Secret court reveals: FBI hunted for domestic terrorists without a warrant

FBI Chief Christopher Wray
A secret court warned the FBI in 2018 about warrantless searches. But the bureau still went looking for "racially motivated violent extremists" in NSA troves without a court order.

The FBI, without any court order, sifted through the National Security Agency's massive troves of foreign communications for information on American "racially motivated violent extremists," a newly declassified order from the secret surveillance court details.

Even though the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance (FISA) Court warned the FBI in 2018 that its warrant-free queries, known as backdoor searches, were constitutionally alarming, the bureau still conducted queries relevant to criminal investigations about, among other things "domestic terrorism involving racially motivated violent extremists." The court's Judge James E. Boasberg found what he referred to as "apparent widespread violations of the querying standard."

That's the euphemistic term the bureau tends to use to denote white supremacist violence. On one occasion, an FBI analyst ran a multi-search-term "batch query" on Americans "in connection with predicated criminal investigations relating to domestic terrorism" that returned 33 foreign surveillance results.

Comment: Timing of the flagged searches brings forth the question: Was the FBI looking for incriminating evidence to upset the 2020 election?

Spoiler alert: The court magnanimously overlooked these violations, as well as the 4th Amendment, and blamed lack of tracking on Covid.

Austrian Chancellor and German FM warn new sanctions against Russia won't work, both call for dialog instead

Austria's Chancellor Sebastian Kurz • German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas
Two of Europe's top politicians have urged Brussels to change its tactics in dealing with Russia, arguing that constructive talks and open dialogue, rather than new sanctions, are the best way to secure stability on the continent.

Speaking to Swiss daily newspaper Neue Zürcher Zeitung, Chancellor Sebastian Kurz spoke out against the idea of new restrictive measures aimed against Moscow. While, according to him,
"the sanctions already imposed by the EU were the right thing to do. It is now important to focus on dialogue. Peace on our continent can only be achieved with Russia, not against it. I am against additional sanctions as an end in themselves. De-escalation is required. It is difficult, but constant aggravation is not the way we want to go."
The Austrian leader's intervention echoes comments made over the weekend by German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas. Berlin's top diplomat said ties between Russia and the EU are currently "very bad" and Germany should play a greater role in dialogue with Moscow. He added that dealing with countries one has differences with is the "essence of diplomacy." At the same time, he said, current sanctions in response to the 2014 reabsorption of Crimea would remain in force.

'Pentagon quietly transfered 175 million internet addresses worth $4B to mysterious firm at shared workspace in Florida

A very strange thing happened on the internet the day President Joe Biden was sworn in. A shadowy company residing at a shared workspace above a Florida bank announced to the world's computer networks that it was now managing a colossal, previously idle chunk of the internet owned by the U.S. Department of Defense.

That real estate has since more than quadrupled to 175 million addresses - about 4 percent the size of the entire current internet. It's also more than twice the size of the internet space actually used by the Pentagon.

'It is massive. That is the biggest thing in the history of the internet,' said Doug Madory, director of internet analysis at Kentik, a network operating company.

The sell off of Internet space sparked theories the Pentagon could be eventually responding to repeated demands to monitise its collections of millions of dormant web pages.

But it now seems officials hope to place the pages on the open market in order to allow them to gather huge amounts of intelligence data about Internet users, including hostile actors.

Comment: The Pentagon owning part of the internet is its own secret controversy. Nothing truly important to military or government is revealed before it is fact. The Plantation location is a decoy.

Passport

European plans for 'vaccine passports' were in place 20 months prior to pandemic. Coincidence?

With the world being told that so-called 'vaccine passports' will be required for all international travel in future, and in many countries even to enter shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, hotels, theatres, concerts and sports events, the impression we are being given is that the measure is a direct result of the coronavirus pandemic. In Europe, however, which hosts 8 of the top 10 pharmaceutical exporting countries, planning for vaccine passports began at least 20 months prior to the start of the COVID-19 outbreak. Apparently, the pandemic conveniently provided European politicians with the 'excuse' they needed to introduce the idea.

The 'European Commission' - the executive body of Europe - first published a proposal for vaccine passports on 26 April 2018. Buried deep in a document dealing with 'Strengthened Cooperation against Vaccine Preventable Diseases', the proposal was essentially ignored by the mainstream media.

