The precedent reader's comment is right: the main stream presstitutes always make it a point to ignore and/or distort facts and reality. This is so because they are tools of propaganda rather than information, and this whether they operate in the West or elsewhere -and don't think the Iranian mainstream media operate any different at a national level by the way.
When it comes to international news, all national main stream media are fed mainly by a handful of news organizations like Reuters, Agence France Presse, Al Jazeera, and a few others. Actually, these organizations don't exactly feed news ; rather, they feed scripts. That why it doesn't matter really what main stream media you read or watch, you always get the same soup – and very often word for word.
That's why we have above what seems to be a carefully scripted article that should please the oil-driven warmongers.
My family is in Iran, and they lost internet a few days a go and were not posting anything on FB. But they are back to posting stuff now which means their internet is back. I also read other places write about internet savy Iranians making their own ISPs and letting people log onto the internet that way. But the western media is always wanting to make it worse than it seems.
