Monday, 11.45am - DID you spot a glowing orange craft in the sky over Grantham on Saturday night?
Jackie Forbes of Harris Way did. She went into her back garden at precisely 10.33pm and spotted the UFO in the sky close to the A1.

Jackie, 29, said: "It was travelling at the speed of an aeroplane but it was bigger and orange. Sometimes the planes at night have flashing lights on but this was constant. Then something else dropped from underneath the plane.

"Afterwards me and my partner just sat there thinking of what it could have been. The only thing we could think was that it was a plane that came apart and crashed. But I've been watching the news to see if anything happened on Saturday night and there was nothing."

Mysterious pictograms consisting of several circles have appeared on a wheat field in Southern Russia's Krasnodar region. Was it someone's joke or did aliens visit us?

According to enthusiasts from Kosmopoisk (Space Search group), it's not the first time such a phenomenon has been discovered. Group members have visited the spot to carry out research and film the area from an unmanned helicopter. The circles appeared in the Dinsky district in the region.

"The figure consists of eight circles and rings around them that are interconnected," the group coordinator, Vadim Chernobrov, told Interfax news agency. "Their sizes vary from 5 to 25 meters."

He said they had known in advance of an approximate date when signs would appear.

Description: At approximately 4:30 AM while laying in bed I looked out my window to the west and I observed a small white light zigzaging in an irregular pattern. I thought that it was unusual so I got out of bed to go outside to check it out. When I walked outside observing the sky I saw a red light high up in the sky. I was not able to make out what exactly it was because it was way too high in altitude for me to make it out. As I was watching the red light seconds later I saw 3 tiny little white lights shoot out of the red light at extremely high speeds. I ran inside my house to go get my dad because I was somewhat startled as I couldn't believe what I had just seen.

Description: I was shooting video of the full moon from Whitby Ontario Canada with (Panasonic AGDVX100B professional 3ccd video camera) thinking I would be able to use the footage at some point. I was getting some eerie pictures of the moon, tilting up, shooting through trees. I thought it would make for some great footage.

Then I saw something dart across the screen and thought myself lucky to have captured images of a falling star on tape. I made mention of this to my wife while the tape was running.

Are we delusional and too fond of a drink? Or is it just Lincolnshire folk being fascinated by the weird and wonderful?

This is the question prompted after controversial Sunday Times journalist, Rod Liddle called Lincolnshire people 'delusional or alcoholics' after the sudden rise of UFO sightings in the county.

But since we published his comments in an article on www.louthleader.co.uk two weeks ago there has been public outcry and it would seem many disagree.

Both ordinary residents of Lincolnshire and UFO enthusiasts from across the world have written to the Leader defending Lincolnshire people and dismissing Rod Liddle.

The UFO Traffic Report for Monday, June 22, 2009, includes 20 selected sightings over 14 states, according to witness statements filed in the past 72 hours with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

Today's stories include: a slow moving object covering the entire length of a 400-foot-long driveway in Wisconsin; a bright green fireball over Texas; a bright green fireball over Ohio where an object seems to fall from it; a series of orbs moving over Colorado skies from two different June 19 reports; bright lights spotted over a Washington nuclear power plant; a triangle-shaped UFO over Illinois; a rectangular-shaped UFO seen over Denver on June 19 and 20; multiple Colorado witnesses observing a cigar-shaped UFO; two orange spheres buzzing a New Mexico mountain range; a series of orbs moving across Texas skies; a shape shifting object over California; a triangle-shaped UFO over Pennsylvania; a green flash of light over Texas with multiple witnesses; an orange-colored sphere over Arkansas that dropped a white ball of light; a large ball of light hovering over a New Jersey bay; a Texas witness claiming a triangle UFO hovered in the sky for two hours; a fireball over Nebraska that seemed to be controlled; and a series of fire balls over Kansas City, Missouri.

Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If MUFON investigates and reports back on any of these cases, I will update this page.

Description: My neighbour called me up on the phone to get me to look out in the sky from my back garden, she thought it could be some sort of flare. When I had a look it looked very much like a orange ball of fire. Thought maybe a meteor, none that I have ever seen before. Too big to be a helicopter in the distance, no flashing lights, def not a plane. It seemed to stop for a little while as if hovering then changed its course, did a semi circle. No sooner had it faded another one appeared doing the same thing. Although as this one hovered, another one appeared. I would have took a pic but I could not pull myself away from watching them. Any clue what they could have been?

Description: Perfectly clear and warm night, atmosphere calm & unusually quiet, in twilight - while having just lit a cigarette I looked up into the sky as almost I always do - when in front of me I was immediately (sorry...suddenly) aware of two intensely bright yellow perfectly spherical objects propelling through the sky both a color that can only be described as that emitted from a bunsen burner - both identical in shape and size - they were very pronounce in the night sky - very noticeable.

Residents of Taman Helang Jaya, Nibong Tebal, have been living in fear over the appearance of a "mysterious spirit" in the area for the past month, Malaysia Nanban reported.

Residents claim they have heard of the sighting of a headless body dressed in white, usually appearing around midnight and making noises like a crying baby.

There were occasions when iron gates of the houses were shaken during the night. One resident said he heard this mysterious spirit had knocked on doors and bitten the hands of the house owners.

Description: I saw a strobing light that moved in a straight line motion at "falling star speed." I first observed it against the constellation Cassiopeia, moving toward the north-northeast horizon. The "paired" strobing repeated three times until I lost observation in light scatter on the horizon. The light moved through about 5-10 degrees of arc while observed in less than three seconds. There was some high scattered cloud cover, but none detectable on the path that the object followed. In addition, the strobing was so regular as to suggest an aircraft or a space-station-like object, had the speed not been so great.
