LOL
Several times in the last few years we've seen lights like this over the skies in Norfolk, UK. They are much too bright to be satellites, and, occasionally change direction so they definitely aren't satellites. They are totally silent so can't be helicopters or jets. We have significant military over-flying here - all kinds from Black Hawks and Apaches to F15's, Tornados, tankers, Chinooks etc. etc. - so we know what regular aircraft look like. These are definitely 'unidentified'.
Definitely not satellites. See them, not infrequently, here over West Tn. Occasionally, there will be an unfamiliar 'out-of-place' star sitting motionless for several minutes, then moving on across the sky, usually about the speed of a satellite. There was once an Air Force memo that stated UFOs can stand motionless in the sky to get lost among the stars.
Okay, it could be anything, but it is mostly likely a star, comet,or something simple. Once something like this is seen, people go overboard with complicated theories. Sometimes the simplest thing is the answer.
