US-funded non-governmental organizations (NGOs) tried to stage "revolutions" in Georgia, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said on Friday.

Earlier in the day, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that the United States announces a comprehensive review of bilateral cooperation with Georgia in connection with the bill on foreign agents and introduces a new policy on visa restrictions.

"NGOs, including those funded from the United States, planned to stage a revolution when they demanded the resignation of the government... There have been two attempts at a revolution, and in the past weeks there has been a third attempt," Kobakhidze told reporters.

Best of the Web: Hezbollah strikes Israeli base near border causing heavy damage and IDF casualties, downs another Hermes drone

An Israeli military unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down by Hezbollah over southern Lebanon on Saturday, hours after the terror group launched rockets with heavy warheads at an army base adjacent to the northern city of Kiryat Shmona, The Times of Israel reports.

Comment: It should be pretty clear by now that Israel's IDF are the terrorists - note below how Hezbollah attacks IDF targets, and Israel 'responds' with the further slaughter of civilians, including children.

The Israel Defense Forces confirmed that one of its drones was brought down by a surface-to-air missile while operating over southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah, in a statement, said it had intercepted a Hermes 900, a large surveillance and attack UAV used by the Israeli military in Lebanon, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and other fronts.

The IDF said the incident was being investigated.

Comment: PressTV provides further detail:
Earlier on Saturday, an Israeli drone targeted a motorcycle on a road in Majdel Selm village of the Marjeyoun district in southern Lebanon.

An Israeli tank also shelled the border town of Kfarkila, as Israeli interceptor missiles exploded over Mays al-Jabal.

Hezbollah meanwhile announced that it responded to the Majdal Selm attack by launching suicide drones at Israeli forces north of the Yiftah barracks, causing "certain casualties."

The Lebanese resistance movement also said it had attacked the Israeli al-Baghdadi outpost with missiles.

The Israeli regime launched its devastating hostilities in the Gaza Strip on October 7 after the territory's Hamas-led Palestinian resistance groups carried out a surprise retaliatory attack, dubbed Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, against the occupying entity.

The Israeli military has also been carrying out attacks against the Lebanese territory since then, prompting retaliatory strikes from Hezbollah in support of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
Allegedly Israel has retaliated to Hezbollah's retaliation with the following:

Yemen claims its missiles hit USS Eisenhower - Response to US-UK airstrikes on country, which killed children

Comment: This claim is as yet unverifiable because, like all other apparent hits on US or UK navy ships, the imperial forces have imposed strict 'no comment' information blackouts...

US and British warplanes killed 16 Yemenis and injured dozens more in their attack on the country's capital and other provinces on 30 May
Yemen's Armed Forces announced in a statement on 31 May that it targeted Washington's USS Eisenhower aircraft carrier in the Red Sea in response to the US-UK airstrikes on the country that left dozens of casualties the previous day.

"In response to these crimes ... the missile force and the naval force of the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a joint military operation targeting the American aircraft carrier Eisenhower in the Red Sea. The operation was carried out with a number of winged and ballistic missiles, and the hit was accurate and direct," army spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree said.

"The Yemeni armed forces will not hesitate to respond directly and immediately to every new aggression on Yemeni territory," Saree added.

Comment: The mainstream media, and even community notes on Twitter, initially dismissed the strike as fake news, however, shortly after, most news outlets reported on the incident that 'reportedly' happened.

Meanwhile Hezbollah in Lebanon have been retaliating with some success against Israel:

Love is the most important thing, the Russian president has said

The most important things in life are love and children, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said. The president was speaking via video conference on Thursday to families from various regions of the country with three or more children.

The event, which is being held in the run-up to International Children's Day on June 1, was attended by families who were awarded the Order of Parental Glory and mothers awarded the title of Mother Heroine.

The title 'Mother Heroine' was first introduced in the Soviet Union and was revived by a presidential decree in 2022. It is awarded to mothers who have given birth to or raised ten or more children.

10 Million illegals later, Biden to use Executive Orders to fix his mess

Biden immigration
After President Joe Biden shredded Donald Trump's Executive Orders on border security his first day in office, resulting in a staggering 10 million illegals pouring into the United States, the White House is reportedly on the verge of implementing new executive orders in order to recapture pissed-off voters stem the absolute flood of illegal migration he caused, AP reports.

According to the report, the new policy would cap the number of daily encounters at an average of 4,000 over a week (or 208k per year), which might include asylum-seekers with scheduled appointments through U.S. Customs and Border Protection's CBP One app.

Moreover, under the new regulations, migrants arriving after reaching the set threshold could face automatic removal — a process akin to deportation — with significantly reduced chances of re-entry. This contrasts sharply with the more lenient conditions under the pandemic-era Title 42 policy, which allowed many expelled migrants to quickly attempt re-entry.

Comment: By the Dems' calculations, they likely have all the migrants' votes they'll need to win the election against Trump too.

'Leader of the free world' permits genocide and global annihilation

Two Psychos

This week may go down as the week that saw the collective Western leadership being self-indicted as criminally insane.

First of all, we see United States President Joe Biden declaring that the massacre of civilians in Gaza does not "cross any red lines" that might bar further crucial American support for the Israeli regime.

Then we have Biden and other Western political figures declaring their permission for the Ukrainian regime to strike Russian territory with long-range NATO weapons. This is the same regime that glorifies the Nazi Third Reich and collaborators in World War Two genocide, and whose president cancelled elections, now becoming a dictator.

