Judge Emmet Sullivan gave the Department of Justice (DOJ) until Monday to attest to the evidence, which includes handwritten notes from former FBI agent Peter Strzok. He also ordered the prosecutors to provide the dates and authors for each filing as well as a transcription for each handwritten document.
Strzok's attorney, Aitan Goelman, flagged the alterations in a letter to Sullivan late last month, saying that the DOJ had added dates to the documents and that at least one of them was inaccurate.

Russia's President Vladimir Putin speaks at a meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club via a video conference call.
On Thursday, the Russian president gave his annual speech to the gathering of the Valdai Discussion Club - a select group of Russian and foreign experts who meet once a year to ponder the fate of the world. The 2020 event, normally held in Sochi, was staged online, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Putin's address, and his answers to the questions that followed, wandered far and wide. At times, he delved into specific details, but at other moments, his words were broad-ranging and philosophical. The speech therefore provides a useful tool for analyzing what one might call the 'ideological foundations' of latter-day Putinism.
Commentary in the international press has focused primarily on what Putin had to say about the global political order. This was, in reality, quite conservative. He distanced himself from the Valdai Club's most recent report, which stated that international institutions were more of an 'obstacle' to the construction of a successful global system than a help. "I cannot agree with the assumption that the existing international structures must be completely rebuilt," he said.
Instead, Putin argued in favor of "adjusting the international arrangement of world politics." He also lent his support to regional multilateralism, in which interested groups of states work together to solve common problems outside of the global institutional framework.
You would be justified in thinking that the various news conferences put on by US law enforcement and intelligence officials in which foreign actors - Russia, China and Iran are the usual suspects - are accused of meddling in all things American are little more than a giant practical joke, a parody of how a government should behave, instead of the damning indictment of reality that they are.
The most recent iteration of this embarrassing spectacle took place on Wednesday evening, during a hastily convened press conference suspiciously timed to coincide with former president Barack Obama's inaugural stump speech in support of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

In a series of tweets around noon on Thursday, Balding said that he had really "not wanted to do this but roughly 2 months ago I was handed a report about Biden activities in China the press has simply refused to cover. I want to strongly emphasize I did not write the report but I know who did."
Some more background on the origins of the report from Balding's website:
And on substance, we're pretty sure that Biden committed a grave, perhaps fatal error toward the end when he declared war on oil and gas. As this morning's American Spectator column by yours truly notes, Biden's classic gaffe - defined as accidentally telling the truth - in which he admitted he would "transition" America away from oil almost assuredly will resonate in a bad way in a bunch of swing states (and maybe some which aren't). It seems hard to imagine he can win Pennsylvania or Ohio after having said that, it's certainly the end of any chance he had to make Texas competitive, and Trump might now have a shot at pulling out New Mexico and Colorado now that Biden has signaled the end of the economic future for the millions of Americans working in oil and gas.
Comment: And Biden wants Trump to be fact checked...
Three U.S. government officials told Reuters that the president and his intelligence chief have advocated for the document's release.
But two officials said their calls for declassification have been met with opposition from within the intelligence agencies, with some objecting that such a release would be too close to Election Day.
Appearing Tuesday on "Greg Kelly Reports," Giuliani, who says he is in possession of a copy of a hard drive purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, said the current Democrat presidential nominee could have used several "flunkies" as a "bag man" rather than his own son, but instead involved Hunter in a purported bribery scheme with Chinese businesses.
"Ten percent of the money that was being whacked up, that was $10 million a year, and then 50% of the profits with three Chinese Communists, one of whom was a Chinese intelligence operative — that 10% of that was going to H. for 'the big guy,'" Giuliani said.

Fox News Channel White House Correspondent John Roberts initially reported Thursday afternoon that Bobulinski "will turn his electronic devices and records of business dealings with Hunter and Jim Biden over to the FBI."
Bobulinski later addressed reporters at the J.W. Marriott in Nashville, Tennessee, two hours prior to the presidential debate, confirming a story first broken by Breitbart News on Wednesday — namely, that he had personally witnessed former Vice President Joe Biden discussing business interests with Biden's son, Hunter Biden, and his brother, James Biden.
Comment: So who, exactly, is Tony Bobulinski?

