Endless illegal wars, terrorism, unaccountable ministers - The UK is a rogue state

The RAF's use of Reaper drones since 2007 has hit targets in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria
In the current crisis with Moscow, British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has written that "Russia cannot break international rules with impunity".

Britain, along with Russia, has a particular obligation to uphold international law since it is one of the five permanent members of the UN Security Council.

Last year, Attorney General Jeremy Wright said the UK was "a world leader in promoting, defending and shaping international law".

Yet the reality is different: Britain has been promoting at least seven foreign policies that can be strongly argued to be violating international law, and which make a mockery of its current demonisation of Russia.

Trump tells Baltic leaders they're "kinda stupid" for not getting along with Russia

On Apr 8, 2018 US President Donald Trump, left, speaks with Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite during a tour of the new NATO headquarters during a NATO summit of heads of state and government in Brussels on Thursday, May 25, 2017. US President Donald Trump and other NATO heads of state and government on Thursday will inaugurate the new headquarters as well as participating in an official working dinner.
On April 3, Donald Trump hosted the presidents of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Especially memorable were the words of Trump during the working lunch with the Balts.

"I think that today the Baltic countries are the best allies that you have in Europe and in NATO, and besides, we are doing our homework, we are modernizing our armies, we are already spending 2% on defense" said Dalia Grybauskaite, Lithuanian president.

Of course, the Russian threat was mentioned. After all, Russophobia for the Baltic leaders is a national idea, a foreign policy base, and the main export commodity.

Comment: How fortunate for the Americans that they can afford to be this ignorant about world affairs. The only reason they asked for more US military forces in their countries is because they absolutely do NOT want to 'get along with Russia'. They have large Russian minorities in their countries and it would be the end of their ethnically-based rule if they ever normalized relations with Russia and thus stopped treating their Russian populations like second-class citizens.

MSM Napalm Propaganda in Syria: Vanessa Beeley's visit to rebel 'Chemical Weapon' sites in Eastern Ghouta

One of the many unsubstantiated claims of "Napalm attack" made by the UK/US created propaganda construct, the White Helmets in Eastern Ghouta.
White helmets fake rescue
Napalm was a US invention. Napalm "was invented in a top-secret 1942 war research collaboration between Harvard University and the U.S. government". In 1952 the U.S. Patent Office issued certificate 2,606,107 for "Incendiary Gels" and made napalm's precise formula available worldwide.

"U.S. troops used a substance known as napalm from about 1965 to 1972 in the Vietnam War; napalm is a mixture of plastic polystyrene, hydrocarbon benzene, and gasoline. This mixture creates a jelly-like substance that, when ignited, sticks to practically anything and burns up to ten minutes. The effects of napalm on the human body are unbearably painful and almost always cause death among its victims." ~ The Vietnam War

The accusation of "napalm attack" conjures up terrible images designed to shock. In 1945 the US B29 bombers dropped their payload of 69,000 pounds of Napalm over Tokyo, Japan in one hour. An estimated 100,000 Japanese men, women and children perished in the resulting fire storm. Washington considered the 10 days of Napalm bombing raids across all Japan's major cities, a huge success. The US also used Napalm in North Korea with devastating consequences for its people in the 1950s. Washington dropped 32,557 tonnes of Napalm on Vietnam.

Comment: All the "Assad's Chemical Weapon" rhetoric meant to create an excuse to attack Syria by Western backers of the terrorists. Syria air defense forces claimed that they shot down 8 missiles near T4 airbase on April 9, 2018. It wasn't clear who fired those missiles yet. Since US denied its involvement, it is suspected of Israeli missiles.

Supporters of Fidesz party react to the preliminary results of the parliamentary election in Budapest, Hungary, April 8, 2018.
Viktor Orban has claimed a decisive victory and is set for a third term as Hungarian prime minister, after preliminary results show his Fidesz party taking an overwhelming majority of at least 134 seats in the 199-seat parliament.

"We have won... Hungary has won a great victory," Orban told a crowd of cheering supporters at a Sunday night rally, who responded by spontaneously singing the country's national anthem.

According to preliminary results of Sunday's parliamentary election, the incumbent Prime Minister's Fidesz party secured over 48 percent of the vote. The far-right Jobbik party received roughly 20 percent in the early results, while the Socialists are looking to come in third, with roughly 12 percent.

