As cases rise again, a number of European governments have started to reimpose limits on activity, ranging from Austria's full lockdown to a partial lockdown in the Netherlands and restrictions on the unvaccinated in parts of Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  • Austria is to reimpose full lockdown from Monday. Country will also mandate vaccines for everyone from February 1
  • Partial lockdown introduced in The Netherlands on November 13, with limits on home visitors, working from home encouraged, and public events scrapped
  • German ministers say they can't rule out full lockdown, with decision to be determined by hospitalisation rates
  • Restrictions imposed on the unvaccinated in Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Unvaccinated banned from restaurants in Germany
  • Belgium ICU coordinator says there is an increasing risk country will have to resort to triage as cases mount
  • France's Emmanuel Macron says he thinks high levels of vaccines will be enough to avoid future lockdowns
  • Britain, with higher infection numbers than most European countries, is rolling out booster jabs

Comment: Although SOTT picked up this story when the drama began back on the 8th of November, unsurprisingly it has gone largely unreported by the mainstream, global-warming/climate-crisis propaganda press, and the first part of this update is actually from 10 days ago, with more recent developments below.


District authorities in the Russian Far East have decided to commission two icebreakers to aid the vessels currently ice-locked in the East Siberian Sea.

The nuclear-powered Yamal is due to arrive in the region by 20th of November, while the diesel-powered Novorossiisk will arrive by 15th of November, regional authorities in Chukotka inform.


Comment: Note the ships aren't relying on 'green' energy to get the job done.


In addition will be sent the rescue vessel Spasatel Zaborshchikov.

All in all, everything is so far, absolutely normal, something to be expected from NSR late fall transit routine. Convoy is already in Chukcha sea, will reach Bering Strait in probably 2-3 days or maybe even earlier, Arctic is unpredictable in this sense, up until last minutes and meters of transit.

In my time working in the UK universities and National Health Service - these functions were brought under managerial control, and integrated into The System which (since early 2020) is now global.

The almost complete surrender of power by academics and doctors happened almost entirely without coercion. Why?

Essentially, deeply, due to the lack of motivation and courage from living as godless-expedient hedonists (i.e. regarding mortal life as wholly about 'utility'), on the basic of incoherent (increasingly inverted) Leftist values.

Lacking any positive transcendent values (truth, beauty, virtue, coherence...); modern people, especially Westerners, are easier to control than any group I have heard of throughout history.

But how did this control operate proximately? The answer could be termed pre-emptive compliance.

The management (whether national or local) would announce what was going to happen - some new scheme to strip autonomy from academics and subordinate teaching, research, scholarship under administrative control; or some new, extra, unpaid and harmful bureaucratic tasks...

Austria will become the first European country to go back into full lockdown and the first to make Covid vaccination compulsory.

"This is not easy for us, but in view of the number of infections we have to take such measures," Alexander Schallenberg, the Austrian chancellor, told a press conference on Friday, adding: "It hurts me to have to impose any restrictions."

The country is currently facing one of the worst outbreaks of the virus in Europe. It recorded 15,145 new cases on Friday and has a seven-day incidence of 989 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. However, there is a large anti-vaxxer movement and only 65 per cent of Austrians are fully jabbed.

This week Austria placed the unvaccinated under lockdown while those who had had both jabs remained free to move around, but Mr Schallenberg said that had not been enough to bring down the infection rate.

The whole country will be put back under a hard lockdown from Monday.

Comment: This is Austria, where a massive increase in excess mortality for 2021 has been found in young men aged 15 and above.

In a recent article in the BMJ, a whistle-blower exposed serious problems she had observed first-hand in the Pfizer vaccine trial in Texas.
A regional director who was employed at the research organisation Ventavia Research Group has told the BMJ that the company falsified data, unblinded patients, employed inadequately trained vaccinators, and was slow to follow up on adverse events reported in Pfizer's pivotal phase III trial. Staff who conducted quality control checks were overwhelmed by the volume of problems they were finding. After repeatedly notifying Ventavia of these problems, the regional director, Brook Jackson, emailed a complaint to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Ventavia fired her later the same day. Jackson has provided the BMJ with dozens of internal company documents, photos, audio recordings, and emails.
Another Ventavia employee said of the data the company generated for the Pfizer trial:
"I don't think it was good clean data. It's a crazy mess."
The six-month trial results for the Pfizer vaccine have now been published in the New England Journal of Medicine. These findings, the researchers note, "contributed to the full approval of BNT162b2 [the Pfizer vaccine] in the United States". A close inspection of the study, however, reveals a number of problems that raise serious questions about the reliability of its findings, as well as about the safety of the vaccine.

