Rand Paul flames op-ed's 'obscene' rules for the unvaccinated, swings at Fauci

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY)
Republican Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul made it clear Thursday that he was not impressed with recent suggestions for regulating unvaccinated Americans.

Paul made an appearance on Fox & Friends and took issue with White House chief medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci's advice in general as well as a recent Juliette Kayyem op-ed in The Atlantic titled "Unvaccinated People Need to Bear the Burden."

Paul responded to Kayyem's op-ed first, which advocated for only vaccinated people to be allowed on domestic flights:
"Obscene. You know that if we now disagree in our personal medical decisions with the left, they're going to declare that we're a terrorist and that we can't fly."

Comment: Feud for thought? Senator Paul fires back at Fauci's inane, conflicting and medically unsupported protocols and advice.

Greenwald: Obama collecting money for presidential library 'ethos of neoliberalism'

Former US president Barack Obama
Former President Barack Obama is asking for donations to build his presidential library while planning a massive birthday soiree at his Martha's Vineyard estate.

Journalist Glenn Greenwald weighed in Wednesday on Tucker Carlson Tonight, arguing that the former president aims to get rich at everyone else's expense.

"It is the ethos of neoliberalism," he said. "Leaders get rich at the expense of everybody else."

According to Greenwald, presidential libraries as a concept did not exist for the150 years since U.S. presidents are expected to be respected simply as civil servants. "You don't need like a shrine to your existence," Greenwald said.

Comment: This is the equivalent of Obama giving the American people a three-fingered fist.

Hezbollah, Israel trade fire in dangerous Mideast escalation

The militant Hezbollah group fired a barrage of rockets toward Israel on Friday, and Israel hit back with artillery in a significant escalation between the two sides.

It was the third day of attacks along the volatile border with Lebanon, a major Middle East flashpoint where tensions between Israel and Iran, which backs Hezbollah, occasionally play out. But comments by Israeli officials and Hezbollah's actions suggested the two were seeking to avoid a major conflict at this time.

Israel said it fired back after 19 rockets were launched from Lebanon, and Prime Minister Naftali Bennett swiftly convened a meeting with the country's top defense officials. No casualties were reported. "We do not wish to escalate to a full war, yet of course we are very prepared for that," said Lt. Col. Amnon Shefler, spokesman for the Israel Defense Forces.

Sirens blared across the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee near the Lebanon border Friday morning. Hezbollah said in a statement that it hit "open fields" in the disputed Shebaa farms area.

The group said it fired 10 rockets, calling it retaliation for Israeli airstrikes the day before. Israel said those strikes were in response to rocket fire from southern Lebanon in recent days that was not claimed by any group.

Shebaa Farms is an enclave where the borders of Israel, Lebanon and Syria meet. Israel says it is part of the Golan Heights, which it captured from Syria in 1967. Lebanon and Syria say Shebaa Farms belong to Lebanon, while the United Nations says the area is part of Syria.

'Shameless political manipulation': China rebukes Biden's offer of a 'safe haven' in US for Hong Kongers

Anti-government demonstrators during Hong Kong protests
The US is trying to play the "Hong Kong card" to undermine Beijing and doesn't really care about the people, China's foreign ministry has said, in response to US President Joe Biden's offer of a 'safe haven' for Hong Kongers.

On Thursday, Biden told the Department of Homeland Security to implement a "deferral of removal" for up to 18 months for thousands of Hong Kong residents currently staying in the US.

In a memo, the president accused China of assaulting Hong Kong's autonomy, of "undermining its remaining democratic processes and institutions", and of restricting academic freedom, and freedom of the press. "The US will not waver in our support of the people in Hong Kong," he pledged.

Biden's offer of a 'safe haven' exposes Washington's "sinister intention" to play the "Hong Kong card" to contain the city's development and to undermine China, the Hong Kong branch of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Friday. However, the people in China and Hong Kong, in particular, see through this "shameless political manipulation" by the Americans and that's why "it is doomed to fail," it said.

