Boris Johnson confirms Brexit transition period will not be extended

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson
Boris Johnson has confirmed that the UK Government will not look to extend the Brexit transition and that the UK will be leaving the EU as one.

Addressing MPs in the House of Commons, the Prime Minister said that the government will not be extending the Brexit transition period.

Concern has been voiced over a "low level of preparedness" among businesses in Northern Ireland just weeks before the end of the Brexit transition period.

As negotiations between the UK and EU continue, with just weeks to go until the transition period ends on December 31, departmental officials said a lack of certainty was causing frustration among businesses.

Comment: Apparently the EU isn't sweating it:
"Decisive days for our negotiations," the EU's chief executive [Ursula von der Leyen] tweeted. "There has been progress but I cannot tell today if in the end there will be a deal."

She told the European Parliament: "The European Union is well prepared for a no-deal scenario."

London and Brussels are trying to clinch a post-Brexit trade deal during negotiations this week, but the Commission chief warned Britain that, whatever the outcome, "there will be a clear difference between being a full member & being just a valued partner."

Any trade deal should be agreed before the United Kingdom leaves the single market on January 1. The market's integrity will not be put into question, von der Leyen told EU lawmakers, but stressed the need for clear rules in view of PM Boris Johnson's tactics. "We want to know what remedies are available in case one side will deviate in the future because trust is good, but law is better."

The three main sticking points are fishing quotas and agreeing access to waters, the issue of how to settle future disputes, and ensuring economic fair play for companies.
France weighed in on the matter
The French foreign minister has slammed the attitude of the UK's Brexit negotiators, accusing them of deliberately dragging their heels over "secondary subjects," as the clock ticks down for reaching a trade deal with the EU.

"Britain must come out of tactical postures, and respect its commitments," Jean-Yves Le Drian told a French foreign affairs committee meeting on Wednesday.

"British overtures in Brexit talks remain insufficient."
At this point it looks like the UK and EU are blundering into a 'no-deal Brexit' and will have to clean up the mess on an ad hoc basis with all the ensuing economic chaos that will bring. A virtual guarantee of court cases for decades. The lawyers will make out like bandits.

"The fraud was executed by many means": Sidney Powell 'Releases the Kraken' with dual lawsuits in Michigan, Georgia

Sidney Powell

Sidney Powell, author of the bestseller "Licensed to Lie" and lead counsel in more than 500 appeals in the 5th Circuit, in Washington on May 30, 2019.
Sidney Powell has finally released the Kraken - filing two lawsuits in Michigan and Georgia late Wednesday alleging massive schemes to rig the election for Joe Biden.

In Georgia, Powell claims in a 104-page complaint filed in the US District Court in Atlanta that the purpose of the scheme was "illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as president of the United States."

"Old-fashioned ballot-stuffing" has been "amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that very purpose," the suit continues, adding that "Mathematical and statistical anomalies rising to the level of impossibilities, as shown by affidavits of multiple witnesses, documentation, and expert testimony evince this scheme across the state of Georgia."

(L-R) President and CEO of Election Systems & Software Tom Burt, President and CEO of Dominion Voting Systems John Poulos, President and CEO of Hart InterCivic Julie Mathis testify during a hearing before the House Administration Committee on Capitol Hill in Washington, on Jan. 9, 2020.
The Republican Party in Jefferson County, Colorado, is calling for an audit of the 2018 and 2020 elections, expressing concerns about Dominion Voting Systems software and technology used in the county and at 61 other counties in the state. The county GOP is also requesting Dominion's source code.

Over the past several weeks, Dominion has come under scrutiny in the midst of allegations that the firm switched votes from President Donald Trump to Democrat Joe Biden.

The firm has categorically denied the claims, saying that it has no ties to any foreign government, while a spokesman for the Denver-based company told Fox News on Sunday that it's "physically impossible" for votes to be switched, although he did not elaborate. The firm also pointed to statements made by the Department of Homeland Security's cybersecurity division and secretaries of state about there being little to no evidence of voter fraud.

