Israel's self-investigation shields its soldiers

Palestinians participate in Great March of Return • December 2019
Only one Israeli soldier has been indicted over the use of live fire against unarmed protesters during the Great March of Return demonstrations held along Gaza's eastern boundary. Israeli forces killed more than 215 Palestinians during those protests, which began in late March 2018 and were suspended last December.

The vast majority of those fatalities are still under preliminary review by the Israeli military's self-investigation apparatus, according to a new report by the Israeli human rights group Yesh Din. Israel's failure to earnestly investigate alleged violations committed by its forces may leave it liable to prosecution by the International Criminal Court.

In addition to those killed by Israeli snipers during the protests, nearly 10,000 Palestinians were wounded by live ammunition and survived. Some of the injured are permanently paralyzed or have had limbs amputated as a result.

After filing freedom of information requests, Yesh Din learned that not a single incident of live fire that didn't result in death has been reviewed by the military's self-investigation apparatus. Some 20,000 more Palestinians were injured during the protests by means other than live fire, such as rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas.

Comment: Neither Israel, nor the US, is under the jurisdiction of the ICC. It is structured as a voluntary commitment. This technicality allows each to skate accusations and consequences. Palestinians need a champion and recourse for justice. It is not Israel, nor the US and not the ICC. Find another way.

Jordan asserts custodianship of Al-Aqsa fearing Saudi takeover

Palestinians gather to perform Friday prayer at Masjid Al-Aqsa complex
East Jerusalem’s Old City on 6 November 2020
The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has affirmed its custodianship of Al-Aqsa Mosque following concerns that the fate of Jerusalem's Islamic sacred sites could be up for grabs in any future normalisation between Israel and Saudi Arabia. The concerns are particularly strong during these remaining weeks of the administration of US President Donald Trump.

The Foreign Ministry in Amman released a statement on Wednesday night challenging what it called "attempts to alter the historical and legal status quo" of the Noble Sanctuary of Al-Aqsa. The warning was issued without any apparent catalyst, but it came on the back of a meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Mohammad Bin Salman. The Saudi Crown Prince has denied that the meeting took place, even though it was reported in the Israeli and US media.

The Jordanians are said to be alarmed by what they see as a rush to formalise ties between Riyadh and Tel-Aviv. They fear that the custodianship of Al-Aqsa could be offered to the Saudis to sweeten a deal between the occupation state and the absolute monarchy on Jordan's southern border.

Comment: To the evictor go the spoils.
Israel's Jerusalem District Court ratified on Thursday the eviction of 87 Palestinians from the Batan al-Hawa area in Silwan in favor of the Israeli settler group Ateret Cohanim. This falls under the continuous Israeli procedures aiming at Judaizing the occupied East Jerusalem.

Ateret Cohanim had sued the residents of Batan al-Hawa, claiming that the land was owned by Yemeni Jews during the Ottoman period until 1938, when the British Mandate moved them due to political tensions.

The Palestinians responded that they feel like refugees in their own country. They added that before 1948, they owned lands and properties in Jerusalem, however, the Israeli authorities prohibit them from returning there.

Hagit Ofran, activist and director of the Peace Now's Settlement Watch team, expressed real concern that the settlers might attempt to implement the eviction order in the coming days before US president-elect Joe Biden takes office on Jan. 20.

At this point, Joe Biden is yet the pretender and has no 'capability'.

Ofran ruled out Biden's capability of hindering the process, but hoped that it would be on his agenda.

Minister for Settlement Affairs Tzachi Hanegbi also announced that the Israeli government intends to go ahead with plans to legalize dozens of illegal Jewish settlements in the West Bank, many of which are built on privately-owned Palestinian land.

Peace Now affirmed that Benyamin Netanyahu's government is racing against time to ratify the construction of thousands of settlement units in the occupied Jerusalem and West Bank during this period.

In this context, Likud MK and former Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat has launched a plan to tighten the grip on Palestinian lands in terms of expanding the construction of settlements and industrial zones in the West Bank and the Jordan Valley.
There is no question Neti is racing against time to achieve his goals, especially while the US election fraud is sucking the air off the planet. Coincidental? Perhaps, but the gargantuan distraction is proving damn useful! Never forget - Israel gifted us 9/11.

