	text: "Karymsky at present is the most active of 28 burning volcanoes of Kamchatka. It has been erupting for over 11 years already  -  from January 1996. Scientists are permanently monitoring the volcano. The largest populated locality of Kamchatka  -  Petropalvovsk-Kamchatsky  -  is situation some 100 kilometres from Karymsky. The Milkovo settlement district centre is located 90 kilometres from the volcano."
