Florida GOP limits vaccine mandates, flouting White House

Florida Republicans approved a sweeping bill Wednesday to hobble coronavirus vaccine mandates in businesses, rejecting claims that they were sacrificing public health to hand Gov. Ron DeSantis a win in his fight against White House virus rules.

Lawmakers in the GOP-controlled statehouse expedited the measure, along with a package of virus bills, after hours of debate in which Republicans maintained they were protecting workers from onerous mandates by the federal government. Sen. Danny Burgess, a Republican, said:
"If you want to get a vaccine, you can get a vaccine. If you don't want to get a vaccine, you can choose not to get a vaccine. That's the entire purpose of this bill, trusting Floridians and allowing us to make that choice for ourselves."
DeSantis, a Republican, called the special legislative session on vaccine mandates as he waged a legal and media campaign against vaccine mandates pushed by Democratic President Joe Biden. The governor has become a star in the GOP through his opposition to lockdowns and other virus rules, boosting his profile as he runs for reelection and eyes a possible 2024 presidential run.

Comment: Conflating a 'non-existent presidential campaign motive' with 'every American's right to choose' legislation exemplifies the disconnect and dystopian reaction operating within the US leadership today.
Florida's Senate approved the bill along party lines in a 24-14 vote, following a House vote earlier in the day.

According to local station WTSP, large companies could face a fine of up to $5,000 if they don't comply with the new law, while smaller businesses would be charged $10,000.

Once signed, the bill would remain in effect until June 2023.

How US marshals came to Kenosha

Second night of protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin • August 24, 2020
Newly obtained documents show that teams of U.S. Marshals in Portland, Ore. were demobilized and sent to Kenosha in late August, as protests and unrest in the city grabbed the world's attention. The records were obtained by the Wisconsin Examiner through Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests with the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS).

The documents include communications between USMS personnel and other law enforcement officials, updates on daily operations, as well as records detailing rotating deployments. Many of the documents have redacted portions, particularly around who within the USMS was sending particular communications. Nevertheless, the documents offer a compelling look into how Marshals were utilized not only in Kenosha during August, but also in Wauwatosa two months later.

Two days after Kenosha police officer Rusten Sheskey shot 29-year-old Jacob Blake seven times at close range, following a domestic violence call, members of the USMS were in contact with the Kenosha Police Department. One message sent by a marshal on Aug. 25, 2020, reads:
"At that time, protest events in the city had not reached the point of needing a law enforcement response outside of local Kenosha County law enforcement agencies and surrounding counties. In the early morning hours of Aug. 24, the protests devolved into a riot situation and the Kenosha Police Department requested our assistance."

Comment: The progression of events was not as spontaneous as publicly reported. There was a payoff. 'Opportunities created' required 'opportune responses'.

RFK Jr interview with Tucker Carlson: HHS 'subsumed by commercial aspects of vaccine production', 'deconstruction of Constitution'

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., son of the late former U.S. attorney general and nephew of a senator and a president, joined "Tucker Carlson Today" on Fox Nation to discuss his new book, The Real Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates, Big Pharma and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health.

Kennedy, a longtime environmentalist attorney and activist, told host Tucker Carlson that it has been wrong for officials in the United States to impose "bizarre ... totalitarian controls, a deconstruction of the Constitution" during the era of coronavirus:

"The rise of censorship, the rise of suppression of kind of religious freedoms, of property rights, closing a million businesses without just compensation or due process, the abolition of jury trials, which are guaranteed the Sixth and Seventh Amendment for any vaccine company that hurts you, all of these-- and the rise of kind of track-and-trace surveillance state, has been troubling to people, both Democrats and Republicans," Kennedy said.

Austrian govt changes mind, places ALL Austrians under 3-week lockdown, mandates The Vaxx by February (or else...)

Comment: No doubt many other governments will soon follow suit...

austria police lockdown
Austria will become the first European country to go back into full lockdown and the first to make Covid vaccination compulsory.

"This is not easy for us, but in view of the number of infections we have to take such measures," Alexander Schallenberg, the Austrian chancellor, told a press conference on Friday, adding: "It hurts me to have to impose any restrictions."

The country is currently facing one of the worst outbreaks of the virus in Europe. It recorded 15,145 new cases on Friday and has a seven-day incidence of 989 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. However, there is a large anti-vaxxer movement and only 65 per cent of Austrians are fully jabbed.

This week Austria placed the unvaccinated under lockdown while those who had had both jabs remained free to move around, but Mr Schallenberg said that had not been enough to bring down the infection rate.

The whole country will be put back under a hard lockdown from Monday.

Comment: This is Austria, where a massive increase in excess mortality for 2021 has been found in young men aged 15 and above.

Hungary's coalition opposition leader vows to restore 'western alliances' and reverse relations with China, Russia

Peter Marki-Zay, the joint opposition candidate who will challenge Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orban in next spring's elections, speaks during an interview with the Associated Press in Hodmezovasarhely, Hungary, Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021. An independent conservative candidate for prime minister in Hungary is vowing to restore western alliances he says have frayed under the leadership of right-wing leader Viktor Orban. In an interview with the Associated Press, Marki-Zay said he will reverse the closening ties Orban has pursued with autocracies in Russia and China, and mend conflicts between Hungary and the European Union.
Hungary's opposition leader wants to restore his country's frayed ties with the West — and also has a message for American fans of right-wing Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

"Let me state very strongly for all Americans that to be a part of Putin's fan club doesn't make you a conservative," said Peter Marki-Zay, a self-described conservative Christian running against Orban in next year's elections, in an interview with The Associated Press.

