'The opposition does not have a leader': Ditch 'exhausted' Guaido charade, Venezuelan opposition figure pleads with US

Venezuelan opposition politician Henrique Capriles has urged the incoming Biden administration to halt US efforts to install self-styled interim president Juan Guaido as the rightful occupant of President Nicolas Maduro's office.

The projected US presidential election winner Joe Biden's administration "must understand" that the efforts to prop up Guaido despite declining support even among the Venezuelan opposition are "exhausted," and that it "cannot give continuity to the status quo," Capriles told the BBC during a Wednesday interview.

He called for Washington and the EU to help the opposition in Caracas "fight for fair electoral conditions" after this month's vote handed Maduro's ruling PSUV party control of even the National Assembly, formerly an opposition stronghold. As in 2018, most of the opposition boycotted the vote, leaving a wide-open path to victory for Maduro.

Gavin Newsom's team 'increasingly concerned' as recall efforts gain traction

Gavin Newsom

Gavin Newsom
A recall is currently under way to boot hypocrite California Governor Gavin Newsom (D).

Newsom's Chief of Staff Ann O'Leary said: "As Newsom begins his third full year in office, the governor's team is increasingly concerned with a long-shot conservative recall that could mushroom into a major threat in 2021 if it attracts significant financial support."

Recall organizers have until March 17th to collect 1,495,709 signatures and they already have more than 800,000.

Comment: This would be absolutely epic if it went through! Newsom is a wannabe-dictator and a hypocrite to boot - he must go!

Reps. Tulsi Gabbard and Markwayne Mullin introduce bill that would allow only biological females in women's sports

Democratic Presidential hopeful Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) participates in a TV interview at the U.S. Capitol January 9, 2020 in Washington, DC.
Democratic Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard and Republican Oklahoma Rep. Markwayne Mullin introduced legislation that would clarify Title IX protections for female athletes as based on biological sex, a press release said Thursday.

The "Protect Women's Sports Act" recognizes the different abilities conferred by biological sex, the statement says. Title IX protects people from discrimination based on sex in education programs or activities that receive federal funding.

"Title IX was a historic provision championed by Hawaii's own Congresswoman Patsy Mink in order to provide equal opportunity for women and girls in high school and college sports," Gabbard said in the statement. "It led to a generational shift that impacted countless women, creating life-changing opportunities for girls and women that never existed before."

Comment: Go Tulsi!

Secret military documents: Trudeau invited Chinese troops to train at Canadian military bases

Justin Trudeau invited China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) to send its troops for cold weather training at CFB Petawawa in Ontario
— and Trudeau raged at the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) for canceling the training after China kidnapped Canadian citizens Michael Spavor and Michael Kovrig.

This is only one of many bombshell revelations in The China Files, a 34-page access to information document released by the Trudeau government to Rebel News, seen below.

Documents that normally would have been completely blacked out by government censors were instead greyed out — the documents remain completely readable. Rebel News has chosen to black out a very small portion that would otherwise compromise the safety of an individual.

Comment: Trudeau is just an obedient puppet in the hands of the Empire.

Devin Nunes signals support for Hunter Biden special counsel

A top House Republican said he will confer with colleagues about the federal investigation into Hunter Biden and his foreign business dealings, focusing primarily on China.

Rep. Devin Nunes, the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, told Fox Business on Wednesday that a special counsel may be warranted to protect the inquiry under a Biden administration.

"I have concern now that this investigation will be squashed," the lawmaker from California said. "So, we're probably going to have to look at — and I will talk to my colleagues in the Senate and the House — this probably needs to be a special counsel, similar to like we now have a special counsel with Durham, that is going to continue to look at the Russia hoax."

UK gov claims experimental Covid vaccine may only last 9 months - and lockdown will go on till MARCH

Whitty

Chris Whitty, England's Chief Medical Officer, said Brits may need to be vaccinated repeatedly. He doesn't know yet, but it's unlikely the country will ever hit 'zero risk' from coronavirus
Brits may need to be repeatedly vaccinated for coronavirus as the jab's protection might last as little as nine months, England's top medic has warned.

Chief Medical Officer Chris Whitty today said it is not yet known how long the Pfizer jab will stop people getting sick.

He said it was likely longer than nine months - but didn't yet know how long.

