Canada: Watch 'Calgary's worst driver' struggle for almost 5 minutes to leave a parking space

Calgary Police are trying to track down the incompetent driver who was caught on surveillance video backing into another vehicle while trying to leave a parking lot for several excruciating minutes.

On Twitter, Calgary Police spokesperson Jeremy Shaw nominated the person behind the wheel "Calgary's worst driver" and said police were opening a hit-and-run investigation - although "hit-and-run" seems like a charitable description of what happened.

In the video, which has gotten hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube, the driver of the grey SUV is seen backing into a maroon sedan and then struggling for another four minutes to escape the nearly-empty parking lot.

You're assuming the driver was issued a license. What if 'she' didn't have a license and never passed 'her' test?

Man...I just left Calgary early Nov after a decade in that place, and Ive had more close calls this year vs the last 5 years of riding in Calgary. They signal 'after' they start changing lanes, average 30kph over the posted limit, merge onto highways (110) at 80kph, swoop hard to the hammer lane "then" accelerate, perform double lane changes, and when I yell at them to hang up the f*#king phone and drive they get pissed off like they have the right to endanger me and others. They blow through school/playground zones at 60kph or faster (posted 30), and I have had several hit and runs in parking lots against my rusty old truck (and shes made of metal so I giggle every time as it hurt them more than me). Ive even been challenged with violence because some dick tried to force his way into me and failed. "Dont you know who I am?". "Sure I do, youre the victim.". He blinked twice and left wisely, dumb ass hockey player suffering from rectal-cranial inversion. Even hanging off my ass when I ride my bike, and most modern rides come with ABS, and I can stop from 100kph in 35 feet.

Retards. Ignorant. Impatient. Clueless. So very happy to leave that god forsaken shithole. For god so hated the world that he created Alberta as an example to the rest..."stop fucking around!"

I see nitwit drivers like that all day every day (midwest U.S.). Seems to get worse between Thanksgiving and New Years though. It's like somebody cranked up the stupid to maximum.....
