President Joe Biden's December visit to Tinseltown for a campaign fundraiser had been caused such a hullaballoo even aliens may have wanted to see what all the fuss was about!

Planespotters caught a UFO on camera hovering above Air Force 1 in Los Angeles during Biden's December 10 trip, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The spherical white or silver object was filmed several times over LAX airport and spotted by multiple witnesses.

Some UFO records must be released, US Congress says

The United States Congress just passed legislation that directs the U.S. government to release records related to UFOs.

Some UFO records, anyway. According to new provisions in the Fiscal Year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act, the law that funds the U.S. military and related activities, the U.S. National Archives must collect for release all documents that "pertain to unidentified anomalous phenomena, technologies of unknown origin, and non-human intelligence."

None of those terms is defined in the bill, however. "Unidentified anomalous phenomena," or UAP, is a relatively a newly adopted and broadly defined term that encompasses UFOs in the sky in addition to unidentified objects underwater, in space or that appear to travel between these domains.

The records are to be released once 25 years has passed since their creation, unless the president directs them to remain classified, and newer records can be released sooner if the agency that created them allows it.

David Grusch: Congress' pared-down UAP measure a 'total failure'

grusch
Whistleblower David Grusch is admonishing Congress for what he says is a "total failure" to get more public transparency about what the government knows about unidentified aerial phenomena.

Grusch, a former Air Force intelligence officer, made headlines when he said the U.S. government is covering up a UFO, or unidentified flying object, retrieval program. The United States, Grusch said months ago, is in possession of "quite a number" of "nonhuman exotic origin vehicles that have either landed or crashed."

Some lawmakers now are pushing for more transparency around UFOs, also known as unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs). They took a step toward that goal by including in the annual defense funding bill a provision requiring disclosure of classified records relating to UAPs but not before stripping out key portions of the measure.

"What we're witnessing right now is, quite frankly, the greatest legislative failure in American history," Grusch said Monday on "Elizabeth Vargas Reports." "Whether you believe my allegations or not, this is a government transparency issue at large."

Grusch first went public with his allegations in an exclusive NewsNation interview with investigative journalist Ross Coulthart earlier this year. Grusch claimed to know of the crash retrieval program based on information he was told from other intelligence sources with knowledge of the program.

Ross Coulthart also appeared:
Coulthart said he has a "pretty good idea" what information Grusch may release in the coming weeks.

"I'm actually very excited that you've managed to pull that out of him," Coulthart told Vargas. "Because I've been waiting for a while for him to provide a rejoinder to the critics who have constantly asserted there is no firsthand evidence."

While Coulthart said he can't speak with any specificity on the contents of Grusch's possible op-ed, he thinks he may have an idea of what it could feature.

"I suspect it's something to do with either photographic or video material that he may have seen, but I'm only speculating," Coulthart said.

Coulthart maintains more people will likely come forward with their own UFO claims after Grusch presented his information.

Secrets of Area 51: Metallic egg-shaped UFO the size of an SUV was kept at the highly-classified Air Force base in the 1980s, whistleblower claims

An egg-shaped metallic UFO was kept at Area 51 in the 1980s, a whistleblower claims in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com.

Engineers at the Nevada airbase claimed the CIA found the strange craft in the desert and brought it to them for investigation - but later shipped it to another base after they were unable to get inside the object.

Eric Taber has been a defense aerospace contractor for 13 years and has held a security clearance to work on military aircraft.

In an interview with DailyMail.com, he revealed the story his late great uncle Sam Urquhart, an Area 51 contractor, told him about a UFO at the mysterious desert base.

Taber testified in May to the Pentagon's UFO investigation unit, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), who are collecting accounts of alleged government possession of non-human craft.

Congress is taking a huge step toward UFO transparency—and lawmakers pushing for the truth aren't happy

Congress is about to take perhaps its biggest step toward transparency surrounding UFOs, but the lawmakers pushing for change say the disclosure policy doesn't go far enough.

UFOs — or UAPs, standing for "Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena" in government-speak — have been a hot topic on Capitol Hill for years, given a number of high-profile disclosures. But a hearing over the summer with former intelligence officer and whistleblower David Grusch, where he claimed the government was concealing information like evidence of "non-human biologics" recovered from UFOs, took the frenzy to a new level.

