NATO and Czech Republic soldiers took part in a drill called "Noble Jump" at the airport in Pardubice, Czech Republic on Thursday. This is an initial exercise and first test of its new rapid response force that NATO says is designed to "face new challenges from Russia". Some experts believe the drill is offensive rather than defensive, and is actually preparation for a first-strike against Russia. But the most important point is that "Noble Jump" started in the Czech Republic while the US-backed Kiev government began massive shelling in the Donbass region.

Ukraine's prosecutors reactivated an investigation launched against oligarch Igor Kolomoisky 10 years ago, the country's Prosecutor-General Viktor Shokin said in an interview with LB.ua news portal on Friday. Kiev battalions "Donbass" and "Azov" blatantly violated the ceasefire yesterday with an attack against Shirokino, near Mariupol. Pro-Kiev militants used targeted artillery shelling to destroy billeting housing fighters of the Donetsk People's Republic. This was reported by the Ukrainian news agency 0629.com.ua which cited the press-service of the "Donbass" battalion. However, proud Kiev gunmen and journalists haven't provided any photographic evidence of this fact. Thus, we are really of two minds: Either this is a clear example of Kiev forces violating the ceasefire regime or it's just one more example of the Ukraine media's Goebbels approach.

TV5Monde's website was not accessible by 5:30 am GMT but the network managed to assume control over its social media accounts and partially resumed broadcasting. TV5Monde chief Yves Bigot called the attack unprecedented, adding that the network was severely damaged. The group, known as Cyber Caliphate, claims it carried out the attack in retaliation for France's involvement in the international coalition set on destroying the brutal Sunni group, controlling large swathes of land in Iraq and Syria.