$90M for voting machines, mail-in ballots signed into law in Pennsylvania

Tom Wolf, Governor of Pennsylvania

Comment: Note the date of this report. The election steal was being prepared long before there was a "pandemic" engineered to among other things, keep voters at home.

Gov. Tom Wolf signed legislation Thursday that advocates say makes the most significant changes to modernize Pennsylvania election laws in 80 years and authorizes the state to borrow of up to $90 million to help counties buy new voting machines ahead of next year's presidential election.

Wolf, a Democrat, said the legislation takes the nation's least voter-friendly election laws and puts them in line with states that have the highest voter turnout.

Comment: Wolf certainly made a hash of PA's elections.

More rigging evidence? Georgia operative Gabe Sterling admitted to setting up drop boxes and promoted far-left activists as absentee ballot counters

Gabriel Sterling
Yesterday we reported on Lin Wood's bombshell tweet about an almost $11 million grant award to the Georgia Secretary of State, Republican Brad Raffensperger and his accomplice Gabe Sterling. We wondered who Sterling even was. Now we have more.

In a recent tweet Lin Wood zeroed in on an anomaly, or something much, much worse, relating to the Secretary of State's Office and this almost $11 million transaction with the state of Georgia. Wood's bombshell tweet refers to an April 15, 2020 letter to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) from Secretary of State Raffensperger, who is also Georgia's Chief Election Official.

Judge Steenhuis closes trap in MH17 trial - rules Dutch defence lawyers should be allowed to proceed convicting own client

mh17 helmer
In the November 25 session of the MH17 trial at Schiphol - the final one for this year — presiding judge Hendrik Steenhuis ruled to accept only those investigations requested by the defence lawyers which are certain to incriminate Lieutenant Colonel Oleg Pulatov. Pulatov is the only one of the four accused to present a defence to the Dutch indictment for destruction of the aircraft and the murder of all 298 passengers and crew on board.

Accepting the state prosecution's advice to reject the defence lawyers' attempts to probe evidence for alternative scenarios of the shooting-down of the Malaysian Airlines aircraft on July 17, 2014, Steenhuis said: "if the main scenario cannot be proved" - the prosecution's case that the Russian military command sent a BUK missile into eastern Ukraine where the four accused fired it - "then that leads automatically to the verdict of not guilty".

Steenhuis announced he is ready to accept all the self-incrimination Pulatov's lawyers have already presented from their client. But he insisted that if Pulatov wishes to testify to the court, that must be done in a live interrogation by the court and cross-examination by prosecutors - a condition Steenhuis has disallowed for any other witness in the case.

Steenhuis also ruled to accept the defence lawyers' request to interview the commander of the Russian Army's 53rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade on the same terms. Steenhuis has previously refused to allow any evidence or testimony from Russian Army Major General Igor Konashenkov on Ukrainian deployment of BUK missiles, including the one identified by prosecutors as having caused the destruction of the aircraft. The evidence against the 53rd Brigade was fabricated by a NATO propaganda unit; until now it would not have been admissible in the court trial if the defence lawyers had not applied to interview the brigade commander, Colonel Sergei Muchkayev.

Whose new world order?

US President Donald Trump and forum founder Klaus Schwab at WEF, Davos, Switzerland
In his Foreign Policy article of April 2020, Biden states that he will reverse Trump's embarrassing foreign policy record by standing up to both China, Russia and other totalitarian nations which represent the three-fold plague of "authoritarianism, nationalism and illiberalism" and "once more have America lead the world".

Biden went further promising to undo the harm Trump has done to NATO by re-enforcing the military body, extending its influence to the Pacific (which sounds a lot like the Esper/Pompeo doctrine for the Pacific), and even demanded that NATO go harder on Russia stating that "the Kremlin fears a strong NATO, the most effective political military alliance in modern history."