That hearing put UFO policies front and center in the annual defense bill, which had already been written in both chambers before the hearing. But lawmakers from both parties — including Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) — pushed negotiators working out the differences between the House and Senate versions of the bill to add new UFO disclosure laws to the legislation.

Schumer and a number of other senators wanted to create a "UAP Records Review Board" — modeled after how the government handled records associated with President John F. Kennedy's assassination — where UFO documents would carry "the presumption of immediate disclosure." (That didn't make it in the final bill.)

Comment: As Christopher Sharp at the Liberation Times put it:
The Controlled Disclosure Campaign - killed.

The Independent Review Board dedicated to the disclosure of UAP information and materials - killed.

The authority of eminent domain wielded by the U.S. Federal Government over any materials or biological evidence of unknown or non-human origin - killed.

New whistleblower and witness protections - killed.

Enforcement of subpoena - killed.

Amnesty provision for defense contractors and other entities in possession of UAP-related material and involved in illegalities - killed.
As a positive, tracking those who put up the roadblocks is in itself revealing. It seems one purpose of this legislation may have been for just that reason: to ferret out where the pushback is coming from. Those sources include:
  • Lockheed Martin
  • Representative Mike Turner - Chair of the House Intelligence Committee
  • Representative Mike Rogers - Chair of the House Armed Services Committee
  • Representative Mike Johnson - Speaker of the House
  • Senator Mitch McConnell - Minority Senate Leader
  • Senator Roger Wicker - Ranking Member of the Senate's Armed Services Committee.
Sources indicate that the CIA and defense contractors pinpointed the key politicians named above, who were able to thwart other members of Congress, including Senators Schumer and Mike Rounds, who are understood to have fought hard to pass the language intact.

There is some slight positive news - Section 1687, referring to the Limitation On Use Of Funds For Certain Unreported Programs.

The language restricts the use of funds authorized for any activities related to UAP unless the Secretary of Defense provides details of such activities to specific congressional committees and leadership. Additionally, it imposes limitations on independent research and development funding for UAP unless information is made available to the same congressional entities.

However, that language no longer includes the level of detail contained within the initial language, including references to recovery and reverse engineering of UAP craft linked to the limitations of such funds.

...

If there's truly nothing to hide, why are influential members of Congress, allegedly aided by the CIA and defense contractors, working so hard to conceal something that supposedly doesn't even exist? This raises serious questions and strongly hints at a substantial cover-up.

Best of the Web: Irish scientist with top secret US Government clearance: 'The UFO phenomenon can manipulate human perception, invade people's lives, and is very deceptive'

George Knapp and Dr Colm Kelleher

In 2017, The New York Times published a series of articles exposing a hidden Pentagon programme that investigated unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP). An Irish man, Dr Colm Kelleher (67), ran that secret operation.

Over a Microsoft Teams chat from the Nevada desert, the AAWSAP (Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program) manager for the Defence Intelligence Agency, Dublin born scientist Dr Kelleher, described, what he believes, are the profound nature of his work.

"The idea that humans are the only life form in the universe is no longer true, that there is another intelligence very close to planet earth, is a shattering experience to internalise," he said.

"This was not taught in Templeogue College. Suddenly you are faced with a reality that should not exist. There's that phrase, 'ontological shock.' You make a shift psychologically and you never go back.

"For people who have experienced this, something changes and it becomes extremely important. People who have come face to face with this are very engaged. People who haven't are on the side lines.

"In general, there is a psychological form of denial because if you admit this into your reality, there is a whole slew of things that are not true.

"That is why society is kind of split, as some people have been awakened to something that should not exist."

Powerful members of Congress are dead-set on killing UFO transparency

Schumer

Since 2020, no fewer than 10 former government officials, military officers and scientists, along with a former senate majority leader, have alleged (or suggested) publicly that the U.S. government has recovered advanced craft of unknown origin — that is, UFOs.

Nearly all of these individuals also claim that the government transferred multiple craft to defense contractors for scientific and technical analysis.

Key members of Congress, drawing on testimony from dozens of whistleblowers, appear to find these extraordinary allegations credible.

