, NATIONAL FILE has learned. Our tipster makes clear that "Soros people" are very close with Dominion, which has partnered with a voting technology company chaired by one of left-wing billionaire George Soros' best friends and associates. Dominion was caught flipping votes from President Donald Trump to Joe Biden in the 2020 election, and Trump has cited data to accuse Dominion of widespread vote-flipping and vote-losing in key states. Dominion is headquartered in Toronto and has a U.S. office in Denver.

The Robertson Building's Directory of Tenants shows that Dominion Voting is listed at both Suite 200 (the suite Dominion lists publicly) and also Suite 370, which places it in neighborly range of the Tides Canada Foundation in suite 360. Tides Foundation in America, based in San Francisco, created and financially supports Tides Canada Foundation. The Tides Foundation has reportedly received more than $20 million in donations from George Soros' groups, and Tides shares Soros' vision for a radical left-wing makeover of Western civilization and the world. Tides has given out money to numerous left-wing groups including ACORN and Project Vote and recently created the Black Lives Matter Support Fund.

It will never be enough: Fascist Fauci sez wearing masks and social distancing will still be needed even after getting vaccine

fauci

Dr. Anthony Fauci said Sunday that it will still be necessary to social distance, wear masks and take other COVID-19 precautions after a vaccine becomes available to Americans.

"I would recommend to people to not to abandon all public health measures just because you've been vaccinated," Fauci told CNN anchor Jake Tapper on "State of the Union."

"Because even though for the general population it might be 90 to 95 percent effective, you don't necessarily know for you how effective it is."

Comment: If it's not known how effective it is, then it should certainly not be viewed as a panacea and forced on the population.

Comment: If you needed more to convince you that the covid hysteria is a psyop foisted on the populace by the Powers That Be, Pfizer's CEO is echoing Fauci, saying things won't go back to normal until next winter. Anyone want to bet that next winter they'll be saying we can't go back to normal yet?

This isn't just confined to the US either. Germany's economic minister also got the memo, saying that the strict lockdown there will not end "anytime soon." These government officials all speak hauntingly of the Covid, but one should not be surprised at "cases" on the rise, since the remnants of the virus are going to be in people and the majority are asymptomatic. Even those who experience symptoms aren't on their deathbed. Elon Musk has said about his experience:
It's also quite likely that there a high number of false positives, as the testing can be very inaccurate. It's almost as if the tests were meant to show positive cases to heighten the need for more control.