It is entirely fitting - and heinous - that accomplices to genocide in Gaza are also recklessly pushing for global nuclear conflagration.

The abhorrent public position of Biden and other Western leaders should be a shocking wake-up call for citizens all around the world as to the criminal nature of these powers. It is all the more sickening given the arrogant claims of the US to be the "leader of the free world" and narcissistic notions about "Western, American, European values".

Biden has personally taken up a crusade based on a narrative of "leading democracy against autocracy" and promoting a "rules-based global order".

The conceited Western powers routinely vilify Russia, China, Iran, and others as "autocracies" that are threatening supposedly precious freedoms of democracy and international law.

However, the world can vividly see how bankrupt the US and its Western partners are. Never before has the ugly truth been so naked.

This week witnessed a particularly horrific massacre in Gaza after more than eight months of countless atrocities by the Israeli regime against Palestinian civilians. A refugee camp in Rafah was bombed with incendiary explosives that killed at least 45 mainly women and children in refugee tents. The area had been designated a safe zone by the Israelis.

The scenes of death and mutilation were nearly beyond belief. Women and children were incinerated as they lay sleeping in their tents. Infants were decapitated in the air strikes.

Despite an international outcry against the monstrous barbarity, two days later the Israelis bombed more refugee camps in Rafah again murdering dozens of civilians.

Moscow reacts to NATO chief's call for attacks deeper inside Russia

Lavrov

Jens Stoltenberg does not have authority to lobby for strikes with Western arms, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has exceeded his mandate by calling for Ukraine to be allowed use Western-donated weapons for strikes deep inside Russia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.

The NATO chief has been urging western donors of longer-range weapons to allow attacks against targets located inside Russia. The arms were reportedly provided on the condition that they would not be used outside Russian territory that is claimed by Kiev. The stipulation is intended to prevent further escalation of the conflict.

"The time has come for allies to consider whether they should lift some of the restrictions," the secretary general told The Economist last week.

Some NATO member states have already "yanked Stoltenberg," Lavrov told the media on Monday, referring to opposing remarks coming from the Italian government.
"I doubt that the secretary general can take it upon himself to speak on behalf of members of the bloc before this issue is discussed within NATO. I believe he has stepped outside of his authority."

Comment: Permission cometh after the fact.

Top Biden aides signal openness to letting Ukraine strike Russia with US weapons

Blinken
© Vadim Ghirda“We’ve adapted and adjusted, too, and we’ll continue to do that,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Wednesday in Moldova.
No final decision has been made, but the consideration comes amid mounting pressure from allies and Democrats.

Two senior Biden administration officials Wednesday opened the door to allowing Ukraine to use American-donated weapons to strike inside Russia.

The move, if made, would come as European allies, lawmakers and Ukrainian officials exert pressure on the White House to lift the restrictions, and as Russia has made major advances on the battlefield. It also suggests that President Joe Biden and his team are increasingly worried about Kyiv's ability to fend off Russia's attacks, especially its latest advance in Ukraine's second-largest city of Kharkiv.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken signaled the possible change during a visit to Moldova when pressed by reporters.
"A 'hallmark' of the Biden administration's approach toward Ukraine since Russia launched its full-scale invasion two years ago has been to adapt as the conditions have changed, as the battlefield has changed, as what Russia does has changed.

"We've adapted and adjusted, too, and we'll continue to do that."

Comment: The upcoming US election requires an illusion of moderation via careful thought. It is how the frame is constructed that holds and supports the ultimately desired picture.

Italy opposes Ukraine using long-range weapons to strike Russia

tajani

Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani has specified where missiles his country sends to Kiev can be used.

Italy will never send troops to Ukraine and any weapons it has supplied to Kiev should not be used deep inside Russian territory, Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said on Thursday.

He made the remarks as pressure builds on NATO members to allow Kiev use long-range Western weapons to strike targets inside Russia. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg last week urged Western arms donors to allow attacks against targets behind the conflict zone on Russian soil.

"All the weapons leaving from Italy [to Ukraine] should be used within Ukraine," Tajani said in an interview with public broadcaster RAI.

Italy, although a staunch supporter of Ukraine, has rebuked Stoltenberg over his call for more strikes on Russia with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and other top officials accusing him of escalating tensions with Moscow.

Comment: As if by script, Stoltenberg moves the scenario to the next level:
In an interview with The Economist last week, Stoltenberg claimed it is time for the US-led military bloc's allies to reconsider all the restrictions.

The US-led military bloc chief reiterated his stance on Monday during a press conference at the 2024 Spring Session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Sofia, Bulgaria, comments which Italian Deputy PM Matteo Salvini dismissed as 'dangerous and reckless'.
"This gentleman is dangerous because the talking about a third world war, about Western weapons capable of striking and killing inside Russia, seems to me very, very dangerous and reckless."
Senior Italian officials, including Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, have rejected Stoltenberg's public calls for a policy change. The Italian PM has advised 'greater caution'.

On Sunday, Salvini told an election rally:
"Stoltenberg cannot speak on behalf of the Italian people. NATO cannot force us to kill in Russia, nor can anyone force us to send Italian soldiers to fight or die in Ukraine. Rome is sending Kiev weapons only to "defend itself," not to "fight, strike and kill outside its territory."
Facing strong headwinds, some NATO members are making unpopular decisions, vociferously!
