Vladimir Putin urged to establish humanitarian corridors in Donbas region
During his visit to Mongolia Wednesday, Putin unveiled his seven-point peace plan for Ukraine.
"Humanitarian cordons should be opened to allow the movement of refugees and delivery of humanitarian cargo to cities and other settlements in Donbas," the Russian president said. "It should be possible to send teams of workers to the affected regions of Donbas in order to rebuild objects of vital and social infrastructure and to assist in preparations for the winter season."
In August, Russia delivered about 2,000 tons of humanitarian aid to the conflict-torn regions of Ukraine.

Comment: Russia continues to lend a helping hand, and not only with the situation in Ukraine:
- Russian Air Force plane to deliver aid cargo to flood-hit Serbia
- While US and the West defame Putin, Russia quietly helps others and delivers a regular shipment of relief aid for Serbia's flood-stricken regions
