Every citizen and every state in the Union is materially harmed by election fraud, so every legal citizen has legal standing to sue the cheaters. Unfortunately, the courts have decided to deny it, thus demoting those they are sworn to protect to insignificant pawns.

SCOTUS leaves us with no option but to throw out the fake election and hold a real one to set things right. This new election must completely exclude Dominion, BLM, and other Democratic Party tools and gulls from any role in determining the outcome.

Technically speaking, we're already under martial law. We might as well apply it to correcting a fake election as to anything else. We just need to be very careful that the President is not assassinated and the nation hijacked by miscreants using it as cover.

Erasure or concealment of evidence is grounds for a second (corrective) election. There's no way to legitimately certify an election in which crucial information has been deliberately destroyed, or in which corrupt officials and judges refuse to let the evidence be duly examined.

It is not necessary to "prove election fraud". It is only necessary to observe that after the culprits have covered their tracks by destroying evidence, there are no grounds for certification.

.....Any destruction of evidence of election fraud precludes certification of the election results, as the required checks become impossible. So if the fraudulent results cannot simply be reversed, there are grounds for redoing the entire election.
