Comment: Mark Rutte was approved by Hungary only after receiving assurances that it will not be required to join in any lunatic military actions taken by NATO against Russia.
Rutte endorsed by Orban as next NATO Secretary General after agreeing to Hungary's opt-out of Ukraine support However as on commenter pointed out, there is no mention of NATO troops or munitions not being allowed to transit Hungary. A closed-door compromise?