Judge Bruce Schroeder banned MSNBC for attempting to follow the jury bus during the Rittenhouse trial.
As the jury deliberated in the Kyle Rittenhouse case on Thursday, Judge Bruce Schroeder announced that individuals had followed the jury bus, following at a distance of "about a block." This individual claimed that he worked for MSNBC, and was instructed to follow the jury bus by the outlet.

As such, Schroeder banned MSNBC from the courtroom. The individual who followed the bus identified himself to police as James J. Morrison, and that individual reportedly said that he was following the jury bus at the instruction of Irene Byon, who is a booking producer with NBC in New York.

Comment: Conservative Brief reports:
Police in Kenosha said Morrison was "trying to photograph jurors" and was charged with several traffic violations, police said.

Earlier this week, the defense team for Rittenhouse submitted a request for a mistrial.

The defense had motioned for a mistrial with prejudice alleging that the prosecution withheld drone footage from the night Rittenhouse killed two men and injured another in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

According to The New York Times, defense lawyer Corey Chirafisi made a separate request for a mistrial.

"We didn't have the quality of evidence that the state had until the case had been closed," he told Judge Bruce Schroeder.

The Times reported the defense is now "asking for a mistrial 'without prejudice' — meaning that prosecutors could refile charges — arguing that they did not have access to a high-quality video that most fully captures the first of the three shootings."

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the defense originally received a lower quality version of the drone footage and says they were not given the high-definition version until Saturday.

Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger has been repeatedly scolded by Kenosha County Judge Bruce Schroeder for his behavior, comments, and numerous attempts to use shady evidence against Rittenhouse.



The prosecutors have sworn up down and sideways they had no expertise in video manipulation which at the heart of the motion for mistrial, throwing everyone under the bus, including each other and yet, eagle-eyed live stream viewers participating in Rekeita Law's excellent session caught this:

"Not conclusive, but definititely 'sus'."

Multiple federal agencies are looking into 15 vials - including five alarmingly labeled as 'smallpox' - that were discovered at a pharmaceutical lab outside of Philadelphia Tuesday night.

The vials, 10 of which were labeled 'vaccinia' after the virus used to make smallpox vaccines, were discovered by a lab worker who was cleaning out a freezer, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

Smallpox was eradicated in 1980 with a successful mass vaccination campaign after it killed an estimated 300 million people in the 20th century alone.

When you ask COVID vaccine proponents how these mRNA type vaccines work, most either don't know, or give you the wrong answer. Very few really understand how the spike protein interacts with the immune system and thus accept the vaccine based on faith.

Those whose worldview is bereft of universally applied principles, and based solely on tribal allegiances, assume everyone else is plagued by this very deficiency.

The FBI has executed a string of search warrants targeting the homes and cell phones of Project Veritas founder James O'Keefe and several others associated with that organization. It should require no effort to understand why it is a cause for concern that a Democratic administration is using the FBI to aggressively target an organization devoted to obtaining and reporting incriminating information about Democratic Party leaders and their liberal allies.

That does not mean the FBI investigation is inherently improper. Journalists are no more entitled than any other citizen to commit crimes. If there is reasonable cause to believe O'Keefe and his associates committed federal crimes, then an FBI investigation is warranted as it is for any other case. But there has been no evidence presented that O'Keefe or Project Veritas employees have done anything of the sort, nor any explanation provided to justify these invasive searches. That we should want and need that is self-evident: if the Trump-era FBI had executed search warrants inside the newsrooms of The New York Times and NBC News, we would be demanding evidence to prove it was legally justified. Yet virtually nothing has been provided to justify the FBI's targeting of O'Keefe and his colleagues, and the little that has been disclosed by way of justifying this makes no sense.
