http://www.examiner.com/x-2363-UFO-Examiner~y2010m5d24-A California witness driving along a freeway near Concord on May 20, 2010, watched a rectangular-shaped object with lights along its bottom edges and a red flashing light at one end, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness stated that the incident seemed to be similar to Rectangle UFO hovers low over I-15 near Riverside, CA.

Concord is the largest city in Contra Costa County, CA, population 121,780.

The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If California MUFON investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.

California, May 20, 2010 - Rectangle aircraft or UFO...? MUFON Case # 23409.

We were coming back Home from Concord. We were shopping in Cost Plus World Market at 8:38pm. My daughter was driving in the Freeway, and that space was surrounded with buildings, when I noticed a very sharp lights of an aircraft...was very big for a normal aircraft...I did not think was unusual, just caught my attention (I used to be a civil pilot in 1978), when we were close... I said: What is that! At first I thought was an Helicopter a big one...but was no peculiar sound, and was stationary in the air, the shape was rectangular and big.

What make me think that this was and unusual aircraft, was that when we were approaching has light all over the edges of the bottom part of the object and a red flash light on the end. I told my daughter did you see that?... What, what?...She could not see anything because she was concentrated on the freeway driving, and we could not stop.

I am not updated in aviation, I never in my live saw any UFO, just one day flying close to the beach in my country, I notices big round foot on the sand , 3 of them in a perfect triangle shape, and my co-pilot friend pilot also saw it...is the nearest sighting I had experienced. We were at 1500 feet height.

What was that a new type of Helicopter? We are surrounded of Airdromes, is a too public space. I do not know... was unusual to me... I had to know! When I came back Home I start to check in the Internet, and immediately pop up this link:
