Have you ever tried a diet that takes no life? No seed, pulse, legume, grain, fish insect, animal, seed root vegetable or bacterial culture? Basically the diet involves zero consumption of life force. This 'biblical diet' consists of eating only leaves and fruit where you can preserve and sow the seed.
Nature is bountiful and provides huge diversity. The human diet, however, is selective and determines which bean or seed or meat etc we favour and will support into the future. We alter our natural habitat (vastly) to accommodate the foods that we wish to consume.
