Boston, Massachusetts - Probation officials tagged a child rapist with a GPS bracelet before he was sprung from prison yesterday, but his lack of a permanent address raised new questions about whether the high-tech satellite tracking system has dangerous gaps.

Child rapist Robert Sicari was given 30 days by a judge to roam without satellite tracking until he established a home with a telephone land line, because the GPS technology doesn't work without one.