EU drug watchdog recommends flagging new possible adverse reactions to J&J Covid jab on product label

The EU's drugs watchdog has recommended that the possible side effects of tinnitus, dizziness, and low blood platelets be added to the product information of Johnson & Johnson's Covid vaccine, after studying data on the jab.

In an update on Covid vaccine safety issues published on Friday, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) advised that tinnitus, more commonly known as ringing in the ears, as well as dizziness, should be included among the list of possible side effects of the single-shot vaccine, after finding the conditions were linked to the jab.

Comment: The vaccine cabal seems hell-bent to demonize any option other than the gene-editing mRNA potions being pushed by Pfizer and Moderna. Attenuated-whole virus vaccines have been around for decades, and while problematic in their own right, they don't permanently alter the human genome. Furthermore, the mRNA vax had NO significant safety testing before being rushed to market. Notice that the most effective jab has been produced by Russia, yet it has had the most trouble being approved by western countries. What is really going on?

Manipulation: UK to use TikTok influencers to urge teens to get jab after Pfizer-linked vaccine committee chair admits policy lacks evidence

A person receives a dose of the Pfizer vaccine at the Central Middlesex Hospital in London, Britain, August 1, 2021.
Downing Street will enlist TikTok stars to push teens to get vaccinated, even as critics note that the committee behind the decision to expand the inoculation drive has admitted it had sparse evidence for doing so.

The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) announced on Thursday that the first dose of the Pfizer Covid vaccine will be offered to all 16- and 17-year-olds without needing the consent of their parents, reversing its own recommendation from just two weeks ago.

The independent panel of experts, which advises the UK government on immunisation, had earlier said that the jab should not be given to minors unless they were over 12 and suffered from medical conditions that would make them vulnerable to Covid-19, or lived with someone deemed high-risk. JCVI said it will issue a recommendation about when the second dose should be administered at a later date.

Comment: There's a palpable sense of urgency, bordering on panic, in this latest maneuver. What is driving the vax crowd? It can't just be money.

New York AG report: HRC president and Time's Up co-founder helped Cuomo office find dirt on accuser

Human Rights Campaign president Alphonso David
The recently released New York Attorney General's report revealed that members of Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo's office sought assistance from Human Rights Campaign president Alphonso David and Time's Up co-founder Roberta Kaplan to smear one of the governor's accusers.

The report stated that 2 members of Cuomo's administration, Richard Azzopardi and Melissa DeRosa, leaked information about one of the governor's accusers with the help of Alphonso David.

David is currently the president of Human Rights Campaign, the country's largest LGBT advocacy group, but previously served as a legal advisor to Gov. Cuomo. The report found that when one of the governor's accusers, former aide Lindsey Boylan, came out publicly with her story, DeRosa got in touch with David in hopes of getting dirt on her.

Comment: The hammer is falling on Cuomo and his co-conspirators. More from the New York Post:
DAs close in on Gov. Cuomo, launch criminal probes in Manhattan, Westchester

Prosecutors in New York City, as well as Westchester and Nassau counties, said Wednesday they have launched separate criminal investigations into sexual harassment allegations made against Gov. Andrew Cuomo based on the findings in a report released by state Attorney General Letitia James.

The probes will apparently target Cuomo's behavior at locations including his satellite office in Manhattan, his former home in Mount Kisco, where he lived with his then-girlfriend, celebrity chef Sandra Lee, and the site of the new Belmont Park Arena on Long Island.

A spokesman for outgoing Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance said, "When our office learned yesterday that the Attorney General's investigation of the Governor's conduct was complete, our office contacted the Attorney General's Office to begin requesting investigative materials in their possession pertaining to incidents that occurred in Manhattan."

Westchester DA Mimi Rocah also issued a statement saying, "As some of the Governor's conduct described in the report occurred in Westchester County, we have formally requested investigative materials obtained by the AG's Office."

