Time and time again we are learning that over hundreds of thousands of years of nature has perfected the growth of life on Earth without the interference of humans. While humans are opportunists and will eat anything to keep from starving that is hardly eating for optimal health. Examination of the human digestive system and food testing reveals what food digests best for optimal human health. While a FEW people may be able to digest SOME types cow's milk without obvious internal distress, MOST people on the planet have trouble digesting ANY cow milk. If you just step back and think about it--cow's milk is for cow's.

I hardly ever drink milk, but when I do, it's only organic milk. Well, I wonder if organic milk is still as bad as regular milk. It is likely better if it is truly "organic", but then again, since humans are not supposed to be drinking cow's milk, I could be very wrong. If the latter is the case, how bad is it to have any of the following diary products: cheese, butter, yogurt, icecream, etc, etc. Should we just try to stay away from all of them! That is gonna be VERY hard! Any thoughts?
The protein casein in dairy products creates much havoc just like the protein gluten in some grains like wheat. They can trigger an autoimmune response and/or mimic endorphins to cause changes in perception, mood, and behavior. It is hard to say bye to all dairy products because they are addictive. But, once your body gets clear of dairy products, you may find that you can live just fine without them.
Well, in that case I guess I need to stop eating yogurt and feta cheese as well, and I really like both, especially yogurt with its probiotics - not drinking milk will be almost no effort for me though.
Easy, they get paid, and like the targeted audience for generations, they grew up being told that milk is good for them without checking the facts. So in a word, ignorance, that's how and why they do it.
Again, the path of inquiry turns to who is pulling the strings for generations to market these social programs of 'glue' consumption like milk or all the glutens in wheat etc.? What is their goal? Is it to make us sick? If so, then it has been a successful marketing program hasn't it?
The two farmers who receive all the farm subsidies from government are the sugar beet farmer and the dairy farmer.
One gives you diabetes and the other arterial disease (and according to this film clip all sorts of cancer)
What are we doing?
If sugar and milk farmers really need subsidies, they should be paid by the pharmaceutical industry which profits from treating but never curing the diseases they cause.