Prof Whitty told MPs social distancing restrictions could start being lifted once 20 million vulnerable Brits have been vaccinated.

Comment: "3 weeks to flatten the curve" - why would anyone believe anything they have to say now?

The Biden family put national security at risk

Hunter and Joe Biden
It's more than strange that Hunter Biden released a statement today in the form of an official press release from his father's "Biden-Harris transition" operation, for the purpose of confirming he is under federal investigation for tax fraud.

"I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney's Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs," read his statement.

The statement had an addendum from his father: "President-elect Biden is deeply proud of his son, who has fought through difficult challenges, including the vicious personal attacks of recent months, only to emerge stronger."

Sorry, that doesn't wash.

Clinton associate wrote anti-Trump dossier in 2016 claiming he had Russian FSB source

Cody Shearer's intel, forwarded to FBI via Christopher Steele, should have set off disinformation alarm bells, intel experts say

Evidence released by the Senate this month reveals that longtime Hillary Clinton associate Cody Shearer received anti-Trump dirt in 2016 from a Russian intelligence source and got it into the hands of the FBI through the ex-British spy Christopher Steele.

Shearer's claim that his information came from a Russian FSB source, experts say, should have alerted senior US officials that the FBI's investigation of the Trump campaign's ties Russia was compromised by its sources, Clinton surrogates and alleged Russian spies.

The documents also indicate the State Department played a much larger role than previously reported in shaping the media narrative, and eventually the official Obama administration intelligence assessment that Vladimir Putin wanted Trump to win in 2016, lawmakers said.

Comment: And that, dear reader, is how the Swamp maintains itself, though a background network of unelected operatives.

Dem-GOP divide is a myth. When it comes to true tyranny, Big Tech-style, Congress easily agrees to throw the people under the bus

At a time when the politicians in Washington can't seem to agree on anything, Congress has given us a rare dose of bipartisan consensus by voting overwhelmingly to approve the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Tuesday's 335-78 House vote approving the $731 billion bill was so bipartisan, in fact, that it's veto-proof. President Donald Trump has vowed to veto the legislation, but if the Senate can come together with as much unity as demonstrated by the House, Congress will be able to override this temporary departure from "norms" in the executive branch.

The underlying consensus is this: The billionaires are still in charge, and all that talk about free speech and the Constitution is just noise to deceive the masses. We don't want to hear any uprisings from below, so know your place, and speak within the boundaries of polite, globalist-approved discourse.

Texas sues Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin at US Supreme Court to invalidate their election results - UPDATE: 18 more states back Texas

© Kurt Haubrich /Flickr/CC/Cropped
The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.

Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were "voting irregularities" in these states as a result of the above.

Comment: This (or similar inter-state disputes) could be the key that unlocks the Biden steal. The Supreme Court is not obliged to hear Texas' lawsuit though because it's technically a request for permission to file a lawsuit.

If it's not on solid legal standing, it's nonetheless something of a political shot across the bow.

Most interesting of all is this development has finally, an entire month later, forced the MSM to sit up and take notice rather than just laugh away or ignore the claim...

nbc texas election supreme court
Both Alabama and Louisiana are supporting Texas in their attempt to challenge the election results in the 4 swing states. Alabama attorney general Steve Marshall expects the Supreme Court to quickly decide whether to hear the case. If they do hear it, expect to see other states signing on as well.

UPDATE 9 Dec 2020

The US Supreme Court is going to hear this case...

...and 17 more states have joined Texas!

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt led his colleagues from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia in filing the amicus brief to the US Supreme Court.

The amicus brief reads:
States have a strong interest in ensuring that the votes of their own citizens are not diluted by the unconstitutional administration of elections in other States. When non-legislative actors in other States encroach on the authority of the "Legislature thereof" in that State to administer a Presidential election, they threaten the liberty, not just of their own citizens, but of every citizen of the United States who casts a lawful ballot in that election — including the citizens of amici States.
UPDATES 10 Dec 2020

Now Trump has entered the fray:

Arizona has become the 18th state to file an 'amicus brief', though its stated reason for doing so is neutral:

Distinct from an amicus brief (which encourages a court to hear another's case) is today's filing by six states (Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Utah) with a motion to actually join Texas' SCOTUS election lawsuit.

106 GOP House members are now backing the Texas lawsuit:
