Thousands protest nationwide lockdown in Liverpool, Manchester & London, police increase armed patrols claiming 'increased terrorist threat'

Comment: Thanks to the Powers That Be bringing 'Islamist terrorism' back into play, we're VERY close to governments just admitting that the 'real terrorists' (from their perspective) are the people...

ANTI-LOCKDOWN and Million Mask protesters have clashed with cops during demonstrations on the street against the new coronavirus lockdown.

Hundreds of furious protesters gathered in central London and began marching up the Strand towards Trafalgar Square at around 6pm on Thursday.

Many were arrested and had to be forcibly dragged off the street in dramatic scenes.

Yesterday marked the first day of a new nationwide lockdown in England set to remain in place for at least four weeks.

Comment: RT provides further reporting on the protests that have erupted throughout the UK against the tyrannical lockdown measures:

The Million Mask March takes place on November 5 when Guy Fawkes Night is celebrated in the UK. The rally is aimed at decrying global corporations, government corruption, police brutality and systemic racism, but this year it was also joined by those protesting the Covid-19 lockdown.

Liverpool protesters clash with police and Manchester students tear down 'prison-like' fencing

Liverpool was awash with protesters on Thursday night as local residents came together to protest against the government's Covid-19 restrictions.

The police responded to reports of huge crowds gathering at St George's Hall in the city center at around 6.30pm. The demonstrators were dispersed but gathered again later in the evening at the Pier Head.

Three arrests were made and 13 people were fined for their part in the disturbance. Videos also show pepper spray being deployed to neutralizetroublemakers at the demonstration.

One protestor compared the lockdown to the panic created by the millennium bug, which turned out to be unjustified.

"I'm worried about my kids. But what it is, is right, is I got onto this sort of thing, remember the year 2000, 'millennium bug,' when they scared the life out of the world for six months? This [is] the same thing. Fear is a great controller. So basically, we're being controlled using fear," he told Ruptly, RT's video agency.

Former Supreme Court judge Lord Jonathan Sumption is in agreement.

Liverpool was the first city in England to be hit with the highest regional coronavirus restrictions on October 14 but is now subjected to the even stricter measures of the national lockdown until December 2.

Meanwhile, university students in Manchester marched around their Fallowfield campus in protest against the restrictions placed upon their lives, including the erection of a perimeter fence around their halls as a "security measure" to "help avoid the mixing of households."

In other footage published by Ruptly, students can be seen cheering as the fencing was torn down.

"There is fencing around the whole outside, we feel like it's completely unnecessary. It makes it feel like we're in a prison," one of the students told the BBC. The university subsequently apologized for putting up the fence and said it would be removed on Friday.

Many students in Manchester and across the country have been isolating for weeks and have not received face-to-face tutoring, despite paying £9,000 a year for their university education.

Both cities, Liverpool and Manchester, have been deemed epicenters of the second wave of the coronavirus in the UK and faced local restrictions before the national lockdown commenced on Thursday.

On Friday, Liverpool will become the first city in the country to take part in a mass Covid-19 testing trial. Around 2,000 British military personnel are being drafted in to increase capacity at test sites.

This appears to a worrying precedent and there are clues as to what the army could be used for next: UK's NHS to enlist ARMY to vaccinate ENTIRE population with coronavirus vaccine, will do a 'dry run' with flu vaccine

The pilot scheme will offer everyone living and working in Liverpool the opportunity to have repeat coronavirus tests over the two-week trial period. It comes amid fears that the new technology, which provides rapid results within 20 minutes, was missing up to half of Covid-19 infections.
Rather coincidentally, alongside increased police funding and powers, and a rushing through of new lockdown restrictions through parliament, the UK has just raised it's 'terrorist threat' levels:
"You can expect to see an increase in armed police patrols across London over the next few days," the police said on Twitter. It's a "precautionary measure" due to the raised terrorist threat level, they added, while urging the public to "stay alert and report anything suspicious to police."

British authorities raised the terrorist threat level from 'substantial' to 'severe' on Tuesday. It's the second highest level, meaning that an attack is believed to be highly likely. The move was made after Austria and France witnessed deadly attacks in recent weeks.

Armed officers will be patrolling mostly empty streets in London as England went into lockdown on Thursday in an attempt to stem the sharp rise in coronavirus cases. Until December 2, residents are forbidden to leave their homes except for essential reasons like work, education, or receiving medical assistance.

This Monday, a man who previously tried to join Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS), went on a rampage in Vienna, killing four people with an automatic rifle before being shot dead by police. The shocking events in the Austrian capital followed an attack on a church in Nice, France in which three people were killed, and the beheading of school teacher Samuel Paty near Paris in mid-October.

The attack on Paty is believed to be an act of revenge, as he showed his students cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed during a class on freedom of speech. President Emmanuel Macron enraged Muslims around the world with his endorsement of caricatures of Mohammed, while the country's security forces have cracked down on organizations suspected of promoting radical Islam.

Trump says 'if you count the legal votes, I easily win', accuses media & big tech of election interference

US President Donald Trump addresses reporters on the election results
Bradley Press Briefing Room, White House • November 5, 2020
US President Donald Trump has called for defense of the integrity of the election, as key states are still counting votes that could determine the outcome. The race is still too close to call, according to US media. Trump said at the White House on Thursday evening:
"I've decisively won many critical states, including massive victories in Florida, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, to name just a few. We've made these and many other victories despite election interference from Big Media, Big Money and Big Tech."
In a press conference where he didn't take any questions, Trump accused the media of "knowingly" circulating what he called "suppression polls" where he was trailing his Democratic challenger Joe Biden.

He referred to the polling by the Washington Post, Quinnipiac and others that was purposely skewed to falsely make Democrat rival Joe Biden appear to have a large lead to suppress Republican voter turnout.

He then claimed that the alleged count irregularities might cost his campaign what otherwise would have been a certain election victory.
"If you count the legal votes, I easily win. If you count the illegal votes, they can try and steal the election from us.

"It's going to end up, perhaps, at the highest court in the land. We'll see."

Comment: It may very well become the task of the Supreme Court to sort the legalities and pronounce the winner. The media is not the determiner of elections, nor has it the authority to name a victor.

A message from Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò to American Catholics and to all Americans of good will

Carlo Maria Viganò Archbishop
© The Remnant Newspaper
Carlo Maria Viganò, Archbishop
Dear Brothers and Sisters,

As devout Christians and faithful citizens of the United States of America, you have intense and heartfelt concern for the fate of your beloved country while the final results of the Presidential election are still uncertain.

News of electoral fraud is multiplying, despite the shameful attempts of the mainstream media to censor the truth of the facts in order to give their candidate the advantage. There are states in which the number of votes is greater than the number of voters; others in which the mail-in vote seems to be exclusively in favor of Joe Biden; others in which the counting of ballots has been suspended for no reason or where sensational tampering has been discovered: always and only against President Donald J. Trump, always and only in favor of Biden.

In truth, for months now we have been witnessing a continuous trickle of staggered news, of manipulated or censored information, of crimes that have been silenced or covered up in the face of striking evidence and irrefutable testimony. We have seen the deep state organize itself, well in advance, to carry out the most colossal electoral fraud in history, in order to ensure the defeat of the man who has strenuously opposed the establishment of the New World Order that is wanted by the children of darkness. In this battle, you have not failed, as is your sacred duty, to make your own contribution by taking the side of the Good. Others, enslaved by vices or blinded by infernal hatred against Our Lord, have taken the side of Evil.

Comment: While the archbishop's message is principally aimed at his flock, his exhortation to resist the lies being foisted on America is one that should be heeded by all.

Yes, Democrats are trying to steal the election in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania

election in michigan
In the three Midwest battleground states, vote counting irregularities persist in an election that will be decided on razor-thin margins.

As of this writing, it appears that Democratic Party machines in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania are trying to steal the election.

As reporters and commentators went to bed early Tuesday morning, all three states were too close to call, but President Trump led former Vice President Joe Biden by comfortable margins — far beyond what had been predicted in the polls. None of the networks called these states because enough mail-in ballots remained uncounted that it could swing either way, but Trump's position looked good.

Then, something strange happened in the dead of the night. In both Michigan and Wisconsin, vote dumps early Wednesday morning showed 100 percent of the votes going for Biden and zero percent — that's zero, so not even one vote — for Trump.

In Michigan, Biden somehow got 138,339 votes and Trump got none, zero, in an overnight vote-dump.

Comment: Trump is understandably calling all of Michigan's vote count into question by filing a lawsuit:
President Donald Trump's campaign says it has filed a lawsuit in the Michigan Court of Claims seeking a court order to halt the counting of ballots until it is given "meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process."

In a statement published Wednesday, Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien claimed the campaign "has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law."

"We have filed suit today in the Michigan Court of Claims to halt counting until meaningful access has been granted," Stepien said. "We also demand to review those ballots which were opened and counted while we did not have meaningful access."

The Associated Press reported that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden currently leads Trump in Michigan by 45,000 votes. Outstanding absentee and mail-in ballots are still being counted in the state.