A roadmap document issued in early 2019 subsequently set out specific plans for implementing the European Commission's proposal. The primary action listed in the roadmap was to "examine the feasibility of developing a common vaccination card/passport" for European citizens that is "compatible with electronic immunization information systems and recognized for use across borders." The plan aimed for a legislative proposal to be issued in Europe by 2022.

Comment: Planning triggered the events - not the other way around. Nothing this colossal or impactful has come about by accident.

The Czech government on April 26 reiterated that evidence linking Russian GRU military intelligence to arms depot explosions in 2014 is "very convincing," after President Milos Zeman cast doubt over allegations that have sparked a deep diplomatic rift with Russia.

Zeman, who is known for being sympathetic toward Moscow, said during a televised address to the nation on April 25 that there are two theories about what caused the explosion of a munitions depot near the eastern Czech town of Vrbetice in 2014.

He said that one version of events is that Russian intelligence was involved in the deadly explosion. The other version, he said, was that the blast was caused by inexpert handling of ammunition.

"I take both lines [of investigation] seriously and I wish that they are thoroughly investigated," Zeman said.

Prime Minister Andrej Babis on April 17 announced that investigators from the Czech intelligence and security services had provided "unequivocal evidence" that there was "reasonable suspicion regarding a role of members of Russian military intelligence GRU's unit 29155 in the explosion of the munition depot in Vrbetice in 2014."

In response, the Czech government announced the expulsion of 18 Russian diplomats it considered to be spies, setting off a string of tit-for-tat moves between Prague and Moscow.

The WEF's Great Reset - Euphemism for a WWIII Scenario?

World economic forum
Let's make no mistake, we are already in WWIII. A more noble term is "The Great Reset" - the World Economic Forum's (WEF) eloquent description of a devastated worldwide economy, countless bankruptcies and unemployment, abject misery, famine, death by starvation, disease and suicide. Hundreds of millions of people have already been affected by this "collateral" damage of the "covid-19" fear-propaganda bio-war, with a death-toll maybe already in the tens of millions, but which in reality cannot even be assessed at this time.

And this only one year into this criminal madness, a diabolical elite of multi-multi billionaires has pushed upon us, We the People. We are only in the first year of the war which by the Reset's plan is to last the entire decade 2020-2030. The agenda is supposed to be completed by 2030 - it's also called UN Agenda 2030.

See this.

The WEF is, in fact, nothing more than an NGO, registered in a lush suburb of Geneva, Switzerland. Its members are, however, a collection of dirty-rich people: High-ranking politicians, heads of corporations, banking gnomes, artists and Hollywood personalities - none of them are people's elected officials with a mandate to rule the world.

Comment: This perspective is a useful one; the idea that there is indeed a 'World War' being perpetrated and waged on the people of the world. This paradigm doesn't easily fall into our usual conception of a World War because it is fought by any government (wittingly or unwittingly) against the very people it is designed to be protecting and serving - its own.

'Full closure': Turkey set for weeks-long lockdown, Erdogan says, amid country's stubborn Covid-19 death rate

Turkey will enter a nationwide lockdown later this month until May 17, which will include school closures and intercity travel curbs, in a bid to halt the spread of Covid-19, President Tayyip Erdogan has announced.

The "full closure" comes into force from April 29 and will include curfews from 7 pm to 5 am, Erdogan said in a speech on Monday after a cabinet meeting.

Anyone traveling between cities will require prior permission from the authorities, while public transport will be limited to 50% capacity, he said.

Manufacturing and food businesses will be exempt from the measures, and face-to-face teaching will be suspended in all schools.

Comment: Erdogan's yet another authoritarian leader who follows the PTB script in this political Corona circus. These people will do anything and will bow to anyone just to keep their position of power. That is all they really want; unlimited power and control - even if that means the degradation of their country and the lives of millions of people. For them, the injured masses are just 'collateral damage' on their way to maintaining their tyrannical reign.

Syria launched a missile towards Israel: payback time?

