Divide & Conquer: The ways and means of international tyranny and global domination

Divide and conquer
The idiom "divide and conquer" is said to have originated with the Latin maxim "divide et impera" meaning divide and rule. Julius Caesar used it in reference to defeating the Gauls during the Gaelic War. While its first usage in the English language began circa 1600, through the centuries it's carried a commonly understood meaning. The retention of power by utilizing a deliberate strategy of causing those in subordinate positions to engage in conflicts with each other that weaken and keep them from any unified effort to remove the status quo force from power. This policy of maintaining control over subordinates or potential opponents by encouraging or causing dissent between them, thereby preventing them from uniting in opposition to pose any serious threat to the existing power structure is a very familiar story throughout history. It's an age old formula having multiple applications, most commonly used in the political arena but also in the military, sociological and economic realm as well.

Blair and Bush agreed attack on Iraq one year before invasion - leaked memo

Image

A Psychopathic warmongering 'love-in' took place at Bush's Crawford, Texas ranch in early 2002. 1.5 million people died as a result.
Tony Blair pledged his support for war a full year before the invasion.

In the memo, former US Secretary of State Colin Powell tells President George W. Bush that Mr Blair "will be with us should military operations be necessary".

It was written in March 2002, a week before the notorious Crawford summit at the President's ranch in Texas, at which the Prime Minister publicly stated he was still "considering all the options" and proposing military action.

Comment: For those who have been paying attention, this is the third memo over the past 10 years that has shown clearly that Blair acted as one of the front men for a conscious conspiracy, hatched by US and British politicians, corporate executives and CIA operatives, to deceive the global public into supporting an illegal war on the Iraqi people that resulted in the death of 1.5 million people. There is already sufficient solid, actionable evidence to try Blair, Bush and their superiors for war crimes.

Steven Seagal: "Mass shootings are engineered"

Image
There are few issues right now more contentious than gun control. One of these issues happens to be "false flag" operations. Actor Steven Seagal has previously sounded off on both. In an interview with RT, the action star-turned second amendment fundamentalist claimed "a lot" of domestic shootings in America were "engineered" in order to drum up support for gun control legislation.

In the video, Steven Seagal speaks forthrightly about his belief that there is a concerted effort by the government to violate our rights as part of an assault on the constitution:

"I believe in the second amendment and our constitution more than anything in the world, and I think that Adolf Hitler - for example — when he wanted to annihilate the people of Germany — the first thing he did was to take away their guns.

And the right to bear arms wasn't just to protect the people from foreign invaders, it was to protect them from evil governments, and anyone that would violate their inherited rights as human beings."

He continues, "I believe that, and I hate to say this, a lot of these mass murders and all this funny stuff that's going on, I believe a lot of this is engineered."

Comment: Steven Seagal isn't the only one who thinks these shootings are engineered. The technology to create controlled mass shooters or programmed assassins has been in the works since World War 2. Google The Greenbaum Speech or MKULTRA for more information.

Gen. Fan Changlong, vice chairman of China’s Central Military Commission, which controls China’s armed forces, said on Saturday that the country will do its utmost to avoid unexpected conflicts.
China is making efforts to soothe tensions over the South China Sea, saying it will avoid the use of force in the region as the US contemplates sending warships near the disputed territory.

Speaking at the Xiangshan regional defense forum in Beijing, Fan Changlong, vice-chairman of China's Central Military Commission, vowed that the country would "never recklessly resort to the use of force, even on issues bearing on sovereignty".

"We have done our utmost to avoid unexpected conflicts," he added.

The Syrian army, backed by Russian forces, has successfully pushed back militants from four key regions in Southwest Aleppo.

Syrian military officials reported army and popular forces, backed by Russian air support, took control of southeastern territories of the northern province of Aleppo after killing and wounding dozens of terrorists in the liberation operation.

The Syrian Armed Forces stated that their troops' operations were successful in Balas, al-Zahmoul hill, al-Dabaghat, and al-Shahid hill, and led to the town of al-Huwayjinah and its surrounding areas' full recapture.

This territory has never been in the hands of the Islamic State, deputy chief of the Russian General Staff Andrey Kartapolov points out

Traces of airstrikes against household buildings have been found at the Syria-Jordan border, where Russian warplanes have performed no missions, deputy chief of the Russian General Staff Andrey Kartapolov said on Friday.

"We have spotted ruins of household buildings destroyed by bombing near the settlement of Kherbet Ghazala at the Syrian-Jordan border," he told a briefing for foreign military attaches and journalists.

