Germany is not a democracy. It is still under occupation. Most people do not know this. This is explained in part by someone familiar with the distinction:
Dear U.S. Citizens, U.S. Administration, U.S. Justice, as you can see, Dr. Reiner Füllmich, quite rightly accuses the "German Federal Government" of "Crime Against Humaity", but he limits his intended lawsuit only to civil law and claims for damages and not to criminal law or international criminal law. How does it come to this?
Well, dear U.S. citizens, the so-called Basic Law, which sets and confers the basis for action of the organs of the FRG (Federal Republic Germany), is not a German law, but a military occupation ordinance, which came about under Allied reservations and instructions, with a group of Freemasonry chosen not by the German peoples, but by the Allies. The following side note on this: Lodges have basic laws!
A state is a state when the people in the corresponding, exactly defined area decide to work out a constitutional law for themselves that legitimizes this state for their actions. This was never the case with the FRG Basic Law, it was created under occupation by military law and the pressure of the victors.
But and now please, note this very important detail: The Allies, after the rise of one of the most destructive dictators of mankind, Adolf Hitler, did not consider it necessary to establish this Military Ordinance Basic Law in such a way that the next dictator can be prosecuted for human rights crimes and stopped in time. Crimes against human rights, crimes under international law can be prosecuted in the FRG, only by the Attorney General, who is appointed by the Federal Minister of Justice, and who in turn is appointed by the Federal Chancellor, in this case Angela Merkel.
So let me summarize once again: After Adolf Hitler, the deportation and persecution of Jews who could not afford to flee to Palestine, the Allies, by force of arms and within the framework of the occupation, created a constitutional decree which gave birth to an occupation administration that prevented and made impossible the persecution of another dictator! There are not a single rule of law in the FRG, everything is the interpretation of judges whose only legitimation since 1990 is their status as freemasons, a status of the whores of Rahab (Book of Joshua 2), traitors to their own people!
The preamble to this supposedly constitutional law begins in its first sentence, moreover already with a completely diabolical and unambiguous lie, calling God in the same sentence.This is a mockery before all the world, before God, and says, in all brevity, that everything that is yet to come in this book is a lie. The German people have never given themselves the Basic Law, nor has it been asked, it is not a German law, it is a decree of Allied forces, which came into being in a sham democratic process belonging to the warfare against the German peoples, and within their warfare against the German peoples.
Because this was so established, this Basic Law regime must be eliminated with the Basic Law in order to be able to change it and prosecute it. If there were international law, international law or even civil law for the Germans, they would have just as legitimate civil law claims to make against the United States as Dr. Füllmich sees the persons liable for damages in organs of the German economy and the occupation regime.
The USA, has reserved the right to issue regulations at any time, without them being decided and passed through a parliament like the Bundestag or the Federal Government. The USA can dictate such decrees at any time to the FRG regime via the "Federal Law Gazette" and they are then valid within this framework.
Be responsible, come back into the public eye as what you are, an occupier and end the worst regime in the middle of Europe that ever existed there. Do it now, and enlighten the German people! It is your duty before God and the German people to end these crimes against humanity. Because with the Germans the other peoples of the world will lose the people from whom they received only good things. Adolf Hitler did not belong to them!
