I see you are engaging in wishful thinking here... you don't 'like' the idea of psychopaths existing... and yet you are proposing a 'solution' to it. Interesting.
I hope for your sake you 'get educated', because as an uneducated person, you are nothing but a potential victim for a psychopath. I suppose being a victim might be the difficult way to learn.
I understand where you are coming from though, for the longest time since being born on this planet, I carried in me the innermost desire to see the empathic quality in each 'names' of creation. And this may still be true on other levels of reality (or dimensions), but on this level their circuitry just does not have it in them. I do not see us as Individuals only on this level of reality, we have much depth contain in our existence.
Care should be taken to differentiate between a psychopath and a narcissists. Whilst both lack a genetic lack of autonomic empathy, the narcissist still have a range of emotions and some, all be it not much, conscience.
What is interesting is that psychopaths will surround themselves with narcissists for two reasons, one of course is a lack of empathy for the victims of the psychopath and secondly the narcissist is readily manipulated by empty compliments.
So in terms of apparent behaviour and visible outcomes, you have the Dick Cheney and George Bush, relationships. With the intelligent psychopath Dick Cheney controlling the public image provided by the narcissist George Bush.
The failed developmental patterns of either defects, leave them as victims of their own defect, they are not the way they are by choice they are truly just born that way, a victim of the genetics of a psychopathic parent.
Whilst they do deserve forgiveness and pity, their inherent danger should never be forgotten. Testing is late childhood can have them safely isolated from positions where they can cause harm in a reasonable fashion and the onus is upon society to establish effective testing procedures in order to protect all people, including the psychopaths and narcissists themselves.
"Sorry for being uneducated, but I'm not fully convinced of that it exists. I know, I should probably do my research, will one day. I'm just a blue-eyed person, having no trouble to believe conspiracies but this... I know it's documented and all, but I've always believed there's some inner good in each one of us, even if sound of conscience can be weaker in some of us." -Mikko
Hello Mikko, I think it's important to remain critical of information when one does not fully understand it. Blindly following authority figures and their information opens one up to be misled. This is why it is important to do our own research so that we don't rely on others to convince us.
I, like daviests, have had first-hand experience with people who have exhibited these traits. Perhaps the fact that I have been stung by people makes me more inclined to want to understand so that I can protect myself. Like you, I "always believed there's some inner good in each one of us." Unfortunately, I have observed otherwise and have now come to see that the "inner good" people with these characteristics portray is only a manipulation technique they use to gain trust so that they can exploit others.
If this information is new to you, I highly recommend studying it further before making judgements. If you are interested in learning about this maybe it would be a good idea to read the recommended books from QFS (http://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php/topic,4718.0.html)

There certainly has been quite a bit of research done on this subject in recent years and the phrase, "knowledge protects" won't ever become a cliche...;)
Hope this helps.
Loved the film clip and find the e book quite generous as well. I learned some things and agree quite deeply with his conclusions, definitely will buy the book.
While it's interesting to make the distinction between Narcissists and Psychopaths and Sociopaths, the practical truth is that when you have been dealt with abusively, maliciously, and deceitfully, in my opinion, the etiology of the perpetrator's actions are less important than simply acknowledging the damage that has been done to you and the need to separate oneself from said perpetrator...I observe people spending lots of time trying to figure out "why" they did this to me. The important thing is "what" they did to you...my two cents...
The majority of people do not ask themselves ''why'' and only point out the actions. The result is that most people have no idea as to what a psychopath is, or refuse to believe they even exist. They hence lack the proper Knowledge to protect and defend themselves against these predators and the ponerization of the masses.
Saying that the important thing is what they ''did to you'' (in the past tense) implies for me that it only really matters when the damage has been done. By understanding their true nature (understanding ''why'' they act like so), we can fortunately expect to be able to prevent these things from happening to ourselves and perhaps others.
Of course, I'm not denying the importance of acknowledging these acts and separating oneself from the psychopathological being. Just saying that asking ourselves ''why'' is in fact very important.
My 2 cents as well.

Whether it's just a behaviour or an incurable disease, I think my argument still stands, that we should have smaller scale societies, towns and cities and small rural areas instead of countries. Small tyrannies by the majorities instead of large-scale ones. Simply because infecting many small cells is harder than one large central one. And to vote for things, not for people who vote for things, because things aren't psychopaths like this.
