Bradley Manning is facing prosecution for giving military information to Wikileaks. He's plead guilty to some charges. He maintains that he did release the information and that he did it because he wanted to help the country. What will happen with the other treasonous charges against him that could net a life sentence? Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

Nuremberg Principle VI
Principle VI states,
"The crimes hereinafter set out are punishable as crimes under international law:
(a) Crimes against peace:
(i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;
(ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).
(b) War crimes:
Violations of the laws or customs of war which include, but are not limited to, murder, ill-treatment or deportation to slave labor or for any other purpose of civilian population of or in occupied territory; murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war or persons on the Seas, killing of hostages, plunder of public or private property, wanton destruction of cities, towns, or villages, or devastation not justified by military necessity.
(c) Crimes against humanity:
Murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation and other inhumane acts done against any civilian population, or persecutions on political, racial, or religious grounds, when such acts are done or such persecutions are carried on in execution of or in connection with any crime against peace or any war crime."
So Manning by force of international law could not just "follow orders".
Wake up America!
It makes me wonder how the American people are going to withstand their collective (social) guilt of allowing this evil (their own government) a "pass". By not standing up to it, by not being whistle blowers by not resisting it peacefully, truthfully and with dignity? By being too scared to speak out?
Their government won't be punished over this, because it really doesn't know any better. But they do! It's almost like some kind of a test. And you only have to look at history to see how the Germans were treated to know the consequences of it won't be fun.
What kind of payback karma is going to happen to or for a nation like that? Scary to the point of biblical judgment day? It doesn't bear thinking about.
I think I finally get some of the meaning behind "Judgment Day" and "Truth" and the fact that every person must stand alone in this. And its scary how many people seem to be turning their backs to it. I just had this image of Lot turning around there. I'm not really religious either.
While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.
For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

Didn't Prescott Bush get prosecuted for treason for money laundering with the Nazi's? If so, why did he not go to prison and why is this man being put through the ringers for causing no harm in telling truth?