Considering Biden's nearly 45 year political record supporting every military intervention in American history, opposing de-segregation, eulogizing pro-KKK Senator Strom Thurmond, passing bills that incarcerated petty drug dealers for life on behalf of the cheap labor prison industrial complex and supported the rampant growth of both Wall Street, Big Pharma and the Big Tech run surveillance state, we should think twice before celebrating this man's possible entry into the halls of the highest office in the USA.

Carter Page sues DOJ, FBI, James Comey and others behind the Crossfire Hurricane FISA abuse

Carter Page

In an eight-count complaint filed Friday in the D.C. District Court, Carter Page seeks damages of no less than $75 million from the U.S. government, the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and individuals responsible for obtaining four illegal Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act orders against Page.

Page's 59-page complaint lists as defendants a veritable "Who's Who" of the SpyGate scandal, including former FBI Director James Comey, Assistant Director Andrew McCabe, and the disgraced team of Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. Also singled out were Kevin Clinessmith, who earlier this year pleaded guilty to falsifying an email to hide Page's past service as a source to the CIA, and FBI Agents Joe Pientka, Stephen Somma, and Brian Auten, with additional defendants identified merely as John Doe 1 - 10 and Jane Doe 1 - 10.

'Criminal act': Ex-CIA chief urges Iran to wait on 'return of responsible US leaders' before reacting to nuclear scientist killing

Brennan
© Reuters/Shannon Stapleton
Former CIA Dir. and political commentator John Brennan
Former CIA Director John Brennan has commented on the killing of a top Iranian nuclear scientist by urging Tehran to wait for "return of responsible American leadership" before taking retaliation against suspected perpetrators.

Amid speculation about the involvement of both Israel and the US in the alleged assassination of Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, Brennan dubbed the death "a criminal act [and] highly reckless."

He said of the Friday attack, which reportedly included unknown assailants attacking Fakhrizadeh and his security forces:
"It risks lethal retaliation & a new round of regional conflict. Iran would be wise to wait for the return of responsible American leadership on the global stage & to resist the urge to respond against perceived culprits."
Brennan is referring to Joe Biden taking office in January. The Democrat, who the CIA Director worked under and has been highly supportive of, is seen by many as a return to Obama-era foreign policy. Brennan has been one of President Donald Trump's more vocal critics.

Comment: Anything suspicious about the timing of this tragedy and onslaught of accusations? Brennan would love to tag Trump with yet another false accusation - especially if the president loses the protection of office. Zarif clearly has the better instinct: the mode of the assassination is signature Israeli.

Hungary and Poland are right to put traditional values first and resist the EU's dictatorial plan to push trans rights

EU trans

European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell and European Commissioner in Charge of International Partnerships Jutta Urpilainen arrive for a news conference on the EU Action Plan on Gender Equality and Women Empowerment in external relations.
It's not transphobic for Hungary and Poland to want to recognise only men and women and uphold their traditional, conservative way of life. But this puts them on a collision course with the EU's proposed new LGBTIQ laws.

The European Union wants to teach Hungary and Poland a lesson by forcing its newly proposed plan to 'promote gender equality' down these nations' throats. What this means is that if a government upholds the view that there are only two sexes - man and woman - it will be accused of violating the EU's 'values' and risk facing serious financial sanctions!

The European Commission, which recently presented its "first-ever EU Strategy for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, non-binary, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ) equality," is not simply interested in defending people from discrimination. Its aim is to enact a law designed to "protect the rights of rainbow families so that their parenthood and same-sex partnership is recognised throughout the union."

Fun fraud facts: Seven more unexplainable results showing Dems didn't even try to hide the cheat

biden confused dementia

Joe Biden
Today's fun fraud facts from reader Terry P.

1) Biden won a record low 16.7% of counties in the US but had the most votes of any presidential candidate ever. 10 million more than Obama.

2) Voter turnout for every election in the past 100 years fell within 2 standard deviations but 2020 was above 3 standard deviations. This should happen roughly 1 in every 2,666 elections and is 99.7% indicative of voter fraud.

As we reported earlier — In the last 100 years every election fell within 2 standard deviations. The 2020 election scores above 3 standard deviations.
