The convict, identified as Mutlig al-Otaibi, was beheaded on Wednesday, the Saudi Interior Ministry said in a statement carried by the official Saudi Press Agency.
The ministry added that al-Otaibi had been found guilty of shooting dead a fellow Saudi because of an argument.
The number of beheadings has surged in Saudi Arabia compared with the 87 for the whole of 2014.
Speaking at the World Zionist Congress in Jerusalem, Netanyahu said that Haj Amin al-Husseini, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, flew to Berlin and convinced Hitler to exterminate Jewish people.
"Hitler didn't want to exterminate the Jews at the time, he wanted to expel the Jews. And Haj Amin al-Husseini went to Hitler and said, 'If you expel them, they'll all come here [Palestine].' "
According to Netanyahu, Hitler then asked: "So what should I do with them?" to which the Mufti replied: "Burn them."
Comment: Netanyahu's comments certainly aren't helpful to the situation in Israel. But this confirms his true stance on the Palestinians even though he claims to be open to talks for a two-state solution.

Russian President Vladimir Putin (R) shakes hands with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad during a meeting at the Kremlin in Moscow, Russia, October 20, 2015.
"Yesterday evening Syrian President Bashar Assad arrived in Moscow for a working visit," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday. "President [Putin] was informed in detail by his Syrian counterpart about the current state of affairs in Syria and the long-range plan."
The two leaders conducted lengthy negotiations, which then continued in the presence of Russia's top policymakers.

While at Duke, Robert M. Califf received millions in funding and salary support from Eli Lilly, Merck, Novartis, and other drug companies.
Faculty Connection, LLC, where Califf served from 2006 to 2015, claims the company "brings together physicians and researchers from leading academic institutions with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients."
As the Intercept reported, Faculty Connection, LLC "boasts that its team of 'practicing university-based physicians and researchers' provides 'regulatory consulting,' including expertise in FDA briefing reviews and other regulatory submissions to the agency."
Further, an official corporate video notes the company has "served over 175 different pharma, biotech medical device firms," claiming to help faculty — researchers, doctors, and academics — work side-by-side with the pharmaceutical industry.
For example, Dr. Mona Fiuzat's, a consultant for Facult Connection, LLC, "participated in the preparation for Cardio-renal Advisory Committee presentations to the FDA on behalf of drug sponsors," according to her biography on the company's website.
Califf previously came under fire for helping to establish the Duke Clinical Research Institute, which is funded primarily by pharmaceutical companies. According to a 2014 Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Cahill admitted his close connection to the industry. As TIME summarized, his income is "contractually underwritten in part by several large pharmaceutical companies, including Merck, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Eli Lilly and Novartis. He also receives as much as $100,000 a year in consulting fees from some of those companies, and from others." The FDA insists Cahill donates his private income to nonprofits.

Ukrainian government troops will pull back mortars with a caliber less than 120 millimeters and cannons with a caliber less than 100 millimeters, Lysenko told reporters on Saturday in Kiev. Separatists would start weapon withdrawal on Oct. 21, Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported on Friday, citing rebel commander Eduard Basurin.
The Ukrainian government and the pro-Russian insurgents in the country's easternmost regions agreed to pull back tanks and light weapons earlier this month. They were given 41 days to complete the withdrawal, which would move tanks and light artillery 30 kilometers (19 miles) from each other.
Comment: Perhaps the spectacular performance of Russia in Syria has made the Ukraine junta think twice this time, about thumbing their nose at an agreement actively promoted by Putin.

The truth about the September 11, 2001 terror attacks would take down the US as a global empire, American scholar Dr. Kevin Barrett told Press TV on Tuesday.
Dr. Kevin Barrett, a founding member of the Scientific Panel for the Investigation of 9/11, made the remarks in an interview with Press TV on Tuesday, while commenting on the ongoing feud between Republican presidential candidates Donald Trump and Jeb Bush over the 9/11 attacks.
On Friday, Trump blamed former US President George W. Bush for the September 11, 2001 attacks. On Sunday, Trump said that if he had been president in 2001, his immigration policy would have kept al-Qaeda terrorists from attacking the US.
In response, Bush said his brother, George W. Bush, is not responsible for the 9/11 attacks. "Look, my brother responded to a crisis, and he did it as you would hope a president would do."
"He united the country," Bush told CNN. "He organized our country, and he kept us safe. And there's no denying that. The great majority of Americans believe that."
The UN estimates that in the half-year of bombing, there have been roughly 2,355 civilian deaths. Many of these are reminiscent of the September 28 drone strike on a wedding party which left dozens dead.
Comment: Chances are those deaths are underestimated and that probably doesn't include people being wounded or left with all their homes and possessions destroyed.
Speaking to Vice News, witnesses recalled a scene of joy turning into one of horror.
"Once we reached the site of the airstrike, all we could find were body parts," said a woman whose daughter was killed at the celebration.
Comment: Saudi Arabia has an appalling record of human rights violations, yet the US supports it tactically and militarily. Contrast this with Putin's actions in Syria - eliminating ISIS instead of civilians - and it becomes clear that Russia's the one who's genuinely concerned with human rights, not the US or Saudi Arabia.
According to Reuters, the pledge was made as President Obama called to congratulate Trudeau on his election win.
The Liberal leader ran on a promise to withdraw Canada's CF-18 bombers from the US-led coalition's military campaign against the self-proclaimed Islamic State terrorist group. Earlier this year, Canada's Liberal Party fought against the Conservative government's proposal to extend combat missions from Iraq into Syria.
On the campaign trail, Trudeau also floated the idea that his administration may consider bolstering local forces in the region, and increasing Canada's humanitarian aid.
Comment: That certainly was a quick move. Will Trudeau follow through with this pledge?
On Tuesday, a short-range Terrier Orion ballistic missile was fired from Hebrides Range in the United Kingdom. As it flew through the sky over the Atlantic Ocean, it was intercepted by a pair of anti-ship cruise missiles, one of which was fired from the USS Ross, an American ship a long way from home.
It was all a test, part of the Maritime Theater Missile Defense Forum's at Sea Demonstration. According to a press release from the US Defense Department, "this was the first time a Standard Missile-3 (SM-3) Block IA guided interceptor was fired on a non-US range and the first intercept of a ballistic missile threat in the European theater."
Whilst the US has been bombing ISIS for over a year, ISIS has only grown and gained more ground in Syria. A few months ago ISIS took over the ancient city of Palmyra in Syria, a UNESCO world heritage-listed site.
In spite of the fact that the US government acknowledged ISIS cannot be defeated without ground troops, they have refused to work with the Syrian military, the only force on the ground commanded by the only UN-recognized government in the country, and the only force capable and willing to fight ISIS.
On the other hand Russia is coordinating with the Syrian military on the ground, assisting Syrian troops in gaining ground against terrorism. The discrepancy shows a lack of honesty on the part of the US when it comes to its real agenda in Syria vs its proclaimed goal of fighting terrorism. The US is capable of more, the US military is the most powerful and technologically advanced force in the world. It is logical to conclude that they are willfully throwing the fight against terrorism in Syria and the reasons for that should be examined.
Comment: The Russian campaign has backed the US into a corner, and in doing so, has exposed itself and its allies as the source of terrorism. The charade may not last much longer

Comment: How's that for setting an example being the head of the UN Human Rights Council?
