The problem with pulling out one of the pillars of 'international order' and 'cutting loose the vassal states' is that you run the risk of causing great instability, which said internationalists could exploit to maximum effect.

That is the whole point.

On one hand this is what the globalists planned for the US, fully aware this would destroy it in the process. Which, I think, was one of their intended goals.

And which is exactly what Trump's backers oppose. They have him pull out, and save the country.

Many conservatives think that's wonderful too, and would like to see liberals and queers sent there to be gassed or tortured sooner than later. They often say as much. I'm so sick of their schit at this point that I can't say I'd offer a lot of resistance to that idea myself. They are truly disgusting and it doesn't take much "propaganda" to illustrate that. They are what they are, but I think this abomination was mostly manufactured and cultivated by the elite for this day. They were groomed for this fire...just as the American conservative is being groomed for theirs and goose-stepping right along.

Obviously, the rhetoric against Jews is at an all time high, and like in Nazi Germany is difficult to dispel as simply propaganda or disinformation. It looks bad for them. Israel is covered in blood, right or wrong, and so are the American Jews that support them, not to mention their undeniable meddling in US politics, the media, and the banking industry. They are guilty, guilty, guilty, and their demise would be an easy sell for the right loud mouth with the right pulpit, but I'm not convinced yet that they will be the scapegoat for the ethnic cleansing that is already upon us. It appears to be Mexico, Venezuela, and maybe Islam in general.

OK - 42 minutes into this video I started watching awhile ago - and the topic of "tariffs" comes up and the statement that they are "19th century" - let me put this out there:

1. Nothing wrong with 19 century ideas is there - I mean the "f-ing" 20th century sure as all out was not the "golden age" of ideas - was it.

2. The concept of a "tariff" is to protect local business - and I put forth to also encourage self-sufficiency locally. Just cause you can presently ship goods from China more cheaply than it is to make it in your own place don't mean that is "better" and nor does it mean that is a "permanent" arrangement.

3. Therefore, especially for some basic goods - such as textiles, certain simple polymers used for many purposes, production of other basic goods such as glass, steel, and particularly farming goods such as cattle, chickens, eggs, wool, and whatnot - well for goodness sake - best to make that local going forward for just so many reasons - so in this regard - tariffs during a "time of transition" make good sense in my view - because if they foster the return of essential industry that ought be local - then that is important - cause I can tell you first hand - that industry has slowly but surely dissipated and now we are dependent in that regard - and that is NOT in the interest of any local community.

A repost of a comment from last year.

As I have noted many times, my aim on SOTT is to study and reveal manipulation. Part of that study is trolls and how they work.

The first step is to recognize that trolls do not see you as a person or individual. They see you as an object to be manipulated, similar to Harari calling human beings "hackable animals". The manipulation takes many forms like ridicule, demonization, distraction, stimulating reaction and emotional responses, and more recently stimulate avoidance.

The second step is examining yourself and your reaction. By recognizing that the intent of a troll is to stimulate emotional reaction, you can make a choice. Clearly select not reacting. Then you can choose whether you want to respond or not, but more as an experiment than expectation of a reasonable discussion.

Once being sucked into a discussion with a troll, one sees it as a negative experience. This can lead to an "avoidance" reaction, which would mean you choose not to add a comment to a thread where the troll is present. In other words if you avoid for that reason, the troll has been successful in manipulating you.

Instead, you can study which of the threads the troll is trying to distract from, like ivermectin, or Maui fires engineered to murder thousands and the “government” claims the land. This is shining light on what the narrative is. In studying trolls, I am beginning to distinguish between what I would call a “professional” troll and a “casual” troll. The difference is that a “professional”, perhaps paid, has a particular objective of manipulation, while a “casual” may just enjoy the chaos and reaction they can generate.

In researching trolling a little, one of the interesting discussions I found was this: “Colluding trolls are people who work together to create chaos. One member might use classic trolling tactics while the others pose as normal members of the online community. These trolls in disguise can publicly defend the obvious troll and claim that the troll is really trying to add to the discussion. Another tactic is to pit one online community against another. Trolls do this by posting messages within one community while posing as members of the other one and vice versa. The goal here is to cause an all-out online war between two victimized communities."

I agree with "they can be used to examine emotional triggers in oneself". This has been the case for me. I accept that attacks on me personally should be separated from attacks on my perspectives or ideas about reality(divorced from myself life experiences, group affiliations, ideology or religion). Language using the word "you" is also something that I have been more careful with. Using "you" in a sentence makes it personal. So for example if someone said:

"You don't get it! You are yadda this and yadda that! And you are one of those etc...People like you...Knowing where you come from...etc."

