For those who didn't know it yet, the Eurocrats in Brussels are not picked based on their oustanding IQ ! But isn't it what their masters want ?
Anyway, apart from the European Commission itself, and the various EU governments, I can't think of anyone else in the EU who would be proud of what EU has become. Perhaps, they should ask the EU citizens to voice their opinion on the subject, but the Eurocrats and their masters know better I guess!

Except they didn't. Barroso believes that because he is one of those who creates castles in the sky and actually moves into them.
French voters rejected the EU Constitution, Dutch voters rejected the EU Constitution, Irish voters rejected the EU Constitution.
So the Eurocrats gave up asking people to vote and a fake banking 'crisis' took care of the rest. There were no soldiers on the streets coercing conformity because imperialists have learned that economic guns to the heads of people are FAR more effective.
