The calf walks around happily with its mother after surviving more than a month
A mutant calf born with two heads and three eyes has stunned its owners - by surviving.

The bizarre creature was born Thanjavur in southern India more than a month ago and reportedly suffers from an extremely rare genetic disorder.

Vets predicted the animal wouldn't survive as it's rare for cows with conditions like this to live very long.

But against the odds the animal is seen walking around with its mother in footage, filmed on September 11.

Locals are now dubbing the two-headed creature a "Miracle Calf".

While this kind of genetic disorder is rare in cattle, it's not entirely unheard of.

A cow was born with two faces in Brazil in July this year, with the farmer claiming both mouths were "fully functioning."

A calf was also born in China in August with four eyes and two heads, with the owner claiming the animal can drink with both mouths.

Sadly, there are still fears this calf will not last much longer.