I ignore, but still attempt to respond if they actually said something interesting but separated from my own personal identity/life/experiences etc. (as "you" said emotional triggers!!). So if an AI bot says something meaningful or interesting I sort it out and may still reply.

As to what to do, good question

Creating two aliases and using this in alternance is a bit wrong.

I am sometimes coming to the understanding that there are people who are in midst of some pit and that they are alone, and stuffs. I could picture that such people would proceed as such. It would be wrong to "smash". But who are they?

And then there are various stuffs that are very negatively oriented and create two alias for the intention of messing with other people.

I am personally left with those two ideas.

What to do? I am having hard times finding an answer.

T Boris spoke about triggering emotional reaction - I notice that I end up in some battle with somebody I don't know and that it feeds a lot of energy. Oui, pour Gaza... C'est une cause qui me tient à coeur. Je m'y suis intéressé depuis longtemps, et spécialement avec Sott qui ont été des ambassadeurs de premiers ordres. Surtout Joe Quinn. I am fairly discouraged to dive in Gurdjieff "little I's" because he is implacable. LM seems to know a good deal about ego but I simply cannot. I can clearly see and feel people who have been consciously working on their ego in positive midnset - but this is a work that I never did.

Alright. For me I actually force thinking when doing something that has steps. And I go over it sometimes even talking to myself. Then I repeat. Make some changes and then finally do it(like editing this reply before sending) and then sending. I had the book "in the search of the miraculous" from Ouspensky who was a Gurdjieff's student. There are many lengthy passages discussing the little I's and it's fascinating. I had the feeling to spectate people who managed to successfully make their way through the basic mind alterations - but that this was a hard way. It discouraged me a bit but overall this is still hot on the stove for me. I wish, one day, to carry on more serious work.

Yes it seems to amount to Fourth but I am not especially seeking to absolutely head there. Still, it remains a my perspective because it's all positive so it becomes logical to just do it. I then am heading slowly but surely, and as one cannot do all and everything, I will "see"

Yes the book makes authority, basically, and people studying it refer to it, until it becomes a main stream science (one day, I hope). The point is that despite being an odd unique reference for several concepts (many), we can see outside main stream scientists who sometimes find matches between his findings and theirs. There are currently several - not many - psys who'd, I say, be part-doing Lobaczewski and mainly focusing on their main stream research. This is promizing. It's just that the concepts he laid down seem to be universal ones, so it's logical that it finds matches - and echo. The echo part seems to be the more difficult, as could be that the mass of minds is to be taken in consideration. So one step at a time and respecting the slow progress of a hive mind.

Having been studying it the above is what I could say. If you're not on to Gurdjieff or Lobaczewski, may I ask: what's your stuff?!

Note: I see LM for example who perfectly spots the ego when it pops up. I suspect her to have been stumbling upon a similar teaching than Gurdjieff! I spot the "sometimes" in your statement which saves the day, but what I mean is that there have been a global trend of concealed leveraging of "both sides are wrong". I guess there is an article going by "the plausible lie". It has become a reality and a professionalized technique.

I would tend to locate myself a bit more in waters where "both sides are wrong" don't exist, thanks for pointing that out.

To me, I accept to fail or to be wrong, and utmost sincerity and integrity allows one to more or less navigate. And then, I have room for me being wrong. I accept it's difficult for me to consider it but I endorse the relative share of consequences. It's never that bad when cultivating honesty and integrity and things like that.

I try to be a good Christian going to church if you care. I believe that the fresh air of "be a good person" helps a lot, especially during the past four years when people have become basically very aggressive (and all the evil valuing we have been speaking of). Simply put, being kind in a society cloaked by a huge cloud of aggressivity helps a lot.

They happen because both are wrong and are seeking pride. Or to claim a land that we all come from, as their own.

The idea would be to consider that there exist people leveraging our basic tendency to accept that conflicts are mostly "both sides have responsibility" - and to discern that there exist situations where some leaders would actually profit from good people. Kind of similar at this end, please NOTE I'm not trying to steal any thunder so don't read something into this other than me just relating a story of a similar bent, but I/we been (about 8 weeks) caring for what was a fledgling Lorikeet abandoned by its parents (not uncommon), the idea was to raise it and when ready allow it to fly free, however it didn't happen the way we'd hoped and it wont, it cant fly, that's why it was abandoned, it appears to be suffering from "beak and feather disease"[Link] in our case it's stopping the flight feathers from growing, so for the moment it looks as though I/we got a bird to care for, bought a large cage, we open all four doors it comes and goes in and out at its leisure, just have to keep an eye out for stray cats.