Tony Bobulinski is a Navy veteran and CEO of Sinohawk Holdings, which he described as "a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family." He was the recipient of a May 2017 email published by the Post last week that appear to show Joe Biden's involvement with his son Hunter's foreign business dealings.
The former serviceman claimed that he was brought into their company as CEO by James Gilliar, an employee of the international consulting firm J2cR, and Hunter Biden.
The 2017 email, which was reportedly from a business associate of Hunter Biden, outlined "renumeration [sic] packages" for a Chinese venture.
It also laid out how equity would be distributed under a provisional agreement, representing "10" going to Hunter "for the big guy."
"I've seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about business. I've seen first-hand that that's not true, because it wasn't just Hunter's business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line."
What was Tony Bobulinksi's statement?
The Navy vet sent a 689-word statement to the New York Post, in which he claimed that Hunter Biden referred to his father as "my chairman and frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals that we were discussing."
Bobulinski also claimed that he's turned over all of his evidence to two Senate committees that requested it.
An earlier report by one panel, the Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs, revealed knowledge about the Biden partnership that Bobulinski claims he was previously unaware of.
"The Johnson Report connected some dots in a way that shocked me — it made me realize the Bidens had gone behind my back and gotten paid millions of dollars by the Chinese, even though they told me they hadn't and wouldn't do that to their partners."

On another record-setting day for new COVID-19 infections, Pritzker announced the police patrols in four area of the state. The officers will be authorized to disperse crowds and issue citations for violators.
Pritzker previously downplayed enforcement while begging for compliance, but he said times have changed.
"It is very serious right now, folks, and if we need to close down restaurants or bars or take away their liquor licenses, take away their gaming licenses, we will do that because we are now headed into a peak that is beyond, potentially, where we were in March and April," Pritzker said during a visit to the St. Clair County Health Department in Belleville.
Comment: It's not "very serious." And "cases" are practically meaningless. There currently isn't any excess mortality in the U.S., and these tyrants know it. If they DON'T know it, they're only demonstrating that they're incompetent and should be removed from office immediately.
Earlier, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot had a similar message. Starting Friday, she ordered nonessential businesses to close by 10 p.m. and urged residents to limit gatherings to six people because of the troublesome rise in coronavirus cases. Bars that don't serve food also have to stop serving customers indoors, and all restaurants and bars have to stop liquor sales at 9 p.m.
"We are — no doubt whatsoever — in a second surge," Lightfoot said. "This is what it looks like."
Comment: Only a Sith speaks in absolutes. There is PLENTY of doubt about this so-called second surge. For instance: Lockdown lunacy 4.0: The illusion of control
Comment: France has expanded useless curfews to cover 46 million people. PM Castex blatantly lied to the public, saying: "No one can consider themselves safe from this, even young people." In Ireland, Dublin police arrested 11 anti-lockdown protesters for the horrendous offence of "breaching public health regulations."
Spanish regions are calling on the government to implement their own curfew.
Newly revealed evidence taken from Hunter Biden's laptop, in the form of an email dated November 2, 2015, from Vadym Pozharskyi to Devon Archer and Hunter Biden at their Rosemont Seneca Partners email addresses shows, unequivocally, that Burisma's purpose in placing them both on the Board of Directors, and hiring Blue Star Strategies, a Washington DC PR firm, in November 2015, was to influence United States and Ukrainian government policies for the benefit of Burisma and its exiled owner, Nikolay Zlochevskyi. It was Zlochevskyi, a Ukraine oligarch, who was paying Archer and Biden a reported $83,000 a month — each — to serve on the Bursima Board.
This memorandum was referenced by Tucker Carlson the night of the NY Post story on Biden's laptop, but an image of the email only found its way online today.
