clearly these people in charge of your country are psychopaths because only humans with no empathy would send some one to jail for not paying health insurance for themselves or family when they have no money, i thought Americans stood up for there rights. Who does Abama think he is, maybe he's just another Bush in disguise. Maybe America should vote for people not related to either party, clearly both parties cannot relate to the average person.

and we don't have a consolidated bill from the House and Senate yet, which have some conflicting policy goals, this one has many 'outs' for some states, an allowance that is sure to grow as more deficit funded states latch on to that idea. After that is the date for most of these policies to start, which was ~5 years after signing or so. So, after hell, oops earth, freezes over, then the citizens will all be forced to drink the Kool-Aid. As usual, the devil is in the details, and in this case still hiding in the shadows.

The definition of fascism is "when corporate power and the rich always trump the needs of the people ..." Despite a rating of over 70% in favor of a Government Public Option (and Prez Obama campaigning on the Public Option), the Congress doesn't listen to approx. 300 million of us now or in the past 9 years. They serve only their corporate and wealthy 1-percenter donors and masters. If the peoples' only choice is to select health insurance and RX coverage from corrupt heath insurance and pharma corporations who have paid billions to settle countless lawsuits, that IS FASCISM. To force Americans, whose average real wages are lower than wages made in 1973, in jail if they don't buy from a corporation is absolutely Fascism. And to force the people to pay for their CEO salaries in the millions/billions when their CEOs make at least 900% more than their workers, that's fascism, Then add the undemocratic Patriot Act, 2000 coup, illegal wars, etc. --- Isn't that Fascism too? And our country is at the bottom for Inequality at #84 out of 110 nations. We were #1 in 1963 for Equality, Wages, Manufacturing, Education with 3% unemployment. United States, I hardly recognize you -- are you now a fascist nation?
