"Keep your hands out of your pocket or I'll pop a bullet in ya!" "I will hurt you!"

Psychopathy or sociopathy is traditionally defined as a personality disorder characterized by enduring antisocial behavior, diminished empathy and remorse, and disinhibited or bold behavior.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation reports that psychopathic behavior is consistent with traits common to some serial killers, including sensation seeking, a lack of remorse or guilt, impulsivity, the need for control, and predatory behavior.

In this raw footage below, officer David Marcinik of the Palm Bay Florida Police Department, comes up on two teenagers parked in a gravel drive.

Over the course of the next 20 minutes Marcinik exhibits several of the traits of a psychopath. He clearly has a lack of remorse for his actions, zero empathy, he's impulsive, and displays a sickening predatory behavior.

It is hard to watch.

When this case went to court, Marcinik's behavior was so vile during the arrest that a Brevard County judge dismissed Melissa Bell's misdemeanor drug possession case after he called the officer's actions during her arrest "demeaning, condescending, threatening and abusive."

Marcinik was clearly an aggressive and predatory maniac and the judge realized it.

Gun drawn, moving in on an 18 year old girl like she's a entire gang of men with M-16's, Marcinik seems to enjoy his power.

"Keep your hands out of your pockets or I'll pump a bullet in ya," Marcinik said. "You want to get lit up? Open that mouth one more time." He further goes on to call her an "idiot" and threatens to "break her arms."

This guy was so unprofessional, that he even gets into it with a fellow officer around the 15 minute mark.

This type of behavior is the epitome of police misconduct. It is an unfortunate reality that some of the most repugnant psychopathic criminals this country has to offer are among those who've sworn to uphold the law.

And it is far from an isolated incident, the same week that Marcinik was being exposed for his behavior, another cop in Michigan embarked on a power trip and pulled a gun during a traffic stop then asked the driver if she "enjoyed having a gun pointed at her."

All of this, the arrests, the abuse, the harassment, all of it, over an 'illegal' plant. It is high time that we demand there be peace brought to this 'war on drugs.'
