NewsReal: Covid-19/11

covid 9/11 terror newsreal

Marking the 20th anniversary of the multi-site terror attack on September 11th, and with 'Islamist' terror attacks tapering off and the US pulling out of Afghanistan, it feels like the end of an era.

Much of what is considered 'normal' today - not least, strict government controls on people's movements and transactions - would have been unthinkable before 9/11. The 'war on terror' may be gone, but it leaves behind a gargantuan global surveillance and control grid.

On this NewsReal, Joe and Niall discuss what 9/11 and 'the pandemic' have in common, how the former led to the latter, and why government and corporate interests synchronize around crises for 'population management'.

Prime suspect? Dem lawmaker denies she set free 5 ZEBRAS still on the loose after jailbreak from Maryland farm

Zebras graze under a bridge of the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) line, inside the Nairobi National Park in Nairobi, Kenya, July 9, 2020.
What's black, white, and running amok across the suburbs of Maryland? Five zebras are now on the loose after escaping a small private farm. The plot thickened after a congresswoman emphatically denied she was behind the jailbreak.

The animals escaped from a farm in Prince George's County last week and have yet to be returned home, said Rodney Taylor, chief of the county's Animal Services Division. He noted the agency has received at least five zebra-spotting calls from concerned locals since last week, as the animals continue to mosey through a semi-rural area of the county.

Covid vaccine passports scrapped for winter by Boris Johnson

bojo
© WPA POOL/GETTY IMAGES
Boris Johnson will announce this week that he is scrapping plans that would have required vaccine passports for entry to nightclubs, cinemas and sports grounds.

On Tuesday, the prime minister will announce plans to try to keep Covid under control over the winter. He will say that he has abandoned the proposed compulsory certification scheme, which would have forced venues to check people's vaccine status.

Johnson tore up the proposals after scientists said vaccinations would be an effective first line of defence against a winter wave of the pandemic. But the move also represents a significant concession to Tory backbench rebels who had complained that enforcing vaccine passports would create a group of second-class citizens.

Chinese state media label George Soros a "global economic terrorist"

Hungarian-born US investor and philanthropist George Soros looks on during a speech on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) annual meeting, on January 23, 2020 in Davos, eastern Switzerland.
China's mouthpiece Global Times has labeled Hungarian-born American billionaire George Soros a "global economic terrorist" in a tit for tat exchange playing out in dueling op-eds that underscore the rising temperature in US-China relations.

The article, published on September 4 and without citing any evidence, accused the hedge fund manager and philanthropist of providing finance to Hong Kong's jailed newspaper owner Jimmy Lai to support the city's anti-Beijing protests in 2019.

Comment: 'Without any evidence'? Jimmy Lai's role in destabilizing Hong Kong is a pretty good and solid example. Using colour revolutions and protests to overthrow a government that isn't compliant to the West has become such a common tactic that even parents of ideologically possessed children are wise to the game.

Soon thereafter, Soros penned an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal that said New York-based BlackRock's recent 6.7 billion yuan (US$1 billion) mutual fund investment in China was a "tragic mistake" and would likely lose money for the asset manager's clients. Soros wrote the BlackRock investment "imperils the national security interests of the US."

Comment: According to freedictionary.com the definition of terrorist is as follows:
An individual who uses violence, terror, and intimidation to achieve a result.
And that definition describes Soros, his activities and objectives rather accurately. But, as we saw above, it's not just China saying this, Hungary, officials and citizens of the US, South America - pretty much anywhere his NGOs have been active - have gone on record stating much the same: Also check out SOTT radio's: Behind the Headlines: Confessions of an Economic Hitman: Interview with John Perkins

Biden White House stonewalls two key senators in inquiry into president's use of private email

The White House failed to meet a deadline last month to provide information to two key Republican senators concerning Joe Biden's use of a private email account as vice president to send government information to his son Hunter Biden.

Senators Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley, the ranking Republicans on the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations and the Senate Judiciary Committee respectively, asked White House Counsel Dana Ann Remus in a July 30 letter to answer (1) whether Biden used one or more private email accounts as vice president, (2) whether he is using any today as president and (3) whether government-related emails in the private accounts were preserved as required by the Federal Records Act.

Their letter was prompted by articles published in Just the News and the New York Post that released copies of emails purportedly from Joe Biden to White House staff during his vice presidency and to his son Hunter Biden that involved official government business. Johnson and Grassley wrote:
"If these reports are accurate, it is unclear whether then-Vice President Biden forwarded these and related emails to a government account to ensure that they satisfied federal recordkeeping and archival requirements.

"Further, it is unclear whether now-President Biden has continued the use of non-government email for official business and whether he has continued to provide government information to his family members, including Hunter Biden."
You can read the letter here.

Just the News reported in mid-July that emails recovered from a Hunter Biden laptop turned over to the FBI included messages signed "Dad" from the email address robinware456@gmail.com to the younger Biden.

Mainstream media cares more about you taking ivermectin than Biden eviscerating medical freedom

The Bidant
On Thursday, the United States made a giant leap forward into a despotic and fascist future in which the government owns our bodies and can force us to do whatever they please. Thanks to the massive propaganda campaign waged by the mainstream media, half of Americans likely agree with it.