"Orban is betraying Europe, Orban is betraying NATO, Orban is betraying the United States," he said.

Marki-Zay, the 49-year-old mayor of the small city of Hodmezovasarhely, is leading a diverse coalition of six opposition parties aiming to defeat Hungary's hard-line leader and his ruling Fidesz party in parliamentary elections scheduled for April.

Comment: For their open defiance of EU diktats, and for their willingness to collaborate with Russia and China, Poland and Hungary have been subjected to various campaigns of coercion and destablisation of late, and it's likely that if the Western establishment is unsuccessful at bringing them to heel, then a ramping up of regime change efforts won't be far off: Also check out SOTT radio's: NewsReal: Covid Cases Among the Vaxxed Explode... No need to lock down unvaccinated people in France says Macron

Despite a fifth wave of Covid infections in France, Macron said France, unlike Austria, would not be confining non-vaccinated people to their homes.
As France faces a fifth wave of covid infections, President Macron says the country does not need to follow the example of Austria in imposing lockdowns on unvaccinated people.

France does not need to lock down people who haven't been vaccinated against Covid-19 because of the success of its health pass in curbing the spread of the virus, President Emmanuel Macron said on Thursday.

"The countries that confine the unvaccinated are those that haven't implemented the health pass," Macron said in an interview with La Voix du Nord posted online. "This measure is therefore not necessary in France."

US asks Japan, China, and others to release crude reserves as gas prices at home soar 60%

An oil pump at sunset in Daqing, Heilongjiang province, China, on July 13, 2006.
The Biden administration has asked some of the world's largest oil-consuming nations to consider releasing some of their crude reserves in a coordinated effort to lower prices and stimulate the economic recovery, according to several people familiar with the matter.

Global oil prices touched seven-year highs in late October as oil demand has rebounded nearly to pre-pandemic levels, faster than the pace of supply. The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and allied producers, led by Saudi Arabia and Russia, have been adding 400,000 barrels per day to the market on a monthly basis. They resisted calls this month from U.S. President Joe Biden for steeper boosts.

Comment: If the US really needed to increase global supplies it could remove the starvation sanctions on oil producing countries like Iran and Venezuela, except that would mean a set back in its plans to cripple those economies into submission:

House GOP ranking members launch inquiry into FBI raid of Project Veritas

Media watchdogs have come to the defense of Project Veritas founder James O'Keefe after the Justice Department raided his home.
The ranking members questioned AG Merrick Garland's willingness to maintain an apolitical DOJ.

Reps. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and James Comer, R-K.Y., joined Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., on Thursday in demanding information from the Justice Department (DOJ) regarding the recent raids of Project Veritas founder James O'Keefe's residence and those of his associates.

Jordan, Comer and Johnson, who are the ranking members of the House Judiciary Committee, the House Oversight Committee and the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, respectively, also suggested in their letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland that he has failed to uphold his promise to maintain an apolitical DOJ.

Comment: Regardless of what the ACLU says, this is a clear attack by the powers that be on journalists using a trumped up charge to try and hurt them. Project Veritas has been a thorn in the side of governments ever since they came on the scene and it's clear they want them taken out.

The COP26 climate summit and 'sustainability' agenda: Whitney Webb discusses global elites' takeover of nature

whitney webb
A cartel of international bankers is attempting to use the climate crisis to rewrite international capitalism for their own benefit.

As world leaders, celebrities, business moguls and activists alike descended on Scotland for the COP26 climate summit, behind the scenes powerful financial groups were and are attempting to rewrite the rules of international trade and to privatize nature under the guise of sustainability.

While there has been a great deal of finger pointing, the enormous and tangible changes necessary to steer the planet away from devastation are yet to appear. The world is still on course to warm 2.4°C above pre-industrial levels by the end of the century, according to a report from Climate Action Tracker. Anything above 2°C is generally considered to be catastrophic and could lead to societal collapse across the globe.

Comment: The interviewer/author would do well to bone up on what is actually occurring with the climate and why. Groups like the "Climate Action Tracker" are likely paid by the very same groups as the ones being discussed in the interview - to promote the idea of anthropomorphic global warming, and thereby profit immensely by it.

While high politics has understandably made the headlines, a cartel of international bankers is attempting to use the crisis to rewrite international capitalism for their own benefit.

Rand Paul warns "authoritarian" Fauci's "casual disdain" for rights is "recipe for totalitarianism"

Fauci declared that Americans have a "misplaced perception" about individual rights

Appearing on Fox News Wednesday, Senator Rand Paul continued his long running exposition of Anthony Fauci, warning viewers that Fauci's latest comments provide yet another example of how brazenly "authoritarian" he is.

Fauci stated earlier this week that Americans have a "misplaced perception" about individual rights as regards "societal safety".
