Wasilla, Alaska - Wasilla teenager Levi Johnston says he's looking forward to marrying the daughter of Alaska Governor and GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin.
The 18-year-old Johnston says he's been hearing all kinds of things about his life since it was announced that he's the father of the baby being carried by Palin's daughter, Bristol.
He says he wasn't held against his will on the campaign trail and he's not being forced into a shotgun wedding with 17-year-old Bristol.
Johnston says Bristol Palin invited him to attend the Republican National Convention and he jumped at the chance.
Her says he loves Bristol and they want to marry each other.
Johnston has dropped out of high school to take a job on the North Slope oil fields as an apprentice electrician.
