Description: Between 8 and 8:30 PM tonight my 2 sons and I were leaving for the store. We were standing in our driveway pointing out some constellations. I had just pointed out the little dipper to my oldest son and was showing him how to follow Orion's belt to locate it. My youngest son spotted something in the sky and was trying to point it out to us. When I was able to see it, it looked very different. It was V shaped located at maybe 110 to 120 degrees (East-Southeast). We saw no lights, heard no sound and noticed that the object was moving in a northerly direction. It was a solid black V shape that blocked out the stars as it passed in front of them. We were able to observe it for about 20 to 30 seconds before it moved out of sight. I have no idea what it could have been, as I said it made no noise and had no lights. I think the only reason we were able to see it is because of how bright the moon was tonight.

I am not sure as to the size. I had nothing to really reference it to. I do know that judging by the size if it was a plane we would have heard the engines. Feel free to contact me at the below email address if you have any questions.

Note: This object probably would not have been noticed had the bright (full) moon not been present. One wonders how many of these objects are flying in the night skies?