Bipartisan legislation sponsored by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) aimed to establish a process with the ostensible goal of revealing the existence of "non-human intelligence" to the public. But the legislation, which is co-sponsored by three Republican and two Democratic senators, is now in jeopardy.

In comments yesterday on the Senate floor, Schumer stated that "House Republicans are also attempting to kill another commonsense, bipartisan measure passed by the Senate, which I was proud to cosponsor... to increase transparency around what the government does and does not know about unidentified aerial phenomena."

Canadian journalist hires law firm after being denied access to UAP sighting files at nuclear power facilities

Senior military and intelligence personnel have consistently reported the presence of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) in proximity to locations linked to nuclear power, weaponry, and technology across the United States for the past 75 years.

However, the U.S. is not the only country in which unknown aerial objects have been observed, and sometimes close to sites of national security significance.

"Canadians report seeing UFOs in the sky at a rate of 3 times a day," says Chris Rutkowski, a Canadian ufologist and media expert. "There are about 1,000 UFO reports filed in Canada every year, and the number remains high."

However, amidst this extensive reporting of the phenomena, another question arises: where are the official Canadian records involving UAP observed near nuclear power facilities?

Now, The Canadian Constitution Foundation (CCF), a national and non-partisan charity with the mission to defend constitutionally protected rights and freedoms, is supporting a Canadian freelance investigative journalist, Daniel Otis, in his effort to appeal a decision made by Ontario Power Generation (OPG), involving the denial of access to records pertaining to UAP detected at or near nuclear power plants in Canada.

CIA's secret office has conducted UFO retrieval missions on at least NINE crash sites around the world, whistleblowers reveal

Office of Global Access
The Office of Global Access - a wing of the CIA - has played a central role in collecting alien spacecraft since 2003, sources tell DailyMail.com
A secretive CIA office has been coordinating the retrieval of crashed UFOs around the world for decades, multiple sources told DailyMail.com.

One source said that at least nine apparent 'non-human craft' have been recovered by the US government - some wrecked from a crash, and two completely intact.

Three sources briefed on those alleged top secret operations told DailyMail.com that the Office of Global Access (OGA), a wing of the Central Intelligence Agency's Science and Technology Directorate, has played a central role since 2003 in orchestrating the collection of what could be alien spacecraft.

The three sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity to avoid reprisals, have all been briefed by individuals involved in those alleged UFO retrieval missions.

Though the shocking claims sound like they come from a science fiction novel, they are part of a growing body of evidence suggesting the US government could indeed be hiding advanced vehicles that were not made by humans.

Critical govt transparency legislation jeopardized by a powerful few in Congress

House Intel chair warns of 'serious national security threat' ahead of planned White House briefingThe administration will brief House leaders on Thursday. Rep. Jim Himes, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, said there's no reason for Americans to panic.
On July 26th, 2023, retired US Air Force Intelligence Officer David Grusch provided sworn testimony to the US House Oversight Committee's Sub-Committee on National Security that the government and certain private US government aerospace defense contractors have recovered - and are in present physical possession of - non-human craft and biologic evidence of a non-human intelligence ostensibly associated with this not-of-this-world technology.

One day after Grusch's historic testimony, the US Senate passed the FY 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that included a bipartisan amendment, the UAP Disclosure Act (UAPDA), that will establish a new nine-person "UAP Records Review Board" to be empowered by Congress with subpoena power and the power to exercise the government authority of eminent domain to extract every document, and every physical piece of evidence, about UAP. This legislation will task this new Board with the duty to present to the US President a "Controlled Disclosure Campaign Plan," pursuant to which our government will be mandated to reveal to the public "as much as possible" about the UAP phenomenon that can be disclosed without jeopardizing national security.

The US House passed its own version of the NDAA without similar UAP transparency and disclosure measures. Now, the House and Senate are in conference, working through the differences in each chamber's legislation to reconcile the NDAA in hopes of passing both chambers and signing it into law.

The UAPDA contained in the Senate's NDAA is must-pass legislation. The amendment would finally shine a light on the investigations and findings the government has kept hidden from the public for over 75 years. As Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and his bipartisan colleagues said when announcing the amendment, keeping UAP records from the "public at large is simply unacceptable."
