Date of Sighting: 24/04/2010
Time: 21.37
Witness Statement: A large extremely bright orange light just appeared 'literally'. It moved towards us, then shot to the right, at this point I went outside the house, there was no noise. It was hovering about moving up and down sharply, then shot off and disappeared!
It lasted for about 5mins.
We hope other people saw this, cos we can't believe what we saw !!!

hi i live down in southend we had one massive orange ball fly down our road it went right over me, it was the size of a house, was the one you saw, i will try and describe the best i can, was it on fire but not fire as we understand, to me it looked like crinkkle pulsating smouldering fire, thats the best i can do