Comment: And in Detroit TENS OF THOUSANDS OF BALLOTS were dropped off in USPS boxes at the Detroit Absentee Ballot Processing Center after 3:30 AM - after the election:
[...]

In news that will likely cast further doubt on the election results, tens of thousands of absentee ballots arrived in large U.S. Postal Service boxes at the TCF Center in Detroit, Mich. on Wednesday morning at 3:30 am. The TCF Center, formerly Cobo Hall, is ere the absentee ballots are counted for Wayne County, which is the home of Detroit.

Former Michigan state senator Patrick Colbeck wrote that the total number of ballots dumped on the counting board totaled 38,000:

Before the ballots showed up mysteriously at 3:30 am, no ballots had arrived at the TCF Center for over six hours, and many poll workers in the facility sat around with no work to do while getting paid hundreds of dollars by the state of Michigan.

According to Michigan election law, all of these mail-in and absentee ballots had to be submitted before 8pm on Tuesday night in order to be lawfully accepted and counted for the election. This means the city of Detroit potentially sat on these ballots for hours. The white van that arrived had the name of Detroit city clerk Janice Winfrey emblazoned upon it as well as a logo and a phone number. Last month, Winfrey set the stage to drag out the process in an interview with ABC 7 News.

"We're back in control, and we know that we will have nearly 10,000 poll workers that will be working with us to process ballots on election day, or election week is what we're calling it now, because we know we're going to be slow," she said, adding that she was not going to let "outside influencers" get in the way of her election day schemes.

That entire interview with Winfrey can be seen in its full context here:

The ballots were kept away when they could have otherwise been taken to the TCF Center in smaller, more manageable batches. Countless taxpayer dollars were wasted and many poll challengers were disenfranchised because delivery took so long. The ballots being in limbo for such a lengthy period of time also increases the potentiality for fraud as well.

[...]
In an attempt to sound victorious, Biden made the following statements today:
[...]

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden says "it's clear that we're winning enough states to reach 270 electoral votes needed to win the presidency."

Biden stopped short of claiming victory outright, but pointed out his margins in Wisconsin, Arizona, Michigan, the popular vote lead, and confidence about winning Pennsylvania based on the rate of mail-in ballots he's been winning.

Standing alongside his running mate Kamala Harris, who did not speak, Biden urged Americans to "unite, to heal, to come together as a nation" and not treat opponents as enemies.

Biden promised he would govern as a president for all Americans, not as a Democrat. However, his speech also contained a warning, presumably aimed at the Trump campaign's challenge to some of the voting results, that "No one's going to take our democracy away from us - not now, not ever."

[...]
But Trump is still fighting, and stated:
[...]

Claiming Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina, Trump said his campaign had a "big" lead in all three. "Additionally, we hereby claim the State of Michigan if, in fact, there was a large number of secretly dumped ballots as has been widely reported!" he tweeted.

Twitter immediately slapped a warning label on the president's post, noting that "Official sources may not have called the race when this was tweeted."

The second tweet, about the "large number of secretly dumped ballots" also got flagged as "disputed and might be misleading."

Media outlets entrusted by social networks to make election calls have not yet called any of those states for either candidate, aside from Michigan which was declared for Biden moments prior to Trump's announcement.

In a press conference in Philadelphia, the president's campaign claimed to have evidence of widespread irregularities concerning the counting of mail-in ballots, millions of which have been cast in this election.

Republican observers said they were not allowed to attend the counting in several Democrat urban strongholds, thanks to whose votes Biden claimed lead in Michigan and Wisconsin.

"We're going to win this election! We've actually won it, it's just a matter of counting the votes fairly," said Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, speaking on behalf of the president's campaign in Philadelphia.

Hunter Biden laptop labeled 'national security nightmare'

Hunter's laptop contains 11 gigabytes of material and covers the period from when Mr Biden served as Vice President under Mr Obama to when Hunter dropped it at the Mac Store in Wilmington. His driving license is pictured
The son of the man expected by many to be America's next President abandoned a laptop containing a treasure trove of top-secret material, including his father's private emails and mobile phone numbers, The Mail on Sunday can reveal.

In an astonishing lapse, Hunter Biden chose to protect his MacBook Pro computer - crammed with what an IT expert last night described as a 'national security nightmare' and 'classic blackmail material' - with a single, simple password: Hunter02.

Remarkably, the 50-year-old businessman and self-confessed drug addict took the machine to a back-street IT store in Delaware in April 2019 to get it repaired - yet never returned to collect it.

