In spite of being a comedic venue, Oliver's show frequently provides more relevant information to Americans about what really goes on within our corrupt "system" than all other MSM news outlets combined. His research staff certainly demonstrates more competence than the research staffs of typical MSM broadcast news outlets, and, because he is unafraid to illuminate areas that TPTB would prefer to remain hidden, Oliver surely deserves the title of "journalist" much more than the liars and bought-and-paid-for shills who infest the MSM-controlled airwaves.
Given how the US PTB behave towards purveyors of truth which illuminates the corruption involving gov't and those who "pay to play", it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if Oliver were to be shortly declared persona non grata and deported. That or suffer a tragic hot tub accident.