"Russian warplanes have never performed any missions there and, as far as we know, the Syrian aviation has not been used there either," he stressed. "This territory has never been in the hands of the Islamic State. Moreover, this area has been controlled by the Free Syrian Army since 2013."

He demonstrated photos of the area featuring bomb-destroyed buildings. "You can see on these photos that there are no signs of military activity around these cottages, there are no military hardware, not even signs of military hardware. These are regular gardens and fields with buildings to keep farming tools," he said.

Comment: As the Western coalition and its army of mercenaries have had no qualms about killing innocent civilians and destroying civilian infrastructure, it's not difficult to conclude that the same coalition's airstrikes these past 18 months were actually done to bring about the refugee crisis.

How Vietnam went from defeating the US to becoming a Trans-Pacific vassal (1975-2015)

© dailyperversion.blogspot.com
In 1975 the people of Vietnam successfully ended one of the longest and bloodiest anti-colonial wars in world-history - defeating the US, the world's biggest imperial power, after 20 years of struggle.

Barely forty years later the Vietnamese regime signed off on the US-Japanese dominated Trans-Pacific Free Trade Agreement (TPFTA), which essentially converted Vietnam into a vassal state.

Vietnam has gone full circle: From a neo-colony ruled by puppet dictators backed by an American occupation army involving 500,000 troops from 1955-1975, to its current 'Communist' rulers who have turned-over its markets, industries, ports, resources and labor to the 500 largest Western and Asian multi-national corporations.

Comment: Vietnam can be seen as another of the technocrats' 'laboratories' in the modern world. The 'shock doctrine' is applied and what follows is a rebuilding in the globalists' image. Fortunately, with the US losing its role as the sole world power, a multi-polar world may form in which there are many paths into the future, and not just the psychopathic capitalist elite's.

Understanding conflict in the Asia Pacific: The Empire of Chaos vs. a Rising China

The complexity and history behind the current tensions in Asia Pacific are belied by simplistic narratives underpinned by superficial nationalism. China's portrayal across the Western media as a regional "bully" versus its victims across Southeast Asia is dividing the general public down two sides of a predictable line.

On one side are those who welcome the rise of China as a counterbalance for longstanding Western hegemony across Asia Pacific, on the other are those that fear China will simply replace a "benevolent" Western hegemony with its own brand of regional domination.

Somewhere in the middle lies the truth, but to arrive there, one must understand the true nature of the unfolding, and very unnecessary tensions in the South China Sea.

Destroying Africa: US conducts secret drone war through network of African bases

Image

In the wake of 9/11, the Pentagon immediately sought to eliminate what it called the "tyranny of distance" in Africa. By establishing a network of small, nondescript military bases across the continent, the US was able to launch a covert war far from American shores.

In July, reports began to surface that US Africa Command (Africom) was operating top secret drone bases out of Somalia. These suspicions were based largely on the testimony of local officials, who reported military activity around the cities of Kismayo and Baledogle.

"They have a base over there," a state minister told Foreign Policy. "They have high tech; they have drones; they have so many things."

Comment: The US has been doing its best to destabilize the region and make sure no benign development takes place. This is a blatant crime against humanity. Check out:

Nigerian government says 'Boko Haram' terror group has kidnapped over 45,000 people since 2012

The Nigerian House of Representatives has urged the country's federal government to establish a state authority which would be tasked with searching for those adults and children who had been kidnapped by Boko Haram.

Boko Haram, an ISIL-affiliated terrorist group operating primarily in northern Nigeria, has kidnapped over 45,000 people in the country since 2012, Daily Post Nigeria reported on Wednesday, citing the Nigerian House of Representatives.

The Nigerian government announced the number during a discussion of the group's kidnapping of 276 schoolgirls in the northeastern Nigerian town of Chibok. According to sources, 219 of those kidnapped remain missing. The group is said to be using the captured girls as human bombs.

Comment: Boko Haram, another terrorist organization designed to destabilize nations and legitimate Western intervention, if necessary:
Nigeria, as Africa's most dynamic economy, presents major opportunities and challenges for key global powers. For China, Nigeria represents one of its principal investment footholds in Africa. A key trading partner for Beijing, Nigeria has increasingly been moving out of the direct orbit of the West, transforming it from a reliable, if subservient, Western ally, into an obstacle to be overcome. Coinciding with these developments has been the continually expanding US military presence throughout Africa, one that is increasingly concentrated in West Africa, though without much media fanfare aside from the Ebola story.
