Witness Statement: I have witnessed several strange lights in the sky in the early hours of the morning over the north of Nottingham in the last couple of weeks. This particular incident was the most dramatic and involved a fast moving object flying in a number of wide sweeping circles. As it moved it changed colour from bright red to bright green and then back to a white colour. It almost disappeared beyond the horizon as a white dot before returning several times and each time displaying the same colour shift.

There was no flashing strobe that would suggest it was a plane or police helicopter and it's movements were too graceful (for want of a better word). High strangeness indeed.
