And since El Nino or La Nina's occur on a regular basis, the anomalies on the Western side of the Pacific will likewise change on a regular basis. That is to say, climate change due to sea temperature anomalies is constant, having been occuring as long as there have been El Nino's and La Nina's.
Acidification: A misleading term on a good day. A sneaky way to describe a slight decrease in water alkalinity towards a neutral pH of 7.5. It does not mean that the water is now acid pH.