Its existence was revealed by the New York Post last month, but the staggering scale and sensitivity of its contents - easily accessible to a hacker with a modicum of skill - is only revealed for the first time today.

Hours before the election, the Biden campaign has gone full Marxist

Presidential candidate Joe Biden • VP candidate Kamala Harris • Jill Biden
With hours left before the election, the Biden-Harris ticket has decided on its closing pitch: full blown Marxism. In a video posted to her Twitter account on Sunday, Kamala Harris draws a distinction between "equality" and "equity." She claims that "equality" is the belief that "everyone should get the same amount" while equity ensures that "we all end up at the same place."

According to Harris, equity over equality should be our goal because even if everyone "gets the same amount" the person who started out ahead will still have an unfair advantage. "Equitable treatment," on the other hand, will get us all to the same spot on the mountaintop, holding hands and singing hymns of unity.

There are a number of serious problems with this plan.

Comment: It is clear Harris has no viable concept of governance, nor a mastery of what American rights guarantee each and every citizen. By her definition, we will all be vice president - or she will not.

'Sin begets sin': The fall of Jeremy Corbyn will be felt around the world

Former Labour Party Leader Jeremy Corbin • Britain's PM Boris Johnson
Jeremy Corbyn and the Labour Party have finally succumbed to pressure from Zionist organizations in the UK in a move with enormous international ramifications.

There can be little doubt that the ousting of Jeremy Corbyn from the UK Labour Party was the result of a well-planned strategy by a coalition of Zionist organizations, which includes the state of Israel's own Ministry of Strategic Affairs. And while Corbyn is undoubtedly not anti-semitic, nor racist in way shape, or form, he made one colossal strategic mistake: He did not fight the Zionist propaganda levied against him nor did he fight the outrageous accusations of anti-semitism that were laid upon him and so many other good hard-working anti-racist members of his Party.

Deprescribe the world! New study shows low-carb diets would save BILLIONS currently wasted on drugs. But will Big Pharma allow it?

The work of a British family doctor demonstrates that stopping eating carbohydrates helps with blood pressure, diabetes and weight loss - helping save lives during Covid-19. But the medical industry doesn't want you to know this.

If you want to avoid dying of Covid-19, one of the most important things you can do, if you are overweight, is to shed the pounds

A recent study by an international team of researchers using data from 399,000 patients found that people with obesity who contracted coronavirus were 113 percent more likely than people of healthy weight to end up in hospital, 74 percent more likely to be admitted to intensive care, and 48 percent more likely to die.

Why? Well, the 'why' centres around the damaging effect of raised blood glucose on endothelial cells and... it gets complicated.

In preparation for any emergencies, including widespread social unrest following election results on Tuesday night, the National Guard has been deployed in several states.

Fears of election night chaos have gripped state governments for the last month, forcing Gov. Charlie Baker of Massachusetts on Monday to "activate" 1,000 Massachusetts National Guard members.

And in Oregon, Gov. Kate Brown, for the second time in two months, declared a state of emergency for the Portland metro area, citing potential social unrest surrounding the election.

Neoconservatives are flocking to Biden (and let's forget about the Iran deal)

Neoconservatives are flocking to the Biden campaign. The DC braintrust that believes in using US military power to aid Israel in the Middle East has jumped parties before- to Clinton in '92, and back to Bush in 2000- and now they're hopping aisles to support Biden, with Bill Kristol leading the way.

Last night on an official Biden campaign webinar led by "Jewish Americans for Biden", and moderated by Ann Lewis of Democratic Majority for Israel, two prominent neocon Republicans endorsed Biden, primarily because of Trump's character posing a danger to democracy. But both neocons emphasized that Biden would be more willing to use force in the Middle East and reassured Jewish viewers that Biden will seek to depoliticize Israel support, won't necessarily return to the Iran deal and will surround himself with advisers who support Israel and believe in American military intervention.

Eric Edelman, a former diplomat and adviser to Dick Cheney, said Trump's peace plan has fostered an open political divide in the U.S. over Israel, because the plan endangers "the demographic future of Israel and its ability to continue to be both a Jewish and a democratic state." (Demographic future means that Israel might have a majority of Palestinians, an argument we associate in the U.S. with segregationists.)

Eliot Cohen, a Bush aide and academic, echoed the fear that Israel is being politicized. "A lot of Jews made a big mistake by taking something I was in favor of, moving the embassy to Jerusalem and obsessing about that," he said. But there was huge political risk in that: if the United States is internally divided, at war with itself, and "Israel has become a partisan issue, which it should never ever be.... That's not in Israel's longterm security interest."
