Date of Sighting: June 21, 2009
Time of Sighting: 2:33 AM EDT
Location of Sighting: Amelia Court House, Virginia (E-Central VA About 20 Miles SW of Richmond)

Description: I saw a strobing light that moved in a straight line motion at "falling star speed." I first observed it against the constellation Cassiopeia, moving toward the north-northeast horizon. The "paired" strobing repeated three times until I lost observation in light scatter on the horizon. The light moved through about 5-10 degrees of arc while observed in less than three seconds. There was some high scattered cloud cover, but none detectable on the path that the object followed. In addition, the strobing was so regular as to suggest an aircraft or a space-station-like object, had the speed not been so great.

Note: The observation was outside of the window for visible satellites. As stated by the witness the light was moving too fast to be a regular aircraft or satellite.