"We've been patient but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us," Mein Führer President Joe Biden said on Thursday as he bypassed Congress and unilaterally ordered 100 million Americans to undergo a medical procedure against their will — or become unemployable. Biden continued:
"My job as president is to protect all Americans. So tonight, I'm announcing that the Department of Labor is developing an emergency rule to require all employers with 100 or more employees that together employ over 80 million workers to ensure their workforces are fully vaccinated or show a negative test at least once a week.

"The bottom line — we're going to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated coworkers."
Biden completely disregarded the fact that natural immunity to the virus is exponentially more effective than the vaccine. He also completely ignored the Constitution, the Congress, and essentially every single check and balance the government has ostensibly set up to prevent tyrants like him from making such broad and overreaching dictates.

It's no wonder that #IwillNOTComply and #MassNonCompliance began trending immediately after the dictator on high delivered this chilling speech. In fact, they continued to trend into Friday morning highlighting the mass resistance to such tyrannical madness and the terrifying precedent that it sets.

Comment: 'Divide and conquer' is working as planned.

Nord Stream 2 pipeline a political defeat for US, but a victory for Russia, Germany and, in the long run, possibly Ukraine

Workers celebrate as they prepare to lay the final section of Nord Stream 2, in Germany. The Fortuna crew welded the final part, number 200,858, on Friday.
Nord Stream 2 has gone from pipe dream to pipeline. Despite controversy and opposition, the 1,224 kilometer, $11-billion underwater gas link has been completed, doubling Russia's gas export capacity through the Baltic Sea.

Now, the team behind the construction, having welded the final segment into place, say gas could start flowing as early as October. While some German regulatory decisions are still pending, there are no clear signs Nord Stream 2 can be blocked at this point. The Russian Foreign Ministry said on Friday:
"We expect that millions of European consumers in the near future will be able to receive Russian gas along the shortest, most economical and environmentally friendly route. It's time to stop creating obstacles to this important project."
In the future, the new pipeline is supposed to carry up to 55 billion cubic meters of gas per year, the equivalent of the needs of about 26 million households, according to its developers.

Justice Department sues Texas over 'unconstitutional' abortion law

US Attorney General Merrick Garland
The Justice Department is suing Texas over the state's new controversial restrictions on abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced Thursday.

Garland said the law is plainly improper both for its onerous restrictions on abortion access and for the provisions allowing state residents to sue anyone who aids or carries out restricted abortions. Garland, at a press conference, said:
"The act is clearly unconstitutional under longstanding Supreme Court precedent. This kind of scheme to nullify the Constitution of the United States is one that all Americans, whatever their politics or party, should fear. If it prevails, it may become a model for action in other areas by other states and with respect to other constitutional rights and judicial precedents. nor need one think long or hard to realize the damage that would be done to our society if states were allowed to implement laws that empower any private individual to infringe on another's constitutionally protected rights in this way."
The move comes a week after the Supreme Court refused to block the state law, which would effectively ban most abortions, in a 5-4 ruling over the objections of the court's liberal wing and the Chief Justice John Roberts. The law went into effect on Sept. 1.

The lawsuit was filed Thursday afternoon in federal district court in Texas.

Leaked emails show State Department refused to greenlight Afghan evacuation planes even with American citizens onboard

The State Department refused to green light a number of privately chartered flights out of Afghanistan that could have evacuated US citizens and Afghan special immigrant visa applicants, leaked emails reportedly show.

Military lawyer and retired Marine Eric Montalvo shared the communications with Fox after he organized some of the flights and now claims the federal government thwarted his rescue effort.

The leaked emails show State officials refusing to allow Montalvo's privately paid for flights to use US property either inside the country or at one of its many overseas bases, after the Biden administration pledged to do whatever it can to rescue all Americans and as many Afghan allies as possible.

NYT throws Biden under bus, exposes US drone strike as war crime - family murdered, not ISIS

kabul drone

Relatives and neighbors survey the damage to vehicles in the courtyard of the home of Mr. Ahmadi.
It was the last known missile fired by the United States in its 20-year war in Afghanistan, and the military called it a "righteous strike" — a drone attack after hours of surveillance on Aug. 29 against a vehicle that American officials thought contained an ISIS bomb and posed an imminent threat to troops at Kabul's airport.

But a New York Times investigation of video evidence, along with interviews with more than a dozen of the driver's co-workers and family members in Kabul, raises doubts about the U.S. version of events, including whether explosives were present in the vehicle, whether the driver had a connection to ISIS, and whether there was a second explosion after the missile struck the car.

Comment: In other words, every major facet of the story told by the U.S. military.

Military officials said they did not know the identity of the car's driver when the drone fired, but deemed him suspicious because of how they interpreted his activities that day, saying that he possibly visited an ISIS safe house and, at one point, loaded what they thought could be explosives into the car.

Times reporting has identified the driver as Zemari Ahmadi, a longtime worker for a U.S. aid group. The evidence suggests that his travels that day actually involved transporting colleagues to and from work. And an analysis of video feeds showed that what the military may have seen was Mr. Ahmadi and a colleague loading canisters of water into his trunk to bring home to his family.

While the U.S. military said the drone strike might have killed three civilians, Times reporting shows that it killed 10, including seven children, in a dense residential block.

Comment: A fittingly psychopathic end to a pointless, evil war. No one will be held accountable.
