Puerto Rico: Man Sees 4 Aerial Red Lights With White Lights Between

Description: I saw 4 red lights and bright white lights in between every red light. It was dark outside so the lights were really easy to distinguish, but it was hard to see the shape of it. Another person next to me saw it too. It looked as if we were in front of it, but we were driving and we both saw it. We decided to immediately turn back to see if we could get closer. (It was across the street.) When we got there it had disappeared. It couldn't have been a plane because we would have heard it and it's impossible that a plane could disappear in less than half a minute.
