lights in Hersham sky

Marc from Hersham believes he may have caught a UFO on camera after spotting strange lights in the sky above the village.

He captured the strange occurance on video and has supplied the Herald with the picture you see here. This is what Marc said.

"On Thursday May 28, at 10.15pm, my father and i were sitting in the garden when we spotted a red blob in the sky rising up over the Barley Mow (pub) and heading in a straight line below cloud level toward Hersham Station.

"As the object travelled in the direction of hersham station it was rising above cloud level but still clearly visible through the clouds. This was not an aeroplane or helicoptor, it made no noise and continued to rise steadily as it moved to the distance.

"The light resembled two glowing fire balls. There were no other lights, wings, signs of normal aircraft activity including were observed by us. I did catch the last sequence on video. This was a UFO."

That's not all, because two nights later saw a further 10 lights in the sky traveling south but all following the same line as the previous UFO.

He added: "I have had a few theories from friends, but nothing that seems possible."

Marc said his father has also seen lights while on his own. That time it traveled in a south to north direction, was below cloud cover to start with and completely silent. The sky was apparently clear and it did not appear to be a balloon. Once again this occured at about 10.15pm.