And acting Nassau DA Joyce Smith said she was "reviewing the deeply disturbing findings of the Attorney General's report...and will thoroughly and expeditiously investigate any potential crimes" in her jurisdiction.
Also from the New York Post:
Nearly 60 percent of New Yorkers say Cuomo should resign: poll

Almost 60 percent of New Yorkers say Gov. Andrew Cuomo should step down in the wake of Attorney General Letitia James' independent sexual harassment probe that found he broke state and federal laws, a new poll found.

The survey, taken Tuesday evening, showed 59 percent of New York State residents — and 52 percent of registered Democrats — believe the embattled governor should resign.

If Cuomo doesn't step down, the 59 percent of adults think the State Legislature should impeach him, while just 28 percent think the legislative body shouldn't, according to the Marist Poll.

Only 11 percent, including 18 percent of registered Democrats in New York, hold that Cuomo "deserves" to be reelected, according to the poll, released Wednesday morning.

Why Are Globalists And Governments So Desperate For 100% Vaccination Rates?

human project
I don't think I am the only person that has noticed it - There has been a sudden deluge of covid vaccination propaganda and vaccine passport propaganda in the past month, more so than I think we have seen since the beginning of this year. I am speaking of the US in particular, but it is important to point out that in the US the establishment is still desperately clamoring for a much higher vaccination rate. In places like Europe, the UK and Australia vaccinations rates are higher and governments have moved on to the vaccine passport phase of their agenda.

Some people may be confused by the obvious lockstep that most nations are moving in as far as covid mandates and restrictions are concerned. How is it possible that almost all the governments on the planet are in agreement on medical totalitarianism? Well, it's rather easy to understand when you realize the majority of them are linked together through globalist institutions like the World Economic Forum, which has repeatedly called the pandemic a "perfect opportunity" to push through their plans for a "Great Reset".

The "Great Reset" is a long term ideological usurpation of what's left of individual freedom and free market economies, and it's goal is the imposition of a global socialist/communist dictatorship. Globalists wrap these objectives in pretty sounding words and humanitarian sounding aspirations, but at bottom the "Reset" is about an end to liberty as we know it. This is not an exaggeration, this is reality; this is what these people desire above all else. But how to achieve such a goal?

Pentagon documents reveal how the DOD bullies movie and TV producers into forcing them to accept their 'assistance'

© Reuters
For the first time, the US military's central office for dealing with Hollywood has released internal reports on its operations, revealing how the Department of Defense strong-armed the industry to achieve its propaganda goals.

The reports were obtained via a Freedom of Information Act request and offer a rare glimpse inside the DOD's main entertainment liaison offices at the Pentagon, which oversees the individual branch offices in Los Angeles run by the Army, Navy, Air Force and others. The reports cover approximately two years of activities and illustrate just how aggressive the DOD can be when dealing with film and TV producers, as well as their involvement with some of the biggest-name filmmakers in Hollywood.

The sheer range of products mentioned in the documents as having gained assistance from the US military is staggering, from Navy-assisted episodes of Cake Boss and the Great Food Truck Race to the Disney sci-fi fantasy A Wrinkle in Time. Numerous other films are listed, including blockbusters like Captain Marvel, Top Gun: Maverick and Transformers: The Last Knight.

French Constitutional Court rules health pass, mandatory vaccination of health workers constitutional amid nationwide protests

France's Constitutional Court has ruled that the new law that makes the coronavirus 'health pass' mandatory for the general public, and vaccination compulsory for healthcare professionals, to be in line with the constitution.

France's top court ruled on Thursday that the new legislation, which tightens the coronavirus restrictions, is largely compliant with the nation's fundamental law. In particular, the court upheld the provisions that require people to hold a valid 'health pass' to access restaurants and bars, and for healthcare workers to be vaccinated against the virus by mid-September.

At the same time, the court considered it to be unconstitutional to fire a healthcare worker on a short-term contract who refuses mandatory Covid vaccination. It also rejected a provision allowing mandatory quarantine with checks for anyone who tests positive for the virus.