Biden says Americans WON'T STAND for election results not being 'honored,' while Trump says it 'must be turned around'

In an address calling for unity in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, Joe Biden took a moment to push back against President Donald Trump's claims of voter fraud, calling the process "full and fair and free."

While Biden mostly spent his Wednesday address focused on the pandemic, the Thanksgiving holiday, and calls for Americans to unite, he took a moment to address the presidential election and dismissed claims that voter fraud took place.

"Our democracy was tested this year," he said. "And what we learned is this: the people of this nation are up to the task. In America, we have full and fair and free elections, and then we honor the results.

Twitter bans campaign account of Pennsylvania senator that organized Gettysburg election hearing

Sen. Doug Mastriano

Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano
Twitter has banned the campaign account of Pennsylvania Senator Doug Mastriano, who organized Wednesday's election integrity hearing by the Senate Majority Policy Committee in Gettysburg.

The ban came on the same day as the bombshell hearing, which included a call-in testimony from President Donald Trump himself.

Mastriano's ban was first noticed by One America News reporter Jack Posobiec and reported by the National File.

Comment: Twitter continues to censor without any fear of displaying their blatant bias. Their goal is apparently to host a woke bubble with nothing but users parroting acceptable discourse. What a fun platform!

Here comes the cover-up: Obama-era hatchet-man appointed by DOJ to 'prosecute' election crime

Robert Heberle
The DOJ appointed Robert Heberle, the acting Chief of the "Public Integrity Section" (PIS) of the Criminal Division of the Department, to investigate and prosecute "election related" crimes two weeks ago. This followed in the wake of the very public resignation of the prior prosecutor who refused to follow the President's agenda. Heberle and PIS are notorious for prosecuting conservatives and being hitmen for conservative politicians.

Conservatives beware!

Heberle is a 36 year old Yale Law graduate, and is known for the prosecution of innocent Congressman Steve Stockman, convicted of fraud when both donors in his trial admitted that they were not defrauded, did not feel defrauded, and where all the government witnesses admitted there was no fraudulent scheme pushed upon those donors. Stockman is serving a ten-year prison sentence for fundraising crimes, even though by all accounts he did not take the money involved.

The new invisible boogeyman: False-flags and the dawn of bioterrorism

false flags bioterrorism
For the past twenty years, the world has been in the midst of a so-called "war on terror" set in motion by a false flag attack of spectacular proportions. Now the stage is being set for a new spectacular attack to usher in the next stage in that war on terror: the war on bioterrorism. But who are the real bioterrorists? And can we rely on government agencies, their appointed health authorities, and the corporate media to accurately identify those terrorists in the wake of the next spectacular terror attack?

Behavioral research and technology expert: Google shifted a 'minimum' of 6 million votes in 2020 election

Dr. Robert Epstein
© York Du/NTD
Dr. Robert Epstein, a senior research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology and former editor-in-chief of Psychology Today, in Washington on Sep. 4, 2019.
Google shifted a "bare minimum" of six million votes in the Nov. 3 presidential election by pushing its political agenda onto its users, a research psychologist has claimed.

In an interview with Fox News' "Tucker Carlson Tonight," Dr. Robert Epstein, a senior research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology in California, suggested that the big tech company's search manipulation could have prompted millions of Americans to shift their votes toward Democrats.

"Google search results were strongly biased in favor of liberals and Democrats. This was not true on Bing or Yahoo," Epstein said, referring to a team he put together to monitor the activities of big tech companies in the run up to the 2020 election.

The project team recruited "a diverse group of 733 registered voters, Republicans, Democrats, and Independents," from "three very critical battleground states: Arizona, Florida, and North Carolina," who were then equipped with special software that tracked their activity on the internet, such as searches on Google, Bing, and Yahoo.