Israeli Dimona nuclear reactor in the Negev
The Syria air defence system near the capital Damascus launched a missile as Israeli jets were hovering above the occupied Golan Heights and bombing Syrian army targets near the Golan Heights. The Syrian missile landed 30 kilometres away from the most protected and secret Israeli Dimona nuclear reactor in the Negev. The distance between Damascus and Dimona nuclear site is 296 km, long enough that it seems astonishing that it was insufficient for the Israeli interception defence system to neutralise the missile. Was this promised Iranian retaliation for the Israeli sabotage attack on the Natanz nuclear reactor or a simple errant missile?

Israeli media and spokesperson of the Israeli army downplayed the event, describing the missile as an "errant surface-to-air S-200 (SA-5)". It is striking that Israel's most sophisticated interception system failed to down the missile. Others recalled a similar confrontation in 2019 when a stray Syrian anti-air missile hit Northern Cyprus. Former Defence Minister Avigdor Liberman took the opportunity to criticise Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu, accused of "being asleep during the night shift" and failed to intercept the Syrian missile.

The Feds are coming for libertarians

Feds against Libertarians
On the day that Joe Biden was inaugurated as president, former CIA chief John Brennan announced on television that federal intelligence agencies "are moving in laser-like fashion to try to uncover as much as they can about" various suspect groups, specifically mentioning libertarians.

Libertarians are in the federal crosshairs. Six or seven years ago, there was a lot of prattle about how "the libertarian moment has arrived." I always knew that was hokum. Since then, there has been a huge increase in hostility to libertarians in Washington DC and elsewhere around the country.

Many libertarians assume they have nothing to fear because they are not engaged in seeking to violently overthrow the government. But the feds will be able to find many other pretexts to target peaceful citizens with supposedly subversive ideas. Federal law already defines "domestic terrorism" far more broadly than most people realize. As the Oregonian recently noted, "Cases categorized as domestic terrorism include allegations of...knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted [government] building or grounds...civil disorders and making threatening communications." FBI chief Christopher Wray told a Senate Committee that the FBI has 2,000 ongoing domestic terrorism investigations. Wray recognizes the terrorist peril as the ticket to a bigger budget: "We need more agents; we need more analysts."

A crisis of hypocrisy: The real disaster is The Establishment

Kerry Fukushima
© amazonaws.com/Unknown/KJN
Reactor disaster Fukushima, Japan • Presidential Envoy for Climate Change John Kerry
Having been reminded on a daily basis, the entirety of ours lives, of the litany of crises that lurk just around the corner; the endless threat to survival, the impending doom, the imminent disasters and the threats to life, we know when Earth Day comes around what to expect as the scaremongering drivel of the establishment and their media mouthpieces accelerate their efforts at frightening the living daylights out of us. It is a key date in the calendar of the alarmists and they don't waste a second of it.

Whether it be the threat of terrorism, the deadly viral outbreak, the incoming asteroids, the nuclear apocalypse, the extinction of the bees or the racist White Supremacists, we're told there's always a reason for us to be scared and therefore a reason to put more money into the pockets of parasites, more control into the hands of predators. Hence, nobody should have been surprised when the aristocrats were rolled out for the chattel on Earth Day to wag their fingers and lash their tongues, reminding the masses of what a nuisance they are as a species and condemning the untold damage they continue to inflict on the environment. The world's facing an immediate catastrophe they tell us, and it is all our fault.

Our way of life throughout the generations, we are told, has been one of selfishness and gluttony and, as a result, we are to blame for the devastation. It is up to us now to fix it. The good news, of course, is that it is not too late. Luckily we can face the challenge of climate change in the same way we have been facing the challenge of the pandemic over the past year - by giving up our liberties and freedoms and sacrificing everything we hold near and dear. This seems to be the one-size-fits-all fix for every major world issue.

As long as we place our implicit trust in the powers-that-be, doing what we are told, then we can get through it all. We are all in this together supposedly - and that even includes limousine-riding, private jet-flying, Climate Czar himself, John Kerry, who implored us all on Earth Day to put more pressure on our governments regarding climate change, declaring that we need to be more aggressive in reducing CO2 emissions.

It was remarkable to hear this when we consider that only 24 hours or so earlier he didn't appear to give a shit about the environment.

Comment: Many will agree with the slams against elitist John Kerry. They are justified. His positive contributions to 'the people' are scant compared to his obstruction and slimy diplomacy as Obama's Secretary of State (just ask Lavrov!). If that was his job description, he nailed it.
