Puppet Masters
In an interview with his daughter-in-law Lara Trump, he also took a swipe at the media for playing down President Joe Biden's recent trip and fall on the Air Force One steps, dismissed Twitter as "boring" without him, and said that the new administration's green policies were so far to the left that even Sen. Bernie Sanders would not back them.
The 18-minute conversation for his daughter-in-law's new podcast was his first on camera since leaving power in January.
He stopped short of committing to a 2024 campaign, but once again, he suggested that he is open to the idea.
You know the one, John Cleese walks into the shop to complain about the parrot he'd just been sold was dead and he wants his money back. The shopkeeper, Michael Palin, insists it isn't.
Hilarity ensues.
The Dead Parrot sketch is one of the high points of Python's particular blend of absurdism and social commentary that transcends its time.
Everywhere I look I see Michael Palins doing their best to convince us of the most absurd lies to hide the rank incompetence at every level of our society's power structure.
And it doesn't matter what issue we're discussing: masks, vaccines, election fraud, racism, Joe Biden's health, climate change, the sovereign bond markets, lockdowns.
In recent weeks President Biden has been saying some rather mean-spirited things about Russia's President Vladimir Putin. Now Russian state sources are alleging that Washington under the Biden administration is ramping up military aid to Ukraine. This comes after the media observed the Ocean Glory, a US cargo ship, began delivering 350 tonnes of military equipment, including tactical vehicles, at Ukraine's Odessa port. Ukraine's Dumskaya news agency said the American vessel carried at least 35 US military humvees for Ukrainian national forces.
Adding Ukraine to NATO and the EU is a long-held dream of neocons like Victoria Nuland and neoliberals like Biden. This is also important to those supporting the World Economic Forum's desire to expand the EU and encircle Russia.
They feel such an action would disrupt any dreams of Eurasian integration which could resist their strategy to reshape the way the world is governed. Putin's foreign policy, coupled with efforts to rebuild the Russian military, has been part of an effort by the former KGB officer to boost Russia's standing on the world stage.
This has helped make him popular with his people even as NATO has slowly been expanding in the direction of Russia, but also makes him a thorn in the side of the NWO gang.
Comment: Good analysis, but this won't lead to 'WWIII'. Putin is gearing up for some big announcement. The Empire is probably aware of it, hence its push to 'sabotage' Russia with another breach of the Minsk Peace Accords in eastern Ukraine. Putin only makes moves when he's sure of success, so no 'general war' (which would obviously be a loss) will result from it.
There is no place for us in New Normal society. The New Normals know this and so do we. To them, we are a suspicious, alien tribe of people. We do not share their ideological beliefs. We do not perform their loyalty rituals, or we do so only grudgingly, because they force us to do so. We traffic in arcane "conspiracy theories," like "pre-March-2020 science," "natural herd immunity," "population-adjusted death rates," "Sweden," "Florida," and other heresies.
They do not trust us. We are strangers among them. They suspect we feel superior to them. They believe we are conspiring against them, that we want to deceive them, confuse them, cheat them, pervert their culture, abuse their children, contaminate their precious bodily fluids, and perpetrate God knows what other horrors.
So they are discussing the need to segregate us, how to segregate us, when to segregate us, in order to protect society from us. In their eyes, we are no more than criminals, or, worse, a plague, an infestation. In the words of someone (I can't quite recall who), "getting rid of the Unvaccinated is not a question of ideology. It is a question of cleanliness," or something like that. (I'll have to hunt down and fact-check that quote. I might have taken it out of context.)
"How is it possible that we can't find in our hearts the common humanity to actually take meaningful action?" Blinken said on Monday, calling for the reopening of aid corridors and an increase in aid for war-torn Syria.
Whilst the Biden administration's representative has been praised by Western media as playing the role of a concerned humanitarian, what has been left out of the picture is Blinken's role in starting the war on Syria 10 years ago.
Under the Obama administration, Blinken helped engineer the US plot to aid "Syrian rebels" in order to take down the Assad government. Instead of backing purely "moderate" opposition, the US ended up providing arms and training to armed groups linked with Al-Qaeda. They also backed the claims of extremist groups, helping their war efforts with airstrikes based on reports of chemical weapons attacks - all this supposedly being out of apparent concern for Syrian civilians.
The organizations wrote in a statement obtained by The Hill:
"As national organizations that advocate for diplomacy, arms control, disarmament and peace, we are deeply alarmed by the recent negative exchanges between leaders of the two countries with more than 90 percent of the world's nuclear warheads in their arsenals. As Americans, we urge the Biden administration to stop participating in such reckless rhetorical exchanges and to instead vigorously pursue nuclear-arms negotiations with the Russian government."Among the groups that signed on to the statement are Justice Democrats, Blue America, Demand Progress, Our Revolution and Progressive Democrats of America, all of which are left-leaning organizations.
The groups called on Biden to "make good on his stated commitment" from February that "diplomacy is back at the center of our foreign policy."
Comment: Biden receives a well-deserved smackdown from Dems across the board.
The move was announced via Twitter on March 30th, with YouTube explaining "in response to creator feedback around well-being and targeted dislike campaigns, we're testing a few new designs that don't show the public dislike count." As a result, only the accounts publishing videos will be able to see the dislike to like ratio.
Comment: YouTube is in the business of 'perception management' - something they only negatively did for Trump:
Amid the online freakout, some commenters suggested that President Joe Biden might be happy to see dislikes disappear from YouTube. Since Biden took office in January, every single video posted by the White House has gotten more dislikes than likes. Oftentimes, videos of Biden speaking earn more than ten times as many thumbs down as thumbs up.
It is, of course, unclear if Biden's social media team provided the "creator feedback" that YouTube cited as reason for hiding dislikes. A significant number of dislikes on Biden's videos may come from disaffected Trump voters, but Trump himself never saw a like-dislike ratio quite like Biden's, despite the level of public opposition to his presidency.
Checking Trump's videos is now impossible, however. The former president was banned from YouTube in January.

The deal is a slap in the face of the United States, which placed a financial and economic blockade on Iran when Washington abruptly breached the 2015 nuclear deal in May, 2018. The Trump administration threatened third-party sanctions in the billions of dollars on countries that so much as traded with Iran. The Biden administration has kept this invisible blockade in place, though President Biden has at least said he intends to restore the 2015 deal.
It may be that China expects Iran to reenter the world economy during the Biden administration, and has put down a marker on its investment in Iranian resources.
Lincoln Project co-founder, Never Trumper, and pedophile protector Rick Wilson spent years hyping the Russia Hoax nonsense against President Trump, including the now-debunked smear that he spent the night with Russian prostitutes in Moscow.
As it turns out, Wilson is the one familiar with Russian hookers - he's admitted so himself.

The New York Democrat avoided explicitly blaming the Biden administration for the crisis, instead asserting that climate change, imperialism, and trade created it.
"People don't want to have that conversation," she said, referring to the issues she raised. She went on to claim anyone who refers to a "surge" of illegal migrants is trying to distract from other issues and is using white supremacist talking points.
Comment: More AOC virtue-signaling. She has yet to offer any substantial solutions.