"The bias was being shown to pretty much every demographic group we looked at, including conservatives ... conservatives got slightly more bias in their search results than liberals did. How do you account for that?" Epstein said.

Comment: And, not surprisingly, the deliberate suppression of the Hunter Biden scandal of a few weeks ago also had an effect on how people voted:
Large numbers of seven battleground state voters who backed former Vice President Joe Biden would not have voted for him had they known about major stories the national news media ignored, according to a survey made public Tuesday.

Knowing about the scandals involving Biden's son Hunter's dealings with officials and firms in China, Ukraine and Russia would have prompted 9.4 percent of those surveyed to change their vote, according to the survey (pdf) of 1,750 Biden voters in Nevada, Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Michigan.

Knowing about the sexual assault allegations raised against Joe Biden by a former Senate aide would have led 8.9 percent of the respondents to change their vote, according to the survey. It was conducted by The Polling Company and has a 2.6 percent margin of error.

"The national news media stole this election, as far as I'm concerned, they deliberately stole it from President Trump," MRC President Brent Bozell told a Tuesday news conference in releasing the survey results. "It is absolutely unequivocal, it cost Donald Trump the election."

Bozell said the purpose of the survey was to determine if media bias against President Donald Trump and for Biden affected the Nov. 3 election in the most important states. Bozell's organization has documented media bias for more than 30 years.

Subtracting the votes of respondents who said they would have changed their decision from Biden's total in the seven states would have pushed Trump to 311 electoral votes, more than enough to re-elect him, according to the survey.

The eight major stories that were censored by the national media, according to Bozell, included these:
  • Hunter Biden's financial dealings with foreign countries and individuals, including China, Russia and Ukraine.
  • Third quarter annualized Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth of 33.1 percent - the highest quarterly rate of growth ever.
  • The creation of over 11 million new jobs between May and September 2020.
  • The negotiation of multiple peace agreements between Arab nations and Israel and the subsequent Nobel Peace Prize nominations for Trump.
  • The sexual assault accusation by Tara Reade against Joe Biden from the 1990s.
  • Sen. Kamala Harris having the most liberal voting record in the U.S. Senate, even to the left of Sen. Bernie Sanders.
  • The $10 billion "Warp Speed" effort launched by Trump to expedite the development and production of CCP Virus treatments and vaccines. The disease is also known as the novel coronavirus.
  • The U.S. achieving energy independence under President Trump.
Each survey respondent was asked about each story, was then given specific details about them, and asked if the new information changed how they voted in the presidential race.

From one-third to more than one-half of the Biden voters said they had not heard about at least one of the eight stories prior to the Nov. 3 election, with, for example, 25.3 percent claiming no knowledge of Harris' Senate voting record and 50.5 percent who were unaware that the U.S. had achieved energy independence under Trump.

Almost half, 45.1 percent of the respondents, said they heard or read nothing reported in the national media about the Hunter Biden scandal prior to November 3 and 35.4 percent did not know about Reade's accusations against the former Vice President.

Biden's son, Hunter, has no experience in the energy industry but was paid more than $50,000 a month in consulting fees by a Ukrainian energy firm while his father oversaw U.S. policy towards the Eastern European nation.

In addition, a firm in which Hunter Biden was a principal, received a $1.5 billion investment from a bank controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.

Reade was an aide to Biden when he was in the U.S. Senate during the 1990s. She said in 2019 that Biden forced himself on her sexually while she worked on his staff.

Both Bidens denied any wrongdoing in the scandals.

The results of the survey are likely to fuel the post-election controversy over allegations of vote fraud and manipulation that benefitted Biden in the seven states.

Trump is challenging the results in several of the states and has vowed that he and his legal team "are moving full speed ahead. Will never concede to fake ballots & 'Dominion.'"

The President was referring to hundreds of thousands of questionable mail-in ballots, and to allegations by attorney Sidney Powell that computer software produced by the Dominion firm and used in 27 states was designed to be able to change vote totals.