Comment: Another clear democratic result in eastern Europe today with Viktor Orban's re-election. Meanwhile all western European countries' elections in the last couple of years have returned hung parliaments or shaky coalition governments.

Chemical Cover-up Continues: British Consider 'Disappearing' Skripals Somewhere in The Anglosphere

skripals five eyes

Another chemical weapons masterpiece, brought to you by the Five Eyes, producers of such hits as 'Iraqi WMDs', 'Syrian Chemical Weapons', and 'Libya Kills Its Own People'
Having gone this far with their absurd theater of staging a chemical weapons attack and blaming it on the Kremlin, the British government has apparently decided that... it may as well keep going.

Thanks to Victoria Skripal having the wherewithal to record her phone conversation with her cousin once she got through to her, we now know that the Skripals are doing 'fine' enough that they expect to be discharged from hospital soon. We also learned from the cousin that she overheard someone coaching Yulia on what she could and could not say on the phone. When Victoria told her she'd apply for a visa in order to come to the UK and visit her and her uncle, Yulia foresaw - correctly, as it turns out - that it was unlikely her application would be successful.

In addition, the British continue to refuse Russian embassy staff in London permission to visit her - as they are required to do under international law.

The British now have a serious problem on their hands: what to do with the Skripals? If they let them return to Russia, they'll almost certainly divulge details embarrassing to the British government.

Eighteen more Palestinians were unapologetically murdered this past "Good Friday" by the Israeli military. They were unarmed. They were on their own land. They were desperate. They screamed their desperation as they marched. Then, they shouted their daily reality of personal horrors too close to Israel's attention. So, they were killed.

Not buying it: 'Syria gases own people just as Trump mulls withdrawal?' Journalists question Douma 'chem attack'

Not everybody is buying into reports of a chemical attack by Syria's government in Douma, with online critics saying the claims conveniently coincide with Donald Trump's plans to leave Syria and the withdrawal of Ghouta militants.

Anti-government activists, including the notorious White Helmets civil defense group, on Saturday blamed the Syrian authorities of using chemical weapons in the militant-held town of Douma in Eastern Ghouta, saying that dozens of civilians were killed and hundreds affected.

The claims have renewed calls for a Syria intervention by the West, while Damascus said they were a "fabrication" and Russia's Foreign Ministry on Sunday called them "fake news."

While a media storm immediately followed, accusing Syria's Bashar Assad of heinous crimes and predicting a new US strike against Damascus forces in response, journalists with knowledge of events on the ground in Syria wondered aloud if the claims should be treated with a grain of salt.

Independent journalist Vanessa Beeley, who visited the Syrian frontline on numerous occasions, said the chemical attack report, quickly picked up by mainstream media, was "also 100 percent lie," pointing out that the White Helmets group had been caught producing fakes before.

Comment: It's quite evident that the only purpose these attacks serve is to further the goals of the US in Syria. See also: A Syrian 'gas attacks' timeline - Notice the pattern?

An alleged new 'chemical incident' in Syria reminds of a similar series of events we saw last year. We are told to believe that each time the U.S. pulls back from the war on Syria the Syrian government is responding with a 'chemical attack' that pulls the U.S. back in.

U.S. priority on Syria no longer focused on 'getting Assad out': Haley
NEW YORK (Reuters) - The United States' diplomatic policy on Syria for now is no longer focused on making the war-torn country's president, Bashar al-Assad, leave power, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations said on Thursday, in a departure from the Obama administration's initial and public stance on Assad's fate.

Stymied by wall funding, Trump sends troops to US-Mexico border

President Donald Trump, unable to get the U.S. Congress or Mexico to fully fund his border wall, will post National Guard troops along the Mexican frontier, officials said on Wednesday, in a move that was likely to escalate tensions with a key U.S. ally.

The Trump administration was working with the governors of the four southwestern U.S. states along the border to deploy the Guard, said Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, adding that the troops would not be involved in law enforcement.

In a supporting role, possibly for aerial reconnaissance, the Guard will help U.S. Customs and Border Protection personnel with stopping illegal immigrants from entering the country, Nielsen said at a White House briefing with reporters.

In a memorandum laying out the new initiative, Trump directed Defense Secretary James Mattis to request the use of National Guard personnel to help the Department of Homeland Security in securing the southern border.

He ordered Mattis, Nielsen and Attorney General Jeff Sessions to submit a report within 30 days detailing an action plan and recommendations for any other executive authorities to be invoked to protect the border.
