The witness says he saw the unidentified flying object hovering in the sky and ran to get his camera. By the time he took this video it had moved further away. What he did catch is shaped like a saucer but shows no lights or identifying marks. That should rule it out as any known aircraft.
There are elongated clouds in the sky, but this object is smaller and much more rounded. It doesn't look like a cloud.
Commenters on the channel claim to have seen similar objects to this UFO. The witness does say the object vanished just after he stopped filming, so that also seems to rule out cloud formations. Unfortunately, the video segment ends before that happens.
The video is set to a rather annoying soundtrack which covers up engine sounds, if any. The object doesn't resemble any known aircraft and shows no signs of engine exhaust.
